Less than two weeks later, and for less than $300 (cash, no CC's accepted), we had a brand-new looking chair. The quality was good and I could tell that a lot of thought had been put into how to align the pattern on some of the smaller sections and edges of the chair. I picked these up and didn't notice they weren't done as they were put in storage until I got my floor done. I looked and realized this and sent an email. He asked me to send pics of chairs and never heard back. I paid about $1,000 and provided fabric. Just feel I was given a run around when they were asked if they could correct the mistake. It's upsetting but will find another upholsterer.
