The communication was very odd to me if I came in only for a vehicle inspection. Had the report arrived via email as promised this experience would've been much better on my end. Lacked the promised email. No real value to report here inspections cost the same everywhere. They did not did not send over said report. I brought my 2003 Ford Escape in simply because the ABS light was on. They charged me an absurd $246.68 just for a diagnostic fee to pull codes C1145/C1234, and then quoted $613 total to replace a single front wheel speed sensor (a standard 30min to an hour max with an older rustier job with a cheap part). When I asked if they could apply the diagnostic fee toward the repair, the advisor dismissively told me that rolling diagnostic fees into repairs is a "myth." (that claim is entirely false, as many reputable shops routinely credit diagnostic fees toward authorized repairs). When I pointed out how over-inflated the pricing was, and that I'd save more money having to pay a diagnostic fee at another shop and do the service there, he simply responded "okay" and showed zero willingness to work with me. This is a textbook example of predatory charging and exploitation of customers. I paid the ridiculous diagnostic fee just to get my vehicle out of there, and I will never return. Take your money elsewhere and go to a shop where they respect their customers.
