Black stain that wasn't spoken about when it was originally discussed and this wasn't seen until we got it home. It was hidden.

My first experience here was absolutely horrible! The carpet my Interior Designer purchased had a large black stain on it -- it looked like oil, probably from the rollers it was hanging on during inspection. We didn't unfold it until a few days later, and when I went back to return it, they told me it was an "as is" item and refused to help. Even after speaking with the manager, Carlos, he was stoic, cold, and showed no sympathy that I had just spent $700 on a rug I'll never be able to use & gave me one option that I could "give it away" as a sol. I completely understand policies, but any company that values customer service should know when to make exceptions -- especially when a product is delivered with a visible stain that wasn't disclosed at the time of purchase. This was my very first and last time shopping here. You're far better off going somewhere that stands behind their products and values their customers. I will never shop here again, and I'll make sure my clients, friends, and family know to do the same.

After ordering 3 pieces of a couch I was disappointed with the cushions but figured that's just how they come. I added a middle unit and I found that the original cushions were manufactured HORRIBLY, bumpy and flat compared to the full new cushion I received. Inches of difference in 2 months. They claim wear and tear but I have pictures of the original delivery and it was the same. After multiple agents told me I have an easy claim it was denied twice and now they won't speak to me. After spending thousands on furniture they cannot even replace two cushions that are clearly manufactured poorly with more than 2 inches of difference between them. No replacement, no help. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and will tell every soul who listens to me about how terrible this company is for as long as I live.

BEWARE OF LIVING SPACES I purchased furniture for my entire home with warranty and everything over 10k, the delivery people scratched my new floors dragging the furniture which was not the end of the world but when the new 6k sectional couch I got supposibly from leather started peeling after less than 1 year - I reached out to the warranty department to ask for replacement repair or anything they simply denied and said its not under warranty, save your money and spend it somewhere else because this store only lies to get you to buy low quality furniture with scamy warranty that wont cover you.

06-Jul-2024 Today we stopped by Living Spaces to see mattresses and because of Yama's education and explanations about mattresses we felt empowered and educated to choose a mattress. We were open to learning about the benefits of the different mattresses and Yama was very helpful at explaining everything. Love the people. The Avocado bed is a piece. Just over a year with it and the springs have pushed through. My body aches. My wallet is angry. I should have known when I purchased coverage if this would happen - why would I send it back so it can happen again. I hadn't been thinking. So not buy this bed. It has very poor construction. Now looking for a new organic bed that doesn't suck :/ DO NOT BUY THE AVOCADO BED. A lot of money for a year.

What started as an exciting furniture purchase turned into a complete disappointment. While the sales staff at both San Diego locations were initially helpful (even offering a $218 discount), everything fell apart at delivery. My "new" sofa arrived with: * Visible stains throughout * Fabric pulling away in multiple areas * A crooked headrest * Poorly fitted material with slack everywhere. * A few pics for reference are attached. The delivery manager, seeing my shock, promised either a replacement OR a $347 discount if I kept the damaged piece. When I called the later to request the replacement, I was told they had NO stock available AND they would only offer $158 instead of the promised $347 discount. I'm now stuck with a damaged sofa that doesn't match what I saw in the showroom, no timeline for a replacement, and a company that won't honor the compensation their own delivery manager promised. For a major furniture purchase that's meant to last years, this level of product quality and customer service is DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING. I've spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue with No success. They've given nothing but false promises, refuses to honor commitments made by their own staff. Not valuing customers & their time. If you value your time and money, think twice before shopping here. They clearly don't stand behind their products or their word.

My co-worker was telling me about Home + Hound and how is was so cute with all of the dog…read moreaccessories. She was going on and on about H+H she even had come over to her desk so she could show me their website. Yes they had a lot of very cute dog stuff like leashes, collars, and harnesses that you most likely couldn't get anywhere else. I was in the area and said I have to stop by and show some love. The shop is small, very cute, and very well organized. There is a home section and the dog section is in the back. I was very impressed with this shop because the items that they have is pretty much one of a kind. Much of my focus was on the dog section and the quality of the items were amazing. Next time I'll pay more attention to the home section. Every time I'm in the area I'll stop by to see what's new. Great job Home + Hound!!!

Well, I am the queen of color so left empty handed (for me) but spotted many interesting and practical gifts for my friends with dogs, so even if initially did not realize what things they were selling in this store, then I got great ideas for gifts. Dog accessories are a must these days!

I have been shopping at Kiko + Sven for the past several years. It was one of the first stores I…read morelearned about when I went to the very first Adams Avenue Spirit Stroll, which is a local, annual sip and shop event. I then went back to do a little holiday shopping, and have been back many times since. I am also happy that the shop continues to host a spirt stop on the stroll. Kiko + Sven is a tiny shop with a lot of cute items. Some appear handmade and other are just cute or unique. They probably have more jewelry than anything. It is mostly dainty gold and silver, some with long beads and some made from clay. They have a back wall that is full of greeting cards, and a section of toddler and baby items. There are usually quite a few candles and soaps, and a small amount of cocktail/cooking supplies. All of it calls out to me... and makes me want to spend money. They also have a rack of clothing in the shop, and usually a sale rack outside. I have bought a couple of tops and a cute shawl there in the past, but since the selection is so small, I often don't find any clothing that either is my size or style. I think it is a great shop to browse and find something unecspected. As it is very small, the times I went looking for something more specific for gifts, it has been a bit hit or miss. Their stock varies over time and you may or may not luck out. All in all, if you are shopping or eating on Adams, go check it out. It's really fun to browse and you may find something you like. Also, they will make you an account so you can put your phone number in for discounts without any coupons or solicitaitons.

They also support local artists and there always new items to see when you go in. Also if you are a plant lover they have unique ones as well as pots too.
