No disclaimer. No asterisks. When you are given the owner's number, she stops responding as soon as you put any kind of pressure on her to hear you out and open up the room for a conversation (especially after originally leaving a 5 star review and being a Blo member). She refuses to give out an email, and just mentions that she set up a drip campaign 4 years ago and she has no idea where this came from (this came from her location's inbox). I believe that mistakes happen, but attitude and lack of effort to rectify is not a good look for the owner. Bringing this to the attention of others: there are other Blo salons that have $80 a month, even if membership is now $95, if you booked or cancelled under a pretense that came from the official location's messaging, you have a case to stand on. Bring this to the attention of corporate just like I will be doing.

For the past ~2 months (approaching 3) we've received no responses to multiple emails and voicemail messages, despite repeated attempts to confirm details and next steps for our wedding date. At this point we have no clear confirmation that services will be provided and multiple links on their website are broken. The contract we received focuses heavily on client payment requirements, but does not clearly explain what happens if the vendor fails to deliver or becomes unreachable, which has made this especially stressful while planning a wedding. I wanted to share this so other couples factor in the current lack of communication before booking. On a side note, it appears as though their business license has been suspended for tax issues.

So when my daughter wanted a fresh cut, I got in contact with him to schedule an appointment. We went in on March 29th at 430pm. His salon is beautiful. It looks glamorous! Beautiful shiny white floors! Big mirrors at every station for clients to see, bright lights, high ceiling with nice light fixtures... it is just all around STUNNING! When you first walk in, you'll see the front desk with product lines up behind it (I am a sucker for when things are satisfying to the eye) and he greets you & tells you to sit in his chair. The one closest to the front desk. My daughter sat down and her hair was too the middle of her back. She has dark brown with neon green fading into yellow underneath. He asked her what she would like to do and also asked if she had any pictures. After seeing her vision, he instantly took off about 4-5 inches of length (so satisfying to watch). He then went around and touched up some edges, took her back to wash it, and continued to cut wet. He then blew dried and cut a bit more before asking what she thought and offered doing it a few more different ways, but all the while, making sure it was what she wanted. Hello! I walked in and the receptionist and another stylist were talking. They both said hello and…read morewould be right with me. I filled out some paperwork on what I was looking for with my haircut. Then I was led back to a chair to wait for Ashley as she was finishing up with another client. Her and I talked about what I wanted from my haircut and showed her a picture (first picture). She seem to know what I wanted then she turned me away from the mirror to start the haircut. I was seeing alot of hair being cut off but thought it was for the layers however when I turned to look in the mirror I wanted to cry as it looked like a boy haircut (nothing like I wanted). I had to show her where some hair was longer than the rest so she could cut it and when I got home, I found that the layers are not the same on each side of my head and the back is longer than the front which is one thing I told her I did not want. So disappointed and will definitely not be back. Now I have to wait for this haircut to grow out so I can get the one I actually wanted. The haircut I got was the second pic and that was after me styling my own hair when I got home.

Like cut once a year and an easy highlight every few years. No styling besides product in the shower and curly girl it after with an air dry. As you can see in the pics, it was soooo long and my waves were getting bogged down and the color was just meh. She gave me a BEAUTIFUL, natural balayage, cut off a lot of length while still leaving it long. I could not be more pleased. My hair is so full of life and catches the light beautifully and my waves are OH SO HAPPY!
