There's a great variety of candles to choose from. Complimentary snacks are offered (you can bring your own bites), and there's a bathroom on hand. The vibe and atmosphere are really fun. Melissa (the owner) and her staff make sure you're having a good time, all while still being attentive. This is great place for a date, birthday, event or even just something to do. It's definitely worth checking out and I'm sure I'll be back!

My review isn't a "business attack." It's my experience as a paying customer. Calling dissatisfied customers "children" instead of addressing the concerns says more about your professionalism than my review ever could. You claim these reviews are fake, yet there are multiple people describing similar experiences. At some point, when the same complaints keep appearing, it's worth asking why instead of dismissing everyone as liars. A no-refund policy does not excuse poor customer service or repeated rescheduling. Customers pay for a service with the expectation that it will be delivered professionally and within a reasonable timeframe. Instead of insulting your customers and threatening to block them, take accountability, communicate honestly, and focus on resolving legitimate concerns. Professional businesses don't respond to criticism by name-calling--they address the issue. Referring to paying customers as "children" because they shared their experience is unprofessional and only reinforces the concerns people have about how you treat clients. A business owner should be able to respond respectfully to criticism without resorting to personal insults. Your response speaks louder than my review ever could. I have documentation of my experience, and your public response does not accurately reflect what happened. Your statements about offering convenient reschedules and resolving concerns are inconsistent with how my situation was handled.
