Showed up 3 hours past the scheduled timeframe. Brought the wrong granite pieces and the wrong color. The employees had us call Ed and then Walter who both said they "don't know what happened." They also stole 3 pieces of granite from our home without our consent and is refusing to return them. Terrible management, workmanship, and professionalism.

Superior Floors to the rescue!!…read more Before moving into our new house, we had the tile replaced with vinyl plank (LVP) by another company, who really screwed up one of the rooms. There was a giant soft spot since they started removing the tile but then stopped and just laid the vinyl planks over the tile, including the big hole they left. We went round and round with the first company to try getting them to fix it, until they just stopped showing up or returning phone calls. I found Superior Floors on Yelp and called them to see if they would be willing to fix someone else's mistake. Ryan came out to evaluate the situation and came up with a plan. A couple of weeks later, the installers came out, removed the poorly laid vinyl planks, removed the tile that was supposed to have been removed by the previous company, and reinstalled the planks. The floor is now solid and looks great! I appreciate their willingness to come out for a smaller job and fix someone else's mistake. They'll be my go-to for the future!

The installation looked great, and they cleaned everything up before they left. I had to catch a flight the next day, so I didn't get a chance to inspect every room before leaving, but from what I saw, everything looked excellent. They even stayed late to make sure everything was finished before I had to leave for the airport. That meant a lot because my schedule was tight. Get Er Done concrete is possibly the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Started out great…read morecame right out and went to work. However once the second payment was made (you know the big one) it was like pulling teeth to get him even to respond. After the base material was down and forms in place it took two months for him to actually pour the cement. I should have had a drain installed as the outer edge was easily a quarter inch higher than the middle shop floods every time it rains. Then he calls and said his check bounced for the concrete used to pour my slab and a lien was going to be placed on my home! After 10 months of continuous calls and texts most having no response he was finally able to get me paid so I could pay the bill my self. He sent a crew out to install a box drain the width of the concrete, honestly I think a child could have done just as good a job. It looks terrible and I still have water coming into the shop. This nightmare will never end let's go back to the day it was poured he shows up hung over and throwing up everywhere. His power trowel broke and he disappeared for a few hours. Probably missing the opportunity to have it be affective ( I don't know I'm not a concrete guy). Never prepared I actually had to go and pick up the drain segments myself and another trip to buy the couplings to hold them together. No generator unbelievable. If you value your sanity and have any hope of a job well done FIND another company as you will be disappointed. My dream shop is sitting on an absolute turd!!
