She is very knowledgeable and caring. She has a wonderful bedside manner and knows what she is doing. I hold a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders and Amy took her time making sure to get every tense spot - even areas I didnt know held tension. The session felt way longer than an hour (in a good way) and I left very relaxed and refreshed. Plus she has a cute studio and a fireplace - perfect for chilly days!

There's simply no one better than Shelia! After a decade as my #1 go-to, I couldn't be more…read morethankful that I found her. A session with Shelia is an amazing experience. She always relieves the tension in my body and provides a therapeutic experience. Her setting is private, relaxing and peaceful. I feel welcomed in her space and never rushed. I also appreciate that she actually provides a full 60- or 90-minute massage...not 50 or 80 like other places, and she's never tried to sell me products. Shelia is kind, professional, knowledgeable and beyond talented. And, most of all, she genuinely cares about my needs. Like me, you'll be happy that you found her too!

It was a magical massage! She gently worked sensitive areas most massage therapists would avoid, like my abdomen, chest and jaw, in a way that was completely natural and totally right. I was so impressed that I hired her for a second massage after the retreat and got one for my husband. Sequoia blends multiple styles and her touch is confident, gentle and strong, becoming lighter or deeper depending on what you need. I felt like she really knew what my body needed and delivered it with grace. Sequoia comes highly recommended!

The massage room is a serene, sacred, no judgement zone. Before the massage Christine checked to see if there are any particular areas needing attention. She worked diligently concentrating on the chronic problem areas plus instinctively on other places that needed attention. Christine is a Reiki Master and incorporates that into the massage. Normally I talk while having a massage but with the Christine it was a spiritual experience that needed no words. After the massage Christine gave me a glass of water to help flush out toxins. My post massage transformation was almost unreal feeling no pain in the areas that troubled me prior to the massage, improved range of motion and a delightful sense of peace and calm. I will be experiencing Christine's massages on a regular basis. It's beyond fortunate having such a gifted healer in our area.

I hadn't mentioned, they have a room for 2, so you can book an appointment with your significant other and be in the same space. On our first visit we didn't know, it was just a nice surprise. Now we know to request it, though I'm sure they'd set you up there automatically, if its available. We did the combo again, which is currently $61 for credit/debit card, for an hour total. I think next time we'll try something new, because why not? My instinct is, that no matter the service we chose, its going to be incredible.
