Look at that floor.
Ilyssa I.

We bought a lot of vinyl plank flooring. Installed it ourselves the other month and it's holding up great and it's beautiful! Friendly staff, great product. Vinyl plank is a very durable flooring option for dogs. I love it, thank you!

Ended up here while looking for wall shelves and similar storage solutions. It was somewhat difficult for me to find what I was looking for. I kept ending up in the unofficial "storage solutions" section, which included over-the-door racks, drawer organizers, shower caddies, and various cabinet organizers. Figuring there had to be something else, I looked for an employee to ask for help and couldn't find anyone. The store was the size of a Wal-Mart, and the whole time I was there, I only saw two employees - one at a checkout counter and one stocking merchandise. Eventually, I asked the latter for help, and they seemed rather uninterested, like I was distracting them from something else. I usually prefer not being approached or guided by employees, but that's not the same as not being able to find any help when you have a question about a product. I did eventually find wall shelves in the "wall decor" section, which held things like picture frames, clocks, and wall art. That's not a problem, I just wish I was able to get help finding it and not have to just wander through the store lost. The shelves, clocks, and other wall installations were really haphazardly organized, as if they'd just been shoved onto the shelves in any random order. There wasn't a lot of variety in them, so we kind of settled for something mostly because we really didn't want to have to go to another home goods store. The store as a whole is... fine, I guess. But between the disorganization and the difficulties in finding anything (including someone to check you out), I wouldn't go there again.

It's similar to those stores but entirely home goods, as the name suggests. The store is huge and has everything from furniture to decor to seasonal items. I had fun looking through the shelves, but my only complaint is that the shelves aren't entirely organized. The store is organized by section (kitchen, office, living room, etc), but the shelves within each section kind of just have a bunch of items on them for you to sift through. This could be a plus or minus, depending on what you're looking for from a shopping experience. I think I could find a lot of good decorations here and will return whenever I want to spruce up my apartment!

I've picked up some Ralph Lauren ones and that was like seeing a unicorn. It's well laid out and a much bigger space. I've usually picked up a few reed diffusers, candles, table cloths, napkins and dinner plates. Staff is friendly and helpful. They share a parking lot with Scott Miller, Marshall's and OrangeTheory. First they damaged my garage door by putting a big dent in and damaged walls and flooring in my home as they were delivering furniture. Some pieces were damaged and had to wait a very long time for the store to even look at it. Had an issue with my brand new bedroom set from Roc City Furniture. Jon came out and tried to fix the draw and broke a piece under the bed right in front of me. He said he would replace the piece and fix and hasn't. I've been ignored through numerous calls and texts for the past 4 months. They were also supposed to replace my daughters dresser that had a defect and that was never taken care of. I never was given a copy of my warranty. I've been asking for 9 months for a copy and still nothing. This is beyond acceptable that I can't get a return phone call from Jon the manager. I would think twice before buying furniture there. The customer service is horrible after you buy with them.

We are very unhappy with the situation and had much higher hopes.

The store is huge, and honestly, if you can't find what you need for your hobby here, that's on you. The staff was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. One drawback: at checkout, they don't accept Apple Pay or Google Pay, and you can't just tap your card you have to insert it. In this day and age, that feels pretty inconvenient since many people may only carry one physical card. On the plus side, prices are reasonable, the store is bright and easy to shop, and there's plenty of parking.

I literally do not carry cash like most of the world and that is when it went down hill. I said "apparently not I guess". she proceeded to pick up my items and shoved them in the bag and said here just take it, then went to hand it to me and dropped it out of her hand pissed off. If you want to be upset and pissed off do that to yourself for being rude and not offering a bag for the items to begin with. I spoke with the front end manager (bald man) who literally was there during this whole transaction, only said SORRY... OK he looked ridiculous not saying anything to counteract that situation by having a conversation with me instead of and this is now the reason I am giving and leaving this poor review. The customer service is beyond sub-par and maybe a little customer meeting is due for this store. I will continue to visit the Greece location without any of that.
