I first met her at the Osteopathic College of Canada and later continued seeing her at her own clinic. Her approach is thoughtful and specifically tailored to my symptoms. She is very thorough and applies just the right amount of pressure to release my muscles and improve blood circulation. I come to Tina when I have problems with my neck, shoulders and back due to my office job and overworking the muscles at the gym and she is always able to help me. At the end of the session she is always willing to demonstrate me the right exercises for my neck or back or advise a couple of stretching exercises that I continue doing on the days when I don't see her. Tina is a very skilled therapist passionate about Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda (I believe she studied and worked in India for a few years) and I highly recommend her. She works weekends which is also a plus!

Large sheets and blankets that cover me and keep me warm throughout (unlike so many places that provide a towel or skimpy sheet). A restful and loving energy and environment. Etc. Not only is Massud (one of the owners) a highly intuitive, respectful, safe and gifted masseuse - he also brings a wide range of modalities and abilities to his sessions so he can adjust to provide the most restful, healing experience for what you need. I have fibromyalgia so need very specific pressure. He accommodates and still manages to give me more than the light, oily rub that most others do when they find out they can't use deep pressure. I often use coupons like groupon or dealfind to get massages. So that will tell you two things - I've tried a lot of places - and I don't like paying full price! I drive from Beddington to down by Chinook and happily pay full price for one of the best massages I've found in town.

This time I am in pain because of an injury and I do have to see her again next week. I have been to others in the past where they say come back once a week or twice a week when you feel you don't really need it. Dr Sacco does really care. She is a fantastic Dr that truly does care. I'm happy that her clientele has grown so much. I definitely will always see her. And the staff is amazing as well!! And the gal that did my laser treatment... she was amazing as well.
