We went here to get flooring for our house. FYI, this place can tend to be very busy on weekends....so if you have alot of questions you may need to wait a bit. We gave them our measurements and they told us how much flooring and underlayment we needed. When we were finished with our floor we did have some extra....including some unopened stuff and as long as it was returned within 30 days they will refund you. We did bring our extra back and it was returned no questions asked. The guys there were very helpful and gave us some good tips. I would go back and refer people to them. Plus my floors look beautiful!

Flooring purchased at Lumber Liquidators. Delaware Bay driftwood, gorgeous!

I came here at the referral of a friend. They have some nice floors at fair prices. Picking up the flooring was a bit of a wait but it was because some of the flooring had been damaged. They gave us four boxes of damaged flooring but also four (free) boxes of undamaged flooring. Only catch is we can't return any extra because they gave us the four free boxes. But, we should have more than enough and then some, so I can't complain. Haven't laid the flooring yet so we'll see how it goes!

There's a great variety of candles to choose from. Complimentary snacks are offered (you can bring your own bites), and there's a bathroom on hand. The vibe and atmosphere are really fun. Melissa (the owner) and her staff make sure you're having a good time, all while still being attentive. This is great place for a date, birthday, event or even just something to do. It's definitely worth checking out and I'm sure I'll be back!

My review isn't a "business attack." It's my experience as a paying customer. Calling dissatisfied customers "children" instead of addressing the concerns says more about your professionalism than my review ever could. You claim these reviews are fake, yet there are multiple people describing similar experiences. At some point, when the same complaints keep appearing, it's worth asking why instead of dismissing everyone as liars. A no-refund policy does not excuse poor customer service or repeated rescheduling. Customers pay for a service with the expectation that it will be delivered professionally and within a reasonable timeframe. Instead of insulting your customers and threatening to block them, take accountability, communicate honestly, and focus on resolving legitimate concerns. Professional businesses don't respond to criticism by name-calling--they address the issue. Referring to paying customers as "children" because they shared their experience is unprofessional and only reinforces the concerns people have about how you treat clients. A business owner should be able to respond respectfully to criticism without resorting to personal insults. Your response speaks louder than my review ever could. I have documentation of my experience, and your public response does not accurately reflect what happened. Your statements about offering convenient reschedules and resolving concerns are inconsistent with how my situation was handled.

The installers they use get paid by the job, they rush, finish in 1 day and get out of there. It's the worst "work" I have ever seen. This was the most expensive and time consuming mistake of our entire renovation. Customer service made the situation worse. Megan at the store was rude, dismissive, not solution oriented, and repeatedly blamed the customer instead of taking ownership of clearly documented installation failures. Measurements were incorrect, communication was horrific. Megan treats you like you should know how to design a kitchen and that you do it every day. She offers zero help and guidance. I had to call corporate to escalate the situation to have a second installer fix the kitchen which still was not properly corrected due to how terrible the first installers work was. Corporate refused to give me any sort of concession or discount. I honored my contract and paid on time. Cabinets To Go did not deliver professional installation, quality control, or accountability. Choose another company, I promise if you have an issue with this company they will not make it right. They will leave you with a kitchen that looks like it was done by a do it yourself homeowner. I recently when to Home Depot and spoke to a Wren Kitchen Representative. They have an amazing display of cabinets. So many beautiful option and everyone seemed so helpful. The cabinets come assembled already so there will be less margin for error. Cabinets to Go are not assembled and the installers put them together unevenly and bang them up. If I can help someone avoid the stress of what we just went through, I hope this review helps. It is so upsetting to look at my kitchen. It is terrible. But at least all of the big CEOs are making the big buck at cabinets to go. They don't care about people like us, remember that.
