We got a table from here that came damaged and when I reached out to their customer service, Joni offered a 10% discount in words, but never followed through on the payment. Also, the table claimed to be made of solid wood, but since it had drill holes in the bottom that they decided to put in there to package the table for who knows what reason, we were able to see it was partical board. So that puts into question their claims on all the tables they have that are "solid wood" and makes me not trust them for future purchases. Absolute trash. This is the Temu of furniture stores or I highly suspect most of their furniture comes from Temu. I lost count of the number of damaged display pieces out on the floor. Scratches, dings, peeling veneer. Piece after piece was so poorly built. Joins and seams that didn't line up, lightweight, particle board--just junk...and all at ridiculous prices for the terrible quality. The ONLY redeeming checkmark was a solitary friendly and helpful sales guy that tried to point us in the right direction for the bed frames and sofas we were looking for. Horrible post sales experience. We were treated like kings prior to payment. Then came the delivery. The wrong item was delivered by a couple of non-english speaking workers and we had a difficult time explaining the problem. The item was supposed to have a pull out cup holder and storage area. It did not. Five days later, a new pair of non-english speaking people came to try and remedy the first problem. They could not understand why we wanted a replacement. After 30 minutes of walking around and inspecting the first piece, they unloaded a new piece that was to our satisfaction. We noticed that they had left black marks on our stairs during their initial inspection and we asked them to remove their dirty shoes. THEY DID NOT. I BELIEVE THEY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ENOUGH ENGLISH TO COMPREHEND "please remove your shoes" along with my wife pointing at their shoes! Additional black marks were left on our stairs as they replaced the defective item in question. Note that we paid extra for their "premium delivery service". We reached out to the customer service department. They made all sorts of excuses, requested pictures of the black marks instead of the video we had originally submitted, told us the homeowner was responsible for the actions of THEIR employees in our home and eventually went completely dark on us. The worst part is, this is a brand new home with what used to be brand new carpet. Extremely Disappointing Service I had a terrible experience at this store. The service was painfully slow, and the staff seemed completely unprepared to handle even basic requests. The manager was supposed to remove the in-store food purchases from our receipt--as we were specifically instructed to order food inside--but she was unable to do it. In the end, we wound up being charged for food we didn't even want or care to eat. When we brought the issue to the manager's attention, all she offered was a flat "sorry," with no real attempt to fix the mistake or make things right. I called again and it turns out their delivery people didn't bother with finishing their task; they went home. They didn't call me, text me, email me, nothing. They completely ghosted me. Rude (Noah) Customer Service - A Sloppy Ordering Error/Now I Own Something I Had No Intention On Buying. Completely Disgusted! Warning: Avoid Living Spaces if you value honesty and accountability! In November 2024, we visited Living Spaces in Draper, Utah, and purchased a large sectional sofa from the Dustin line. We also wanted the matching ottoman that was displayed with the sectional on their showroom floor. The salesperson informed us that the ottoman was from the Dustin line but it was out of stock but assured us it would be available soon. She advised us to email their customer service every Tuesday (their restocking day) to check availability. She provided the stock number, product line, and fabric name for reference and instructed us to use this information for the order. To our surprise, the ottoman became available the very next Tuesday. I provided the stock number, product line, and fabric name, and customer service sent me a tear sheet to confirm the order. The details their salesperson provided us matched, so I approved it. Seven weeks later, the ottoman arrived, and that's when things went downhill. What we received was not the large ottoman we saw on the showroom floor. Instead, it was a much smaller chair ottoman. I called customer service and discovered that, while the product number and line matched the order, the ottoman we saw in the showroom was a completely different piece. Customer service directed me to Noah, the operational manager. When I explained the situation, I encountered the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Noah claimed there was no way to prove what we saw on the showroom floor because displays change frequently. He even implied that I was lying about the situation. He insisted that I approved the purchase--even though I had been given the wrong product number--and said I received exactly what I ordered. When I requested to speak with someone higher up or