Working with Living Waters Pool was frustrating and at times felt like I was being "taken" financially. Our rebuild was agreed to in February 2023 and completed June 25th. Work was sporadic and contact with the owner was difficult. He would respond to my questions with "working on scheduling " or work to resume on a certain day then no one would come. I am happy with the work and it being completed. However, sadly I don't think I would recommend them at this time. read more

We signed the contract in February/March 2022 with living water pools to start construction on a saltwater pool at our home. We given a "worst case scenario" to have our pool completed in august 2022. Fast forward to now and our pool still isn't completely finished, missing is the part to part to make our pool a saltwater pool. Two of the three water sheers (spillways) are leaking and cracked, water coming out from the back of the plaster and our pool will not pass final inspection due to a wire with the main pump not being connected. We have send numerous texts and emails and are being ignored after receiving one excuse, it's either, a work order has been submitted or the part has been ordered. This has been ongoing for months. Living water stated they were restructuring their business as they had communication issues, well apparently communication is still an issue. However, when they want to be paid they can be found and communicate is not an issue during those stages. We have found them not to be completely honest and upfront with issues when it came to our pump (which they stated they had ) but when it came down to it they did not have it and we had to wait another month for it to be delivered and installed. Their famous excuse "I'll look into it and get back to you" which they NEVER get back to you. As of today (here a new year) are messages are left unanswered. We're still hopeful they will actually fix our issues and make things right instead of ignoring us. If you hire Living Water pools, be prepared to deal with dishonesty, empty promises, incompetence and no customer service. read more

Moved to Visalia in July it was hot! Into a new housing tract, we needed to make up our mind about backyard landscaping. It was hot, dry & just dirt. We decided to get some pool quotes. Called a few, some were so busy they couldn't come out for a quote. Now to anyone new to this, in Visalia, local pool companies are supportive of each other, they don't verbally bash each other, which is so nice. Each pool company uses a few contracted companies, so who ever you choose they do good work. We received a few quotes based on design, size, & here's our huge make or break deal CUSTOMER SERVICE. Donovan @Living Water Pools listened to us, the customer. What were our needs, wants & then sat down to the drawing board. A lot of pools have the similar design but it's the customers who can customize it to their families needs. I wanted a rock water slide, my budget said, 'dream on' $10,000-$15,000, no thanks. My resort lazy river was not budget friendly either, lol. I didn't want 3-5 waterfalls at $500 per feature, I also didn't want someone telling us we should have a retaining wall $3000-$3500 when we knew we didn't need one. There are other ways to 'retain' without a wall. We knew our family would never use a jacuzzi, so that also saved us $$$. Donovan listened & created our dream pool, didn't try to tell us what we wanted or needed. Living Water pools deep ends are 7 feet, others were 6.5 feet, hello I'm a 6 foot tall girl, that extra 1/2 foot matters. If you want 8 feet, there's a fee. He will tell you upfront & honestly what different pros/cons are: salt water vs chlorinated, heater or not. Kristy has kept us informed of all appointments. They sincerely work like a well oiled machine. Kelby & Brandon have the best customer service. They have been detail oriented getting our yard back to the way it was before construction. I'm posting pictures as we're in progress. Update 10/20: We are right on schedule. David, Donovan, Devin & Kristy handle construction like true professionals. We love our tile & stonework. David was helpful & guided us, showing us the colors that compliment each other. Construction is dirty, dusty & can have hiccups. Living Water Pools & workers are awesome. We are scheduled for plaster this Friday 10/23. Update 10/24: We are plastered!!! We are filled. Pool looks amazing. Getting finished with clean up. Pictures updated. Like you all know we started our pool process on March 2021 the project was supposed to be completed by June 2021 that's what was stated in our contract. Well today is June 11 2022 and is not even close to be completed the contractor we used doesn't even reply to our messages since January 27 2022 "Living Water" From Tulare Ca. Not just that the final inspection hasn't even been approved by the city because they built my pool to closed to my fence and obviously there is no way to fix that now we are having issues with algae. This experience with Living Waters been the most stressful thing ever. We follow the contract we did everything exactly like stated, we paid the full price of the project before it was completed now we are lost. Like you all know my husband health hasn't been the best and this is just adding stress to him. Hello, We contacted Living Water pools for an estimate, and the designer/builder came out for an estimate. After spending 1 hour with me and discussing our pool design, he advised he would follow up with a phone call and estimate for us. After making several attempts to contact Living Water pools, we never heard from the company again. There was no follow up, or a return of phone call for our pool design. I would NOT recommend contacting Living Water pool builders for your future pool. read more

We started our pool in March with completion date in July. Well it's now August and not done. They promise you so much until you sign the contract. I wish I would've went with legitimately any other builder we got quotes from. Cry about supply chain all you want, there are builders finishing pools in around six weeks still in Tulare County. My pool was dug on February 14th, and originally told it would be done late May/early June. I have no confidence in them being done by Labor Day now. I love our design and designer, but they literally won't answer their phone or respond to emails when I have questions. They definitely want their checks on time, but we have no one at our house working for two months. Two months with nothing done. I get that things happen. Delays happen. But you can't go radio silent and just disappear. Very regretful that we went with Living Water. They build too many pools at one time for them to handle. Especially with a seemingly poorly-run business. The owner told me he currently has "12 or 13 pools waiting for plaster right now." Other builders we spoke to said they won't take more than maybe five builds at one time. read more

Poor communication, they do not respond or return your phone calls or texts. Lots of confusion and miscommunication displayed throughout the project. Project has been 5 months past due and some pool features are still not finished. They had to fire the workers that started on my job so they were not there to finish the job. I have had to catch alot of wrongdoings by luckily having the time to be onsite to correct things. Dononvan was awesome with the design and communication to start but once you sign that contract you cannot get a hold of the guy for any questions. Kristi or Donovan will not return your phone call. Pool design and final product came out great. Customer service/professionalism is very very poor. They have no respect for the customers time or patience. I would not recommend based on lack of professionalism and respect for the paying customer. A simple return of a phone call is a common courtesy to someone you have been working with for almost a year. read more

on 1/11/2022 living water pools began to dig our pool, they told us it would be done by the first of april, did not happen, it is now aug. 3, 2022 pool is not ready. we have talked to them and e-mailed them , they will not respond on a regular bases. very poor communication or none at all. do not, i repeat do not use this company to build your pool. very dishonest company read more
