She was willing to work with me by helping me make decisions on whether to tow it 2 hrs back home, or save some money on the tow, and just have somebody in the Local Raleigh area take a look at the truck for me. And even though I did notice on their website, they also work on commercial vehicles, I truly appreciate the fact of her offering the option of having one of their service techs take a look at it for us, and at the same time remaining true to her professional abilities and never trying to push their repair services on me.
