I had a horrible experience with this office, and this is your warning to stay away…read more I was extremely clear that I did NOT want NAD+ added to my treatment because it was not being billed through insurance and I did not agree to pay for it separately. I never received a separate NAD+ IV, and at no point was I clearly told that NAD+ was being added to my regular IV bag. Then afterward, I was sent a $250 invoice for NAD+ that I do not believe I ever received. When I questioned the charge, I was suddenly told that the NAD+ had supposedly been mixed into my regular IV bag. That explanation makes absolutely no sense based on what was communicated to me during the appointment. I specifically declined this treatment. If something is being added to a patient's IV, especially something they already said they did not want and would not pay for, that should be clearly explained and consented to beforehand -- not claimed afterward once a bill is questioned. The communication and billing surrounding this were completely unacceptable and seriously damaged my trust in this provider. Patients should know exactly what is being put into their IV and exactly what they are agreeing to pay for before treatment begins. Based on my experience, I would absolutely stay away from this office.

After I went to the hospital for stomach pain and came in to review my cat scan, they were at a loss for what could've caused the pain. There was really no follow up or treatment plan suggested. I also recently called when I was super sick and asked if I could come in and get tested for strep and mono and they said they don't do that there and to go to an urgent care. I'm very confused by a doctor's office that doesn't have the basic tests available to diagnose illnesses - It seems like this would be an integral part of the job. The last thing Is that they told me they could do an in-house breast ultra sound with their technician because I had had some irregular results in the past and didn't want to go all the way to Beverly Hills to see my regular breast doctor. But, I never received the results from this. While the bedside manner is lovely, the actual execution of effective medicine is yet to be seen.

Dr. Rahm is not an overly busy practice where you have to wait forever and can't get an appt. His practice is nestled with 3 other private practice docs in montrose. The office is nice the staff is friendly, the technology is present. I loved the decor and peacefulness of the office and the staff. He was bright, friendly and knowledgable. The reason we left our other Doctor was we didn't have a great communication cycle with her and she was always rushed even though she did not have a very busy practice. Also she was never on time. She used too many clinical words with us and I could tell it wasn't due to the fact that I am a Doctor but because that is just how she operates. I think it is important to communicate with a patient using regular language and Dr. Rahm did just that. Having only had one experience with Dr. Rahm and it being for a wellness check up of my healthy baby, I can't comment on his diagnostic skills but the feel of the office, friendliness of the staff and friendliness of the doctor were all there. It is nice to have someone about our same age and in our same area to go to. I guess I can say since he told my wife our baby is well and she is doing a good job as a mom, it is money well spent.

She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and can communicate seamlessly with Chinese-speaking patients and understand their lifestyle habits. Her administrative procedures enabled me to sign up my elder relative for her services very easily through the user-friendly appointment webpages and online payment set-up. We received a free consultation prior to registering for the subscription, which allowed us an opportunity to evaluate Dr. Wong's expertise and decide that her professional training and clear communication style suited my relative's medical care needs. Dr. Wong differentiates herself from every other primary physician I have met because she is accessible 24/7, especially during emergencies or complex medical situations. We can contact her through phone or email anytime and she is extremely responsive. She also proactively advocates for her patients' rights and takes the time to explain in thorough detail complex diagnoses. When my relative underwent an intensive surgical procedure, Dr. Wong was available every step of the long procedure and long recovery period to answer questions on side effects, adjust medication, and prescribe additional medication when appropriate. Dr. Wong also communicated and interfaced with the other doctors/ specialists to advocate on behalf of her patient during a stressful period of time so that the patient could focus on recovery. Finally, Dr. Wong administers medical care with unfaltering precision and a holistic consideration of the patient's entire medical background.
