The hemming of the dress was the ONLY alteration done! Plus, the straps were missing! She called Judy to explain & was told to come back in. I had to pickup the dress when it was done since daughter was working. Judy proceeded to tell me it was "too much" alterations! Seriously! She blamed her assistant for the missing straps that were later 'found on the floor". She took no responsibility nor did she say anything about not completing the alterations correctly the first time. She blamed my daughter for unruly kids when she came when they were sitting down watching a video for the 15 minutes they were there. Fortunately, I've had several recommendations for other businesses!

I understand different fabrics can require more work, but the pricing feels unreasonable for the quality of service provided. After paying, I asked if she had a clear plastic cover to protect the dress, and her response was, "ehh... if you want." That alone says everything about the level of care and professionalism here. I won't be returning. There are far better tailors out there who are not only skilled, but actually value their customers and provide proper service. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

When I contact her she first claimed they were at the bottom of the bag. They where not. Then she said would have return them at the first fitting. This was not the case because she kept them after the first fitting to use as a model the other ones. I had plans for them and wanted them back. The dress fit ok in the end but not perfect. It could have been tighter (I did not change sizes in between fittings). Price is reasonable, but to be fair I didn't price shop.

These were my go-to shoes for all day walking and I did not want to chance getting blisters with a new pair at the start of a month long vacay. I dropped them off on a Monday and they were ready for pickup on the Friday morning. The best part is they fixed the mangled strap so impeccably that it was only noticeable if you had the shoe in front of your face to look for it and more importantly, it was just as comfortable as before! I was very concerned on this since it was the leather strap that goes around the back of the heel but it felt perfect and at the end of my trip it was still as if nothing had happened. I left the jacket and when I came back the top part of the zipper track where a plastic cap was located was ripped off and the zipper track was messed up and she told me that the jacket could not be fixed (per pictures). She literally destroyed my relatively new jacket and did not fix my problem and did not even tell me she altered the jacket in attempt to fix it. I gave it two tries and both times, the quality of work was messy. The latest was a hem for my jeans. Look at the photos to see how the stitching is not aligned and appears quickly sewed without any care. In her defense, the job was less than $20, i guess you get what you pay for? Still, i won't be returning or recommending her to anyone.
