Immediately called costumer service and talked to to Kurt Perry who told me to send pictures of the damage which I did right way. I've e-mailed and called twice waiting to hear how they are going to rectify this. Still waiting for a reply. .... Update... changed my stars to 4 out of five. I did gets response and was given 3 options to fix my wall and make it right. I am satisfied with the solution and will shop at WGNR again..

My husband and I have only shopped WG&R since moving to WI years ago but after their clear lack of customer care, we'll no longer shop there in the future. Last summer we spent a significant amount at WG&R after the purchase of our new home. We were encouraged to purchase furniture insurance. Not even a year later we noticed the seam was separating on one of the cushions of the new couch. After an hour-long call, with the 3rd party insurance, we were told seam separation is not covered. We went back to WG&R who sent a service tech to our home to evaluate the tear and were told that it will be up to the manufacturer to decide who covers the repair. If we had to pay for a new cover, it would be ~ $40. Days later a text from WG&R customer service team said it would cost $120 to replace the cushion, and it its our responsibility. We asked WG&R to cover this cost because we paid $600 for furniture insurance pushed by the sales rep, emphasizing that it covers up to $14,000 in repairs. We were scammed for spending money on insurance to be told a poorly made couch cushion is on us to pay for the repair. We hoped WG&R would be in support of taking care of its customers. After back-and-forth texts with support, they treated it as a bargaining stage that WG&R will cover half, and we should cover the rest. WG&R clearly puts profit ahead of its customers. As it stands, we are not going to pay for a replacement. We'll keep the ugly hole in our couch cushion (that cannot be flipped to hide because it is angled) which will serve as a negative marketing piece for WG&R as people in our social network will be witness to the quality when they come over to visit. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.

The store was really nice. Too bad the service there wasn't the best. The elderly man was SO rude…read more Didn't say hi. Didn't say anything as I complemented the store, didn't say anything while I made my purchase. I went back the next day to exchange a shirt and I asked the lady for an extra bag and told her I'd pay for it if it wasn't free and she made a big deal about it. Then she threw the bag at me after I purchased the other shirt. I will never spend my hard earned money there EVER again.

As a first time shopper, I asked about the return policy and was told it could be returned for in-store credit. The sleeves proved too short, so I tried to return the purchase today. Initially the cashier said there was a 10 day return policy on clothing and refused the return. I explained the information I had been given, but since it was seasonal, she would only make an exception to exchange it for the same clothing item. She referred me to the back of the price tag, which does explain the policy; but what I was verbally told was different. Well, a larger size doesn't have longer sleeves, but since I had no alternative, I made an exchange. I said that as a first time shopper, it didn't give me a good impression of the store. Nothing more was said. (BTW, the item is now on sale for 20% off vs my 10% discount. Bottom line, I thought this might become a store I would shop frequently, but now I will not return. I try to shop local, but with policies like this, it's no wonder larger stores are winning the retail race.
