When I was given the new total, I asked if I could go out to my car because it seemed quite a bit higher than my original quote. The man said "of course!" I came back with my original quote and at this point Garry (manager?) had joined our crew and we all tried to figure out what happened. After a few minutes we realized that someone (not me) had called and asked to have an additional service added on to their appointment today and it was somehow added to my car. Garry was amazing after I reassured him I had no idea what he was talking about and had not called since I placed my original call about the inspection & check engine light nearly 5 weeks prior.
