I made an appt online for a new client cut that came with a complementary hair mask. My appt was with Jade. She was fantastic! The place was clean and modern and the vibe was relaxed. I haven't been to a real hair salon in probably 10-15 years. Went to Great clips about 5 years ago for my last hair cut but I wanted to splurge and get a little pampering! Most things are charged by the hour and each stylist has a different rate based on their "level" I came with a pic of what I wanted and Jade delivered. Almost identical. And if my face was as thin and flawless as the AI version I brought in it would have been exactly the same lol. She also has these wonderfully long nails that feel amazing when she's washing your hair! She was conversational without being nosy or over talkative. As a mother of a special needs kiddo it was a much needed reprieve and she gave me the pampering I needed! Will definitely be back if I'm still in Roseville the next time I need a hair cut.

From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, welcoming, and genuinely peaceful. There was such a relaxing, zen energy that immediately put me at ease. What stood out most, though, was how attentive and in tune Moe was. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure she understood my concerns before getting started. I never felt rushed or dismissed--something I've unfortunately experienced in the past. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and completely comfortable the entire time. That level of care truly showed in the final result, and I couldn't be happier. It's such a relief to feel confident getting back into a regular hair routine. If you've had a bad salon experience and are hesitant to try again, I highly recommend giving Moe a chance. This was everything I hoped for and more. Thank you, Moe!

Yes, some people mention the price, but here's the thing: her work lasts. I can go months between sessions because the grow-out looks intentional and polished. So in the long run, I actually spend less on my hair throughout the year. She's a master of placement -- it's always natural, dimensional, and perfectly tailored to my hair. That's make-or-break when maintaining a bright, cool blonde, and going MONTHS between services. What really sets her apart is that she's just as skilled with blondes as she is with brunettes (a rare combo!). I've been both, and she's absolutely nailed it every time. Most importantly, she somehow gets that cool blonde tone without frying your hair. After switching back to her, I was finally able to grow my hair out while keeping the tone bright. No brassy blonde! On top of all that, she gives the kind of haircut that just works -- even air-dried, my hair falls like it's been styled. She knows what she's doing. A true queen of the industry. Even though I live far away now, she's still answered my hair questions, offered honest advice, and helped me out when I was in a pinch. That kind of care is rare, and I'm endlessly grateful for it. If you're on the fence: go. She's worth it.
