I have natural nails and requested a dark pink clear polish with my nails shortened. There was no design, artwork, or specialty color involved. During the appointment, the technician asked if I wanted my cuticles cut, and after already beginning the service, informed me that this would now be considered a manicure with additional cost. What surprised me the most was the final result and price. My nails were cut drastically shorter than I expected, and the total came to $90 for acrylic-related services with a very simple clear polish look. Unfortunately, the outcome did not match the cost in my opinion. This is actually the second disappointing experience I've had at this salon, which is why I felt it was important to leave a review for future customers.
