I can see a little extra on parts but almost double fees for parts???? And then this visit I booked ahead a week for an appointment and left you my vehicle for the day and you not getting the work done didn't sit with me well. I know we all got to make a living but you need to be reasonable with your clients. Too bad because you seemed to be responsible and knowledgeable on speaking with you. Courteous but....