to get a corporate contact number, Noah flatly stated that he was the highest point of contact and suggested I try their general guest services line. When I attempted to explain the situation again--politely, I might add--he stopped responding entirely and remained silent on the phone. I feel like I've hit a dead end and have likely lost over $500 on an absurdly small ottoman for the sectional we purchased. They are very nice in the store but after you have the product, they no longer care about you as a person or a customer. and whatever you do make sure that your item is not being delivered by Lugg deliveries. I have bought 3 things from Living Spaces in the last week and during deliver my walls were damaged. We contacted Living Spaces as it's their delivery service they do not care. First you call customer service and speak to some very rude people from somewhere out of the country. Because there is no way to talk to the store or the sales person. I have had the unfortunate opportunity to speak to them 2 times now. First the wrong item was delivered. the people from Lugg would not take the wrong item out of my home until they knew who was paying for the item to be returned and the right item brought to us. We called Customer service, and they said to pay the delivery and they would reimburse us. I was not born yesterday so this was not going to happen. they delivery people sat at my house for an hour waiting for us to hear something back from customer service or the store. We've shopped here twice and now have two bad experiences. In the first, we told an associate we wanted to buy a couch and then we went to buy another piece on the floor. When we came back with the paperwork, they told us someone else bought it from underneath us. We would have bought it right then and there if we knew it was still up for grabs when we went to buy another piece of furniture. We walked out deeply disappointed and didn't buy anything. We came back a couple weeks later to give it another chance. We had a great associate and she spent a lot of time helping us out. We ordered everything we could for bedroom sets but there were missing pieces. She said we would definitely get those pieces of the bedroom set back in stock and to just keep looking to get those after the pieces that were in stock. We went for it and got great furniture. However, we've been asked to reschedule delivery twice. This last time, they delivered the bed frame but said they didn't have the parts and they would mark it as urgent to come back to put it together. It has now been 6 days of our bed frame sitting in our room with missing pieces so we cannot even put it together ourselves. Incredibly frustrating! We've called to try to get them back out with the parts, but we have heard nothing back from customer service. We can't get a hold of anyone to finish the job. We've still been looking to get the additional bedroom set furniture, but they are still not in stock. There is nothing in inventory to match the rest of our bed set. Definitely impressed with this furniture store. It's a nice change from visiting IKEA, RC Wiley or Ashley. I love the aesthetic of many of the designs, they don't feel dated like other furniture stores I've been to. The play area is huge and was great for us because we could leave our kids there and focus on going in and picking out furniture versus just browsing and leaving. We ended up ordering a bed frame and some new couches. Unfortunately the furniture won't be in for a few weeks but that's expected now. Recommend checking out Living Spaces if shopping for furniture. Save your self a tremendous headache and don't even bother with this store! We went in to purchase furniture for my MIL as we were moving g her from Ca to Utah transitioning her to Senior living. We told our sales person and someone else who was supposedly a mgr... paid cash for a loveseat, recliner and a bed... approx $4500. Delivery date set for Monday August 25. We notified her new home that furniture was being delivered and said for a week of rent to the tune of $1100 just so that everything would be ready for her once she arrived.. no delivery.. We, however, did not know there was no delivery as noone called us.. We arrive in Utah MIL in tow and her new apt is empty... we get her settled at our house and head to Living Spaces.We were told that they tried to deliver on Wednesday but no one answered the door... this is a fully staffed Senior living and they are staffed 24/7. Lie. So we go find a bed and a recliner to get her settled and get a refund in the things we no longer needed.... Of course they are sending a check which has yet to be received 10 days later... we tell them we still want the recliner../ it is supposed to be delivered in 9/5... weeks called to get an eta only to be told it had never been scheduled for delivery.... After receiving my pickup date for the weekend, I planned my Saturday to pickup and build the couch. Come Saturday morning, I receive an email that the store does not have my couch with no explanation and a broken tracking number. After calling customer service for an explanation, I come to find out that the couch is on backorder and wont arrive for TWO MONTHS. What the