I see Living spaces isn't running out of bad reviews. Well Here's another one. Their so called artisan crafted furnitures are GARBAGE. It has the durability of popsicle sticks. It's only been a couple of years of using this dresser. We baby our furniture so much! This dresser is more of a bedroom decoration than anything, barely used and it's not even closing properly! We also purchased a wooden console that is now chipping!! We reached out for assistance, but our concerns were completely dismissed,. No effort was made to resolve the issue, and the experience reflected a lack of accountability and confidence in their products. You are better off going to IKEA! Living spaces count your days! You can't do this to people who spend their hard earned money on your products!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. This honestly feels like false advertising. I purchased a dining set based on the in-store display, which clearly showed six chairs and one bench (seating for eight people). That was the main reason I decided to buy it. However, when my order was delivered, it only included four chairs and one bench, which completely changes what I thought I was purchasing. A dining set for six is not the same as one for eight. I trusted what I saw in the showroom. If the display does not accurately reflect what is included, that is misleading. If the set is different from what is shown, it should be clearly explained to the customer. There was no complete or proper information provided, and no one explained anything to me. I was simply told to sign the order. I also called customer service and spoke with the manager, Travis, but no one helped me. I am very upset. Be careful with what you see on display in this store--they engage in false advertising.

***DON'T BUY THE WARRANTY Fam!!! - Folks, trust and believe...Living Spaces' "Care-Free Plan" Warranty is as far as I can tell, nothing but a cash grab upsell with little to no approvals for legitimate claims. You can go in to the Summerlin Location and see people daily Losing their minds at the Customer Service Counter over their warranty NOT BEING HONORED. The SALES ASSOCIATE ( take your pick ) all present the warranty options making it sound like a piece of cake and even tell you " When you file a claim call us and we'll help you. They're all USELESS. Nice and pleasant but USELESS when it comes to getting results. They basically tell you EVERYTHING is covered except for " Paw, Claws, Beaks and something or other" Basically saying the if anything happens to your furniture OTHER than Fido or Polly going nuts on your furniture, you're all good skippy. NOT. *** UPDATE!!! After sending photos of the jelly spill by our 4 year old, and jumping through more hoops than ringling brothers with little to NO COMMUNICATION the WARRANTY CoMpAnY Sent Me a Little CLEANING KIT..... YAYYYYYY!!! Psht!! If I could post a BAZILLION eye-rolling emojies I would fam. If you go to Living Spaces in SUMMERLIN -PAY CASH- or card. DONT FINANCE and NEVER EVER NEVER EVER EVER GET that damn warranty. you've been advised..... :) I'll update later with the manager's name and al those who "assisted" me.

Take all these low reviews lightly. Not sure why all the hate. I went into LS thinking the worst after seeing their yelp, but it was extremely pleasant experience. My girlfriend and I were laughing after the fact at how wrong all the reviews are. Spent weeks comparing Living Spaces, Ashley, RC Willy, etc. This was by far the best combo of value and quality. I went in store, found the couch I liked, went on the website and APPLEPAY for my purchase and it delivered 48 hours later. Seamless, quick and easy. If you have the funds and don't have to finance through the store,(shocker: a stores finance system is difficult) you're gonna have a great experience. Delivery guys were awesome and made light work of bringing a whole couch to a 2nd floor apartment. Packaging was adequate but not overkill. All in all, I would buy again from here. Unless you're on a tight budget or don't own a credit card, you should consider shopping here as well.

Purchased a "marble" table about 3 years ago from Living Spaces and it's bowing - I can fit my finger in the middle of the table. Thought it was a solid slab marble table but the corner cracked and you can see the pieces separating.

Absolutely horrible experience tonight; the representative who assisted me I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she was a female with a slick back bun parted to the side. She left me feeling underwhelmed; I was looking for dining room chairs, a pair and all four different styles I was interested in were either out of stock or looking at a delivery date of Christmas time. Finally on the fourth one she said I should check out HomeGoods for the one offs or pairs if I'm looking for a faster turn around time. I don't understand what kind of answer that is! I was just there last week and spent almost $5k on a couch but you are telling me you can't provide better service than this tonight.

Bought a lamp here for over $300 and it was missing pieces. Because it was drop shipped they can't just send me the missing parts and I would have to un build it and send it back to receive a whole new one which is so time consuming. I expected better for a product so pricey!

Dresser

I bought this beautiful dresser from living spaces , the sales associate was very kind and helpful. She checked me out quick , answered all my questions & scheduled me a delivery date! When delivery date came the guys were so careful bringing my dresser inside! When I first opened up my dresser it was so perfect but one of the drawers was stiff so it wouldn't open up all the way, i called customer service right away and they scheduled me for a handy man to come fix it like that same week, unfortunately when he came I was showering so I didn't hear him knocking and he had also been calling me. I called back and apologized but he offered to come back the next day which I felt so bad but also appreciated soo much! He came and fixed it and I'm very happy with my purchase, customer service & how fast they fixed the minor issue . It was my first time shopping here and now it won't be my last.

We purchased a custom Big Sur Square Arm Leather Right Arm Sofa with Wide Chaise Sectional in…read moreStatesville Molasses leather just over a year ago. We chose Pottery Barn because we believed we were investing in superior materials, craftsmanship, and long-term durability. Within the first year, the leather began showing significant and uneven surface deterioration -- most noticeably on the chaise section. The finish has visibly lightened and broken down in irregular patches (see attached photos). This goes beyond normal aging or the typical patina leather develops over time; it appears to be premature surface breakdown. The sofa has been used gently in a low-traffic home and maintained according to Pottery Barn's care guidelines. It remains structurally intact, but cosmetic durability is part of what customers expect when investing nearly $7,500 in a custom leather sectional. We did not purchase this piece expecting it to look visibly distressed within 12 months of normal use. We contacted Pottery Barn, submitted detailed photos, and requested assistance under warranty. No in-home inspection was conducted. The decision was based solely on the photos, and we were informed that this condition is considered "normal wear." Our case was then closed without any offer of repair, replacement, or partial reimbursement. We respectfully but firmly disagree with that conclusion. When visible finish breakdown after one year is categorized as "normal," it calls into question both the durability of the product and the company's willingness to stand behind it. For a purchase of this magnitude, we expected a more thorough evaluation process and meaningful support. Had Pottery Barn worked with us toward a fair resolution, we would have remained loyal customers. As it stands, this experience has significantly impacted our confidence in the brand, and we would be hesitant to shop with Pottery Barn again. We're sharing this so future buyers can better understand how durability expectations and "normal wear" may be interpreted.

I have no idea how Pottery Barn remains in business with it's extremely high prices…read more I received a diffuser for Christmas and brought it back in the hopes of exchanging it for something else because I already have diffusers at home. There were no employees in sight and I had to look for someone to be able to assist me. I then learned this diffuser costs $99 plus tax which almost gave me a heart attack. I can't believe my friend spent this much money on this! After looking around there wasn't much to choose from under a hundred bucks and I sure the heck wasn't going to add my own money for anything that's so expensive. Compared to other competitors in the area where really nice diffusers run between $20 to $45 this place has lost its mind.

Awesome service!…read more Haven't been in here in a while, but I needed new mise en place bowls to replace my old ones. Went a bit after they opened. Walked towards where they'd have the bowls but couldn't find them. Then bam, a store clerk was standing there asking if I needed help. I told her what I needed, and she proceeded to take me there. Picked up 6 of the bowls. They changed the bowl, which is understandable, seeing as I probably got the old bowls like 20 years ago. Got what I needed, and was outta there in ~5 min.!
