Do not waste your time! BAIT& SWITCH TATICS!!!! You will not get your floor! I ordered flooring from them and the day of Eric told me it woulld take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive and as we neared the 4th week, i called Blake told me that it would be delayed another week, and installation can' t be scheduled until the floors are off the ship. which let me know that they are still getting their flooring from China. Each time I called they offer to refund me. What crappy business practice! I did not shop for floor to be reimbursed!!! Additionally, they had no consideration for the month that I wasted waiting on them when I could have found a better company. I did get a refund and wasted a whole month because I rather stay without a floor than to be at their mercy. So unless you want to deal with incompetence and frustration stay away from LL Flooring!! read more

I bought nearly $5000 of bamboo flooring from these guys on sale and can NOT recommend them. Short of it; 1. Bamboo flooring finish was the cheapest low quality I've seen on flooring. Absolutely scratches with every and any thing. It feels like a hard wax coat, not any wood finish. 2. Underlayment was extremely poor quality for price. Different widths and thicknesses with no adhesive side requiring you buy extra duct tape. 3. Customer service is great when you buy. Horrible when you are trying to return unused boxes. This is near verbatim of exchange I had with the SINGLE sales rep that was in the office when I tried to return unused extra boxes. Me-"I need to return 6 boxes of unused flooring." Sale Rep-"Jesus! What's up with all the customers returning boxes today!!! I need to meet my monthly quota!.... Huh..... God, what are you returning!?" Me- "I said 6 boxes." Sales Rep-"Did you keep extra??" Me- "what?" Sales Rep-"Did you keep extra?" Me- "Extra what??" Sales Rep- "extra boxes?!" Me-"I'm returning the left over boxes." Sales rep- "Did you keep any extra boxes!?!?" He wanted to know if I kept an extra box in case the flooring failed- of course I had. His tone was the rudest I've ever heard from a sales rep in my 44 years of being alive in this planet. I installed the whole 1700 square feet of my house by myself, I'm not an idiot. I've built by hand, whole cabinets with exotic Brazilian woods. I'm not new to flooring. It ended up with me replying to him -"I'm sure you had a long day, but Stop talking to me like an idiot! I'm returning 6 boxes!" Yeah... He looked like he was about to punch me out or something if he wasn't at his work place. He told me to go out back and return the boxes. I did and when I came back out, he was outside smoking under a tree. I stood in the office for 5 minutes until someone from the warehouse came to help. While I was buying t-molding to finish my house up with the credit issued, I overheard him have an equally rude and unprofessional altercation with an old lady who had called in the morning for a single box of flooring. Apparently, no one kept the box for the old lady and the whole shipment was taken to another store. She would have to wait for a week. He spoke just as deprecating and insultingly to her as well. Yeah.... Smart. These guys will be angels to you when you buy, not so much when you figure out they are selling crap and want after service. I guess it never dawns on them that if customers are returning unused boxes, they actually probably bought 10 times or more of that to begin with. Returning unused boxes in flooring is STANDARD practice in all stores. If you have to go through this *^%#, yeah- enough said. Also the cheap 1700 square feet of underlayment in reality turned out to be 200 square feet or so short. I returned 6 boxes of flooring and ran out of 2 rolls of underlayment. Yeah-just blatant lies on the underlayment label as to the quantity contained inside. I'll never do business with these unprofessional bums again. I'd rather buy cheap laminate or tile from a big box store than this *^#%. read more

I rent out a townhome here in Orlando, but im now living in las vegas. My realtor told me the carpet needed replacement. Whats cool about LL is that i was able to handle this process without having to fly in. I spoke to the sales consultant and gave her my price point, etc, and we ended up with a lovely floor. I paid the deposit over the phone, then went to a local store to pay the rest and sign the relevant paperwork, with weak protest from the local store guy. I will say that we had some issues with the contractor LL assigned us to for floor measurement. He was clearly overbooked and wasnt able to do it even after a couple weeks. But after LL assigned us to a different guy, he came out that same day and did the measurements. On top of that, LL was able to quickly turn around and do the install (48-72 hours from payment). It did take a little bit of call persistence, like most things in life :) Bottom line, great for out of town investors who have a property management agent to assist! read more

This place has been great to serve our needs. We have done two rooms and a staircase (challenging, but they got us through it!) in our home and plan to do a third soon. They are willing to give technical advice and they were very realistic with what to expect when undertaking these home flooring projects. If we had a question, we would call. They gave us the straight deal. One of the associates, Tommy, has been there with us since the beginning. We couldn't have done it without his advice and he knew just what we needed. He was always knowledgeable, friendly and very down-to earth. I would recommend this store and their products to anyone that I know that is planning to do some flooring in their home. My boyfriend heard from a coworker this was a good place to find flooring for our home, so we drove out to take a look for ourselves. When we first came in, we were greeted and that was it, they let us wander around some, which is fine but about a minute later another gentleman came up and introduced himself and started talking to the boyfriend. My ADD kicked in and I wandered off but my boyfriend came up to me and whispered this guy had great customer service and knowledge of the different types of flooring. They had a ton to choose from, unfortunately I wasnt able to get pictures since I had to hold the baby and the sunlight was beaming in, the pictures came out too dark. We didnt buy anything that day since they didnt have enough of the flooring we wanted and they said they would get a shipment in next week. We waited to hold off to make sure we could get the same batch since they can vary in discoloration. We will come back and their prices are much better than those big box stores. First looks everything okay the orders and deliveries but when they delivered the items there is damages items and the deliver guy explain to me why and okay. Lumber liquidators DOES NOT PERMIT RETURNS of any flooring due to COVID. Even flooring wrapped in plastic which they claim is putting their employees and customers at risk if they take it back based on zero scientific evidence. They will tell you about extended returns but that time never comes. They have very few samples so you need to buy a box however you can't return it. Horrible company to deal with and taking advantage of the current situation to boost their own profits. Shame on you. read more

Went there and had to wait each time. Also all the Hoopla ads about 19 cents or 39 cent flooring is a scam. Each time i went (I did buy there) I asked to see the sale items. "we are out of that one", OR " oh you dont want that floor its not good" or we don't have much of that flooring etc etc etc. The excuses are endless. i think its called BAIT AND SWITCH. Got bamboo flooring for our Master Bedroom, Office, and Master Closet. Visited the store 3 times, getting information from Tommy (who could not have been more helpful or patient) and getting samples (I think we got like 10 all together). We placed our order (not a huge order), and had their guys come out to measure the rooms and confirm the order - we needed to change the T-moldings to Thresholds (or vice versa) and add a box to the order, and it was as easy as a phone call. The material came in on time, when I picked it up the warehouse guy was great (two trips, he helped load it), scheduled the install for after the wood acclimated to the house, and had it put in. The installers were great, although for the next project I might do it myself (easier to paint and remodel when the flooring is out - the install was pretty quick), but I didn't regret having them do it! Overall, really couldn't have asked for much more - nice people, helpful, good prices, nice products. What else is there with a project like this? read more
