Awful experience! Purchased what was supposed to be a durable commercia floor for an office. Turned out to be a nightmare, with the floor buckling a month after installation and the company refusing to take responsibility. Played the blame game with the installer (which was their guy, as we paid LLFlooring for installation) who blamed a bad product. Either way, had to get an attorney to get a repair. The same problem recurred repeatedly without cause resulting in band-aid repairs until they claimed the warranty had expired. Now, they are bankrupt(?) Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for flooring. read more

Run from Lumber Liquidators. Lumber Liquidators manufactures the Durvana Flooring line. Lumber Liquidators had advertised that they changed their name around 2020 to LL Flooring. I had LL Flooring install my Durvana floor. Two years later the product showed signs of de-lamination. Court filings show that Lumber Liquidators bought LL Flooring after their bankruptcy. Meanwhile Lumber Liquidators always was the manufacturer of the Durvana product. Since the warranty is with Lumber Liquidators but it was sold through LL Flooring they will not honor their own, Lumber Liquidators warranty. read more

I thought this was a reputable company. I spent a lot of money with them on many floors. I now need warranty assistance due to the laminate chipping in the middle of the planks. I start a claim. and they immediately deny the claim stating the damage must have been done during installation. Stay clear of this company, they sell garbage and they do not stand behind their warranty. If there was a negative amount of stars, I would give them that. read more

made a very significant order of wood flooring (3200 sq ft). Was advised that flooring would be brought into the home at the point of sale. Shipment was received and the drivers demanded $800 to deliver the wood into the garage. After refusing, the deliverymen proceeded to drop the flooring directly on the walkway to the front door. This despite that the garage was a much more convenient drop point for them. In essence, they punished us for not paying their ransom. Called the location and they could not have cared less. In attempt to remodel a few rooms in my house, I was compelled to try Lumber Liquidators while searching for flooring. First of all, the place is a little tucked away and hard to find especially at night, but we made it. The manager Davindra was extremely helpful. He explained everything regarding the best laminate and hardwood in the store, he estimated the price according to the size of the spaces and was so personable. The prices were very reasonable. There was a sale in the store at the time and I couldn't believe how low they were! I absolutely love this store. I've been there a few times and Khary has always helped me out. He spends so much time and really knows the products. He was very honest about what products were good and which ones he sees a lot of issues with. The flooring I wanted wasn't in stock at his store but he still went out of his way to find it in another store, check their stock and even check the master list of discontinued stock to see if any other stores had something in my budget. He went above and beyond even though he knew I wasn't buying anything from him. I've been to other lumber liquidators and was less than impressed with their customer service, but Khary is so awesome that I'll drive further to use his store instead of the one closer to me. read more

K took it upon himself to go in the back and find an exclusive, non-released or out on the showroom floor sample that was a better then our original choice. I bought laminate originally from home depot but decided to check out lumber liquidators to see if there was a better deal. To make a long story short the guy although nice estimated the wrong amount of flooring I would need. My bf put down the floor and when he opened a box majority of the laminate was damaged. We brought the box back and because it was opened the guy would only exchange it out. This makes no sense because you wouldn't see the damage unless you opened it. He said he was being nice by letting us exchange it, even though they estimated the wrong amount, and giving us a new one. You would be nice if you would return it since you can sell the new unopened box to someone else. You're not nice by exchange a new box out that is going to be sitting in an attic unused. That is not good customer service and I'm not recommending you to anyone. Poor business decision for what...the $amount of one box. read more

So not only did they take my money,make me wait almost a month, they won't give me the floor that I ordered. You figure a multi million dollar company would tell people not to place orders or cancel them if they were having problems with there quality of there products. Instead no phone call about anything and to top it all off I called the day before to confirm my order would be ready like they tell you to do and they said yes everything is fine someone will call you tomorrow to pick it up. Knowing that the company's provider has been having problems for weeks! STAY AWAY!!
