On our last visit, we kicked things off with a go-kart race (I'll admit, I'm a "safety-first" driver... came in last place ). Afterward, we grabbed some food and drinks, then hit the arcade where I redeemed myself by taking first place in Mario Kart. The atmosphere is lively, with families, kids, and couples all enjoying themselves. The food service can be a little slow due to the open seating setup, but our server was warm, attentive, and apologetic for the delay. Other perks? This is a pretty cool spot. They have arcade games, pool, and a bar. I really loved that they have a separate area for pool for just 21+. However, a group with a toddler did manage to come in and that kinda ruined the vibe. We had a waitress in that room ask if we wanted a menu for food/drinks and then she never came back......so we just would walk to the bar and place our order and drinks. My wife wanted to have a date night on a Sunday. So we decided to drive up to Sarasota to this place called Livingston Amusement. It seemed to be a full parking lot when we arrived. There were many family's, kids abound, couples and folks playing in each section of the building. We were greeted at the door by two individuals and the initial experience was very professional. The establishment has go carts, bumper cars, arcade video games / rides and a "points" game room for kids, many pool tables for both adults and kids alike, it is a well set up establishment. It took us back to our regular play with arcade games and prizes when we were younger. We decided to play some billiards. All the dining tables were marked with signs reading, "Tables reserved for pool customers only". Since it was hourly to play, we decided to grab a table but eat before we started our clock on the pool table. Several times, wait staff asked if were going to play pool and we said yes, but they never offered to take an order for food or drinks (this was strange). In fact, they almost seemed harassing, it was a little uncomfortable. Then we got the pool table and balls and shot several games of billiards. They have a good menu selection of bar food. We had chicken bites and a mini corn dog platter. We also had two adult beverages. The meals and drinks set us back around $60. The ticket for the hourly pool table was around $9. So our date night was about $75 and while that seemed to be a little high, it was a fun night. read more

No service whatsoever. We had to serve, ask for plates, napkins & sodas. The waitress was nice, but didn't attend to our party. The kids ate the pizzas and we had to clear the table for cake. We were told our "party" was served with enough pizza for 20 guests. Only 9 children were able to eat the pizza. We served the pizza and cake ourselves. It's a big rip off. read more

Went here to play arcade games with my daughter on a rainy night on vacation. Not a crazy selection of arcade games, but the ones they had were good. I do feel like the games were a bit overpriced compared to other arcades we have visited in the past. What was most concerning was the young children sprinting around the arcade. One collided with me while running around not paying attention. Gave me a fat lip. No parent in site. I do think they should monitor more/enforce parents watching their children. Large selection of prizes in the game room. Staff was sweet. Would come back and give it another chance, despite our not so great experience. read more

I enjoyed the arcade and the bumper cars -- those were a lot of fun! Unfortunately, the experience at the prize counter left a bad impression. An employee named Joshua was helping a customer, then got caught up in a personal conversation with a friend about how they knew each other. My friend and I waited patiently for them to finish, but after their long chat, another lady walked up and cut the line. Joshua immediately helped her while ignoring us, even though we had been standing there waiting. I only wanted to grab a quick piece of candy, but instead we walked out disappointed. So i went here today with my fam and I really like the concept of this place. We were able to let my kids playing RK while we play pool which is pretty cool. I like that they separate the adults and kids in a way. The bumper cars are the best. The go karts are just okay. The only thing that they could change is that gratuity that they added the end of the bill or at least they can let you know that they're about to add it. All the staff was pretty cool I didn't have a problem with the service it was nice. read more

It was a raining afternoon and we didn't wanted to stay in, since we were all on vacation mode! We search for places near our Airbnb and this place pops out. I just want to tell you ... PLEASE low your expectations!!! Yeah, it was packed, but I bet everyone was there for the same reason. It was pouring and no one wanted to stay home or drive far. Most of the games were out of service and the place smelled humidity. The staff was rude and NO customer service at all. The ONLY staff member that had time to answer questions or provide any help was the guy in the go carts and bump cars. His name was Davon (sorry if is missed spelled)! Arcade was a lot of fun. However when we went to pay our tab with the bar, they failed to mention that an 18% gratuity bill as already added to my bill. So basically for me going up to the bar to order food & drinks, they got a 40% tip. Not impressed with that. read more

The games selection just sucks. The bowling alley has better games. This place has stupid lotto style "games" and a bunch of mediocre shooter games that are all the same. And expensive. Boring. The prize selection was ok though, but most of the stuff took way too many tokens to win. read more

1st time being here. Sat at the bar and met our bartender Harley. He gave us exceptional service. I like fruity drinks and he made this concoction of Strongbow Cider and Raspberry Belgium Beer. Rude staff except for the go cart guys in back. They should be in management ! Went for go carts with our family of 9. Had an issue with our go cart ride and the 2 attraction pass so we talked to manager. Was not helpful after we explained our situation, he didn't want to listen or understand so he offered to add the cart $10 into a card so he didn't have to "argue" with us. Terrible customer service, half games are out of service. Gave him back the cards, his $10 credit and left. Take your family elsewhere! read more
