    Unacceptable. Came damaged.
    Renata K.

Bad quality furniture pretending to be luxury at high prices. We got a table from here that came damaged and when I reached out to their customer service, Joni offered a 10% discount in words, but never followed through on the payment. Also, the table claimed to be made of solid wood, but since it had drill holes in the bottom that they decided to put in there to package the table for who knows what reason, we were able to see it was partical board. So that puts into question their claims on all the tables they have that are "solid wood" and makes me not trust them for future purchases. IKEA is cheaper and probably similar, if not better quality. And they don't lie about what their furniture is made out of

Rude (Noah) Customer Service - A Sloppy Ordering Error/Now I Own Something I Had No Intention On Buying. Completely Disgusted! Warning: Avoid Living Spaces if you value honesty and accountability! In November 2024, we visited Living Spaces in Draper, Utah, and purchased a large sectional sofa from the Dustin line. We also wanted the matching ottoman that was displayed with the sectional on their showroom floor. The salesperson informed us that the ottoman was from the Dustin line but it was out of stock but assured us it would be available soon. She advised us to email their customer service every Tuesday (their restocking day) to check availability. She provided the stock number, product line, and fabric name for reference and instructed us to use this information for the order. To our surprise, the ottoman became available the very next Tuesday. I provided the stock number, product line, and fabric name, and customer service sent me a tear sheet to confirm the order. The details their salesperson provided us matched, so I approved it. Seven weeks later, the ottoman arrived, and that's when things went downhill. What we received was not the large ottoman we saw on the showroom floor. Instead, it was a much smaller chair ottoman. I called customer service and discovered that, while the product number and line matched the order, the ottoman we saw in the showroom was a completely different piece. Customer service directed me to Noah, the operational manager. When I explained the situation, I encountered the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Noah claimed there was no way to prove what we saw on the showroom floor because displays change frequently. He even implied that I was lying about the situation. He insisted that I approved the purchase--even though I had been given the wrong product number--and said I received exactly what I ordered. When I requested to speak with someone higher up or to get a corporate contact number, Noah flatly stated that he was the highest point of contact and suggested I try their general guest services line. When I attempted to explain the situation again--politely, I might add--he stopped responding entirely and remained silent on the phone. I feel like I've hit a dead end and have likely lost over $500 on an absurdly small ottoman for the sectional we purchased. I'll continue trying to find a corporate contact, but in the meantime, I strongly advise against shopping at Living Spaces. Their lack of customer service and disregard for retaining customers is astonishing! - The Husband with a Tiny Ottoman he never ordered. 118" sectional 24" $500 ottoman (not the one on the show floor I pointed out and ordered)

So I can't really review the products they sell or their service since I didn't end up purchasing anything from them yet however their business model is amazing. They have entertainment for your children and a huge selection on what seems to be high quality products. They also have clean bathroom facilities and a cafe. These guys thought of everything.

Broken leg, and this photo I had to try and prop the couch up to get under it and take this picture.

If I could give negative stars I would. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I spent a ton of money on a custom order couch, waited over a month for it to be delivered. When it finally came the delivery people scratched my floor extremely bad, the couch was broken and I STILL CANNOT use it. I've been trying to reach anyone to help me and have had the WORST possible customer experience of my life. I was hung up on, promises calls back, never receive any calls. It is so beyond frustrating at this point I feel like the situation is never going to get rectified. I honestly don't know what else to do. Now I'm out over 2grand. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Side note: this automated BS response from living spaces below does absolutely nothing. They literally take your money and dip out. Criminal if you ask me.

Definitely impressed with this furniture store. It's a nice change from visiting IKEA, RC Wiley or Ashley. I love the aesthetic of many of the designs, they don't feel dated like other furniture stores I've been to. The play area is huge and was great for us because we could leave our kids there and focus on going in and picking out furniture versus just browsing and leaving. We ended up ordering a bed frame and some new couches. Unfortunately the furniture won't be in for a few weeks but that's expected now. Recommend checking out Living Spaces if shopping for furniture. Will be back.

Our coffee table was on its last legs at our vacation condo up in Utah, so we decided to check out…read moreseveral furniture stores. After searching several with no luck (and prices that were upwards of $1,200 for a coffee table!), we decided to pop into Furniture Row.    I was so impressed with the quality and prices of the furniture here! We found a really nice coffee table made of real wood (and super heavy construction) for $250! Granted, we took the floor model to save money, but it was a great deal for a beautiful piece of furniture.    Furniture Row isn't fancy, and it sells discount furniture that looks nice, is good quality, but won't break the bank. The store is organized like a typical furniture showroom, with different "rooms" displaying all the sofas, chairs, beds, and the like.    The furniture items were all clearly labeled and the price tags were easy to read. It was simple to see the price on everything in the store, which I appreciated.    I didn't like that we were completely ignored while browsing here. While I don't like to be bothered, it was next to impossible to find a salesperson to help us when we were ready to make our purchase. We had to go up to the main desk and wait. And wait. Aaaaand wait. Finally we found a guy to help us, but he wasn't all that helpful. I mean, all we wanted to do was swipe our credit card and load the table into the back of our car!    After we finally made our purchase, it was easy and fast. We got our table and were on our way.    Despite the service hiccups, I highly recommend Furniture Row. I've been nothing but happy with my table, and the price was more than right!

I would give a negative rating if that were an option…read more I purchased this desk from Furniture Row, and within just a few months of very light use, the finish began chipping badly. I contacted the store, and after several calls and months of follow-up, they finally sent out a consultant to inspect it. The consultant confirmed what I suspected--that the desk is made from low-quality soft wood and that the finish was poorly applied. While he said he could repair the dents and chips, he also made it clear this would continue to be an issue for the life of the desk. After waiting weeks for an update, I reached out again expecting a replacement under warranty for what is clearly a defective product. Instead, I was told they would only repair the defects and would not replace the desk. I called to explain that this was not ethical, but they simply repeated that they would come out and fix the defect--while refusing to replace the desk, even though it is clearly defective. The desk is used maybe two days a month with a soft, armless chair--there's no reasonable way this level of damage is normal. After spending over $25,000 at Furniture Row over the past 10 years, I'm extremely disappointed. This experience feels dismissive and unethical, and it has cost them my business permanently.
