Rocky has been working on fixing and maintaining a few issues I have with my back and some old sports injuries. I've tried going to a few other places over the years but keep coming back to Rocky because he simply knows what he's doing and it works. He's very receptive to issues and pain tolerances (deep tissue type massages) and what works for me. As long as Rocky is here, this is who will be getting my business for massages. The space is really nice as well, rooms are clean, quiet and nicely laid out. Nothing over the top, just simple modern and clean. They have a wide offering of specialists on site, of which I am taking advantage of in the new year.

Fantastic experience!…read more I contacted Why Knot via Yelp for a same day appointment for my husband and me that afternoon. Allison got back to me quickly and booked us for 5:30 pm. She also kindly gave us parking tips. My massage was with Sandeep who was incredibly strong and knowledgable. He gave me the deep tissue massage that I was looking for which left me feelng wonderfully relaxed. My husband raved about his masseuse, Konstantin. The price for each was CAD96 plus tax for an hour which felt very fair given the high quality of the massages. Definitely recommend!

The Staff are considerate & friendly, thank you to Kamal & Hamda who are professional not pushy. Thank you to Breanne for her knowledge, awareness and wonderful massages! I would highly recommend adding some aroma therapy its a lovely touch and the music experience needs some consideration, when the music stops, starts and continues to do this it interrupts the flow of the massage and the mood! One final thing your bathrooms need more attending, when I was there last night the bathroom I used smelled like urine and the seat was broken and had urine all over it! So maybe some anti bacterial wipes in the washrooms would be handy for the clients to sanitize before using, but overall I am happy with the friendliness and massage! Thanks Massage Addict for your services!

It is a older house that was them commercialized to a business. Pricing is moderate and not overly priced. We were put together as a couple massage in the same room. Which I didn't mind. The massage itself was excellent. She really put in the pressure to massage the knots and pressure out. Felt the effect the after for sure. The only one thing that bugged me a bit was courtesy their client while giving the massage. They were having their own conversations in mandrian majority of the massage. The phone would ring and one of them out go excuse themselves and go out to get it. Two walk in came in and one of them would excuse themselves again. Far bit of interruptions during our service. That's the only one reason why i would give it a 4 star.

Like I do with my hairstylists, I hop around to different massage therapists, because they never do quite what I want, even if I give them guidance. Well, I can say I'll be settled for a while. Not only is the location convenient (Scotia Centre), they are available for lunchtime appointments. My therapist was Amber K. She was very professional, and asked me what I wanted to be worked on, and what issues, or injuries I had. I told her I have issues with my back from sitting at my desk, as well as my feet from excercise. Not only did she get directly to where was hurting me, and loosened it up, she also provided suggestions on how to avoid more pain, and reasons why I could be in pain based on my description of how it hurt. At first she didn't talk much, but the more I spoke, the more she engaged me - which is how I feel it should be. If I talk -you talk, if I don't -you don't. Prices are $80 per hour flat fee, which is slightly below standard fees downtown.
