These people are dishonest along with the apartment complexes they work for. They have video to show the status of your tags but will not show it to you. Had 10 day tags on my car for 9 days before my car was towed. There were 2 explanations: TAGS NOT VISIBLE and NO TAGS. There were tags on my car at 10:30pm when my guest left my apartment. At 3:00 am in the morning my car was towed! I can plainly see where someone unscrewed my tags and took them off after I paid $265 and got it back. I was even charged $50 for one day of storage and it had only been there for 7 hours. I called the Sheriff Dept who talked with them but to no avail. I had all of my paperwork from the license plate office showing the tag number and the date they were to expire. The officer was very sympathetic. BEWARE! read more

Had my trailer towed by these guys a while back from the side of a private road where I was doing construction work and unfortunately I wasn't able to get it back. The owner acquired it and is selling it on Facebook along with my equipment which I use for my livelihood. Walked on his property with the intention to talk about reacquiring or even buying my equipment back and before I could even speak to him, he threatened to call the cops and have me arrested for trespassing. For someone who considers himself a christian, he sure doesn't show any compassion and love that christians ought to show to one another like Christ did on the cross. May God give you knowledge and wisdom brother. read more

Always nice and friendly to me. The only bad reviews I see are people who have been towed due to no one's fault but themselves. Why take it out on a business who was just doing their job and take responsibility for yourself! read more

So on 12/23/25 I had to go to this tow company because the on the 22nd the towed my car from apartment complex. When waking up car was gone. The night before and days and while before the tow my car had no issues with steering wheel or any type of weird noise. Well I went to try to get my car the 22nd but nope I had to leave it there because the registration was not in my name. I had to pay 275 plus 50. Money I don't have. Well on the 23rd I picked it up and drove it when noticing my steering wheel is totally not straight. When calling the office a man got on the phone and started the conversation hostile. He explained they take pictures and video from the time of pick up and all. Well he stated that my car was never push it was put on a bed being towed and there was no way they could have caused anything. This is a lie because I know damn well and it's common sense when pulling a car to go on a trailer to be towed there is always a chance so that you can knock out something out of place. But for anyone to say NO NO NO yes red flag..... now I'm stuck having to get this looked at and fixed. After I done paid these folks 325 for my car. Very unprofessional and totally not right of them. read more

They towed my truck and trailer last year out of my driveway in the middle of the night and charged me for two vehicles. $200 for the truck and $200 for the my trailer which had valid tags on it. My neighborhood has a contract with them and I understand the neighborhoods policy but my tags had recently went out and I was working to take care of it. When I went to pick them up I noticed they charged for both and the lady's response was" we can't cut the lock and leave them in the street and Mine was " that's funny because they cut my lock two other previous times and she acted confused. The first time they cut the lock and removed my trailer from my truck and towed it in the middle of the night. And the 2nd time they cut the lock and towed my truck and left my trailer in the street. Pretty crappy thing to do charging double when they clearly could've cut the lock and left the perfectly legal trailer in the driveway where it was of course I paid it. This happened last year but not this year. I honestly wouldn't have said anything until they did that. read more

I would give negative stars if that was an option! My husband called to ask for local location to location pricing (he gave them specifics). The person answering then asked what kind of car. When my husband told them. They said "We aren't interested" & hung up. SUPER RUDE!!!! Apparently they need a lesson on how to answer a business phone & how to speak to customers!!!! read more

Love the show! The only thing Ron is sooo hateful to crazy Dave. He just sits in his truck and yells at the poor man when he gets the job done. read more

I'm not impressed by reality tv, nor will I endorse it. I'm not interested in the overrated notoriety. I was under this false impression that I was going through a business not people who have a false sense entitlement and assume that they can charge whatever they want because of their supposed status. I don't care who they are. I've reported to all the local star and federal agencies that are not going to allow this overcharging to continue. 1600 bucks to tow 30 miles. Fees that are made up and down right thievery. I'm not supporting you. You will all be punished. Have a good day! read more

They were fast getting my car towed and to the dealership. The gentleman that was driving was so nice and very friendly.

