I booked a Brow Magic appointment with Tara, and overall I was happy with the service and my brows. My only disappointment was the timing. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. Since there isn't a receptionist, I checked myself in and waited. Around 3:47, Tara popped her head out and let me know she'd need about 7 more minutes, which was completely understandable. However, it ended up being closer to 15 minutes. Around 4, she came out with her previous client, checked her out, and booked her next appointment before bringing me back. I totally understand that appointments can run over, and things happen, but I felt like there wasn't much acknowledgment of the delay or consideration for my time. Thankfully, I didn't have anywhere else I needed to be, but if I had, it could have been frustrating. I think what stood out to me most is that if I had shown up 15 minutes late, I likely would have been charged a fee or asked to reschedule. I believe that same respect for clients' time should go both ways. With that being said, I probably won't be back. The space was beautiful and the shop was cute though.

Andrea provides a relaxing and cozy environment so you can just enjoy every second of your self-care time. She has also introduced me to an array of products, at my request, so I can continue to pamper myself at home. And believe me: she uses the best products on her clients. Note: It is not uncommon to pass out from the extreme relaxation. Yes... she's that good. Aside from the calming atmosphere, sensational facials, and Andrea's attention to detail... she really is just a genuinely amazing human. Andrea lovingly devotes her spare time to help underprivileged children and regularly accepts donations of school supplies and clothing for them. Of course, she doesn't "pressure" anyone to donate. But I absolutely adore her outgoing and caring nature, and how she invites others to be a part of it, if they would like. In my opinion, we could use more Andreas in the world. Bottom line: We all need to have self-care days, and I'm happy to have found Spa Mom for that! Thanks to her hard work and positive energy, I always leave feeling AMAZING... inside and out.

First she said she would make them straight, then clean them up, then said she would go slow. And I pointed out her brows as an example of the arch and shape, but she left me with butchered 90s brows that have drastically changed my appearance in a way I cannot fix. Jenette, the manager, saw my google review and called me this morning (May 4), and told me "there was nothing wrong with my brows", she defended her brow artist, told me I was speaking to her out of line, but that she would not at all want my "after" brows either. She offered for me to come in and "fix" them. When I asked how, she said she would tint them. I tint them weekly. A tint doesn't grow hair.
