Had 10 day tags on my car for 9 days before my car was towed. There were 2 explanations: TAGS NOT VISIBLE and NO TAGS. There were tags on my car at 10:30pm when my guest left my apartment. At 3:00 am in the morning my car was towed! I can plainly see where someone unscrewed my tags and took them off after I paid $265 and got it back. I was even charged $50 for one day of storage and it had only been there for 7 hours. I called the Sheriff Dept who talked with them but to no avail. I had all of my paperwork from the license plate office showing the tag number and the date they were to expire. The officer was very sympathetic. BEWARE!

When…read moreDebnam's auto towed it back to their lot they dragged it along the pavement onto the trailer instead of using any tow Dollies or a lift to lift it onto the trailer instead. The undercarriage of our car is essentially ruined, along with a destroyed bumper. The lady who answers the phone is so rude and unhelpful. On the way to my appointment I got a tire pressure alert on my vehicle. Thinking it was just a slow leak, I decided that I would just put some air in my tire after I left the appointment. Once I arrived at Debnam's I noticed that the air was coming out quicker than I thought. I advised the woman at the front desk, Hunter, what was going on & asked her if someone could put some air into my tire for me prior to my appointment. She agreed and asked Raphael to assist me. He was very friendly and attempted to put air into my tire. That didn't work because there was a hole in it. I was thinking to myself that I would have to call and wait for towing assistance but Raphael volunteered to put my spare tire on for me. After my spare tire was put on my vehicle by Raphael, I spoke to Sawyer to get an estimate for the cosmetic work on my vehicle. She asked appropriate questions and was very professional. In the end she gave me great advice and wasn't focused on making a profit. Sawyer also checked the tire pressure of my spare tire to make sure that there was enough air in it so that I could get to my destination safely. The staff at Debnam's went above and beyond to assist me and for that I am truly grateful!! Sawyer also did not try to take advantage of me and do work that wasn't beneficial for the situation that I am in like some repair shops do! She was totally honest with me!! I will def reach out to them first if I ever need any work done in the future and I recommend that you do the same!!
