Amber does a phenomenal job. She is clear about the process, honest and direct. I appreciate it and while she tried to downplay what I should expect, she exceeded all my expectations. Amber is an artist. Until yesterday, I had only gone to Amber for my brows. Yesterday I had a facial. It was amazing. My skin looks today. I'm rocking the no make up look. I had to cancel a same-day appointment due to a work emergency and was told over the phone it was "no problem." By Chastity (I think that was her name if I remember correctly). Later, I noticed a $25 cancellation fee charged to my credit card, even though my membership is set up on my debit card. I was never informed about the fee during the call, nor did I authorize my credit card to be used for membership charges. At my next visit, I updated my debit card information, but my monthly membership was again charged to my credit card. When I stopped by to purchase a Valentine's Day gift card that weekend, I explained the situation to the front desk and was told they wouldn't have charged it without authorization. There was no apology or acknowledgment, which was disappointing, especially given I was actively supporting the business. The estheticians are great, but the billing confusion and lack of customer service at the front desk have me reconsidering my membership.

The entire time, both people I interacted with were focused on trying to sell me their monthly package rather than actually providing a quality service or explaining anything. I left feeling confused, like what did I just pay for? It did not feel like a legitimate experience. I did leave a $10 tip, but only because the person who performed the service was pregnant and I felt bad--not because the service itself warranted it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. Save your time and money. Better off buying face cream.

The numbing cream was only left on for about 10 minutes, and when the treatment started, I still felt a lot of pain, which made me feel like the products or timing were not great. The actual microneedling itself was very short, maybe around 10 minutes, and she did not even cover my entire face, even though I expected a more thorough session. On top of that, she spent a big portion of the appointment pushing product packages and a membership instead of focusing on the treatment I was already there for. The attitude and overall customer service did not feel professional or caring. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

She performed a hydro facial and did some other great things to my skin. I was glowing for days and did NOT get dry and flaky.