hell happened? When ordering the sofa originally, the product was in stock with no sign of it being out of stock or backordered. No emails or notifications alerting of the two month delay. Reasonable prices and huge selection just in this store with more online. The things that make me want to shop here are the customized fabrics without an additional price for most of their fabric sofas and chairs. The other thing that is neat is the space planning tool available online, think those home decor apps for fun but you get to actually use it for your own. They have a little playground area for kiddos over 4 years old can just hang out for up to 2 hours while parents shop. If they're under 4 a guardian needs to be there. Theres also a little cafe with nitro passion fruit tea and a lime spritzer both without any sugar which is great. Cafe also has some simple snacks as well like mini pizzas, soft pretzels, hummus to name a few as well as some tasty sounding sodas. So I'll be going back and really glad they made their way into Utah! It is much needed! They make sure to let you know it's a no commissions store so it makes the environment more relaxed and everyone is willing to help out with the profiling. read more

Do not order furniture for pick up on the website! I was given a confirmation email with my pick up time and date, and showed up for nothing. The date and time I was given was fake. Multiple employees admitted this is a large issue. These poor employees seemed terrified of me because this is obviously happening far too often and they have nothing they can do about it. I chose pickup because it offered sooner availability for the purchase. I live nearly 2 hours from this location. We drove our truck all this way for literally no reason. They changed our order to the regular free home delivery for 6 days from now, and offered no other consolation. One employee felt very bad and involved a manager who basically said "yeah I drive here for work, and live far away too, sorry." Customer service was very lame. We ordered a couch and chair in early December for $2000. We specifically asked if it was on back order and they said no. On delivery day, they delivered chair and said couch was on back-order and would not be in until the end of January. Called Customer Service and they were horrible, saying there was nothing they could do - either wait or cancel my order. I then physically went to the Draper store and they couldn't have been nicer. They ended up getting permission to sell me the floor model and are delivering it this Saturday and not charging me extra. We inspected floor model together and it was perfect. Bought a table from them about a year ago, and ended up having to jump through a ton of hoops when filing a warranty claim because the table finish started peeling and it looks like it had a sunburn and was peeling. Finally got a person on the phone who looked at the pictures and agreed it should be warranted. Once that was done, I went into the store to get a new table with the warranty but was waiting on the final refund number & the bench for the new table to come in stock. I Was supposed to receive an update with the final warranty claim to know how much or if I would have to pay anything out of pocket for the new table. I have never received any updates, the delivery date came and went. When I called in, I got a call center that told me they have nothing to do with the stores and have different policies. They could see my new order (minus the bench), but couldn't answer my question about if I needed to pay anything additional before it could ship. They told me they couldn't get me to the store either, that the store doesn't have a phone, and that if I wanted a resolution I could deal with the call center over the phone who told me I have no warranty claim and could BUY 100% cost the new table they were seeing in my "Cart"... Beyond frustrated, I want to get this resolved and then will probably have severe second thoughts on purchasing anything from here moving forward which sucks because I do like a lot of their product lines and styles. read more

No delivery, no calls to say there would be no delivery, called , promised new delivery, again no contact or communication, third delivery promised, actually had a representative call me two days before to let me know they needed to push the delivery out one more day, and yep, no delivery, no phone call saying it would not be delivered. I really prefer to see pieces in person before I buy them, so I like being able to browse the showroom. The inventory is great, and the prices are very reasonable. However, I would recommend taking note of what you want to buy, then go home and order it online yourself. I would NOT recommend buying something in-store unless you're buying one of the discounted items. Both times I've bought things in-store, the process has been incredibly slow and tedious. It took about 20 minutes each time, as their checkout system requires a ton of demographic information and the technology seems to be glitchy. Then you file a dispute and I was informed they are reopening my file and assigning a technician to make an on site inspection. I waited 2 weeks and never heard from anyone.
