We were seated and served very quickly and were starving! We both opted for what we think is sweet and sour chicken for our entrees, and to start off I went with a salad and she got the wonton soup. The salad was pretty standard for what you expect out of these restaurants and it was a great kickoff before the main meal. My friend's wonton soup looked DELICIOUS, I can't wait to try it when I come back! The sweet and sour chicken was a great portion and was soooo flavorful, we were full for hours after. Great place - check it out!

From the moment we walked in, our server treated our presence like a personal inconvenience. There was no greeting, just a menu dropped on the table while she walked away. When we tried to ask a simple question, she said look at the menu and walked away. Any attempt at polite engagement was shut down with curt answers. I don't need red-carpet treatment, but basic human decency shouldn't be too much to ask for. If you're looking for a peaceful dinner where you feel welcome, you might want to look elsewhere--or just stick to takeout.

Didn't think much of it until we couldn't get seated at the sushi restaurant. We were seated right away near the entrance. It's hot in Praha in the summer!!! We order about 6 dishes and they were pretty decent for Europe. Coming from the San Gabriel Valley, Chinese food has to be exceptional and I think this place could survive in SGV as a mom and pop business. We ordered duck, fried rice, a fish dish, a corn soup, beef and broccoli (yep, I was traveling with young children, hahaha). These were dishes that pleased all of us. They were very decent especially if you're missing some Asian flavors in Praha.

And of course on a cold winter day, you gotta do the hot pot. It's individual soups served in fancy copper bowls on a sleek table with burners built-in. We stumbled upon this place and were lucky to get in on a Saturday night. We ordered some wine/hot sake, 2 appetizers and all got hot pot with various meets, sides and sauces. Our waitress was amazing and explained the menu and actually suggested taking things off so we didn't over order (also suggested we could order as it comes). It was my moms first time at a hotpot place and they were so nice to her and explained the process. Overall the quality of the meat was amazing as was the soup for the hotpots. The staff were so nice, and absolutely made our night and trip in Prague. Would highly recommend if you're in the mood for hotpot or something different. We will absolutely be back if in Prague!!!

Well Lo and behold to the place to dishonesty! They have different prices for each race and accents. Americans? Sure! Let me give you the most expensive menu in the place where you order everything separately including rice for a good $3- $4 more per plates. Let me also tell you that the much cheaper menu is only for lunch because you know, you can't read Czech for shit! We ordered few too many dishes including rice for $1.50 or 35 cz because they pointed out to make sure that our dishes won't come with it. But wait, what's that next to our table? Czech people with different menu? Even Chinese people get different menu. What the bloody rip off hell!! You flipping kidding me? Kidding they were not. Czech people get rice with their dishes and scan soup for free for a good 79 cz dollar. Me? The same dish minus the rice and soup for 158 cz. Twice as much? Oh hell yea. Cause you know I can't read that shit. And the food? It is as Sichuan as I am Mexican, which I'm not. Fish fillet in chilli sauce is glorified fish and chip! So gross. And the chicken in spicy sauce, not bad: soups are small. Noodle dishes are spendy and small. Overall, it was 500 kc meal that's worth 1/3 of the price. Places like this make me cringe and barf. And thankful that yelp exists!! Perhaps I would like this if I was Czech or from Prague. But as "Tourist", this sucks hell. And service was just like the decor and honesty. Doesn't exist!! So run like hell?? Or give your money to a hobo. Just skip this place!! That is all.