Not only damaged my driver slide window but proceeded to curse and threatened to call the cops on my neighbor's grandmother for inquiring where the impound was or if we could pay a drop fee now... listen I get the towing business but to write up a ticket or to simply respond to someone doesn't give enough reason to act this way. Will be definitely filing a claim of stalking as the employee stated in front of i and the neighbor that he would see me later and was not referencing to the car... also threaten to call the cops for me asking for my card back and receipt, MIKE AND LOGAN, Please keep your hands to yourself as I'm sure your mothers did not teach you to put hands on them. Additionally, you are grown men and spitting while trying to express yourself is also not okay. read more

Don't buy from the store on Lizard Lick website because they take your money and send no merchandise

Great company, great people, and great prices. The staff is very friendly, and will do anything that they can to help with issues that may arise. Would gladly do business with them again, and will recommend them to anyone I know. read more

Stay way from this place . They pull the registration sticker off my daughter car and then tried to tow it. She had to call the police to stop them. it still cost her 100 to get it off the truck and she is filing a law suit. Just think when your buying something from them or getting your car repaired there your getting rip off. Make sure you get another garage to look at there work. I have been in auto repair for 38 years and if they have to do towing like this they and getting everything then can out of you. if you needed it or not. read more

The ladies are absolutely lovely and very hospitable. And I regret writing this. But the gentleman need to watch how they talk about customers read more

Great show, very inspiring!! Ron and Amy always have good words of wisdom. Hope to see them on tv again.

I wouldn't be mad if they towed my car I would ask for an autograph and I would give them all my money#licklife read more

My son was recently towed by this company. He deserved to get towed. No question about that. I have to say though I am in absolute shock that a business like this can operate in the way that these guys do. The way that they spoke to my wife and my son and almost again to my son before I shut the owner down was outrageous. Then I do some research and I come to find out it's one of these TV personalities with a reality show and it all clicked. If you can avoid doing business with these guys please do. Very predatory type of business. read more

Your goofball dispatch was rude and ignorant. I'm glad karma caught up to you recently.

Towed my truck when it was well evident it was broke down. Had flag outside driver window. Losers.....

Literal highway robbers. I was stuck in a ditch tonight and they were the nearest tow company. Took forever getting there. Then hooked up my jeep all wrong and now my rear wheels are screwed up. Then charged me $100 for moving me 2 feet out of the mud!! My buddy had to help me out and pay because the rude driver told me he was gonna impound my vehicle if I didnt produce cash on the spot. I dont care that they had some short lived crappy tv show. $100 to move somebody 2 feet is insane and then to threaten taking my vehicle which is my only means to get to work is even more insane. read more

Extremely reliable and friendly company. I broke down super early in the morning on the way to work. I called and they were there and had me taken care of in no time. Of course I'm stressed out because of what is going on and they made the whole process easy. Thanks for everything! read more

Great bunch of people!! Very helpful and quick service. Highly recommend! The level of professionalism was remarkable and they made a stressful situation much less stressful. read more

Haven't had them tow me before, however I did almost get into an accident with one of their tow trucks who was driving extremely recklessly. He decided that instead of used the completely open left lane to pass me that he would jump into the right lane where traffic was much slower. Upon realizing the traffic in that lane was coming up quickly and moving back into the middle, he decided to gun it and nearly rear-end a Dodge Charger in that lane while also almost taking off my front bumper as well. All I could do was slam on my breaks and hope that anyone behind me didn't rear-end me. Absolute reckless driving for 440 during morning traffic. If I had a chance to get the license plate I would have except he continued to do 80mph down the Crabtree Valley Mall EXIT RAMP so I couldn't catch up. I'd never come here even if they were the only towing company left if that man's driving is a reflection of this company's ethics. read more

This company has very little integrity. They seek to tow registered functioning vehicles from apartment communities because of tags. There are state organizations that enforce such things. Predatory towing is really disgraceful especially in the middle of a pandemic. read more

My car was picked up because the tags had expired and I understand that but what I don't get it our company can tell your car on Friday take the entire weekend off so nobody's in the office and then charge you each day that your vehicles in there knowing that people are trying to get the vehicles but they don't have anybody in the office to do the transaction so that they can get their belongings!!! Which company is a scam watch out!!! read more

Was driving down to Florida (Disney), I like the TV show so we made this a side trip on the way down (around 35/40 min from Rocky Mt). It was a Sunday so the (TV Show) business was closed, BUT the gift shop was open. The gift shop staff was super friendly. Even-tho tow company was closed we were able to walk around taking pictures. read more

I always enjoyed the show. I watched it every time it was on. Now, for some reason, it's not on in the Los Angeles area Dish Network any longer!! I am very disappointed and would like to know, if you can tell me, why it's been taken off the air in my area?? I finally have purchased a home just outside Charlotte so we'll soon be neighbors.
