If you own a Range Rover, you know the relationship is part luxury, part emotional support group…read more Travis at Import Sports is the only person I trust with mine. At this point, my Range Rover gets more excited to see Travis than it does me. He knows these vehicles inside and out, explains everything clearly, and somehow manages to keep me calm when the dashboard decides to light up like a Christmas tree. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. I wouldn't trust my Range Rover anywhere else--and that's saying a lot, because this vehicle has expensive taste. Thanks for always taking such great care of it, Travis!

I brought my vehicle in for diagnosis/repair of some O2 sensor wiring (wires coming from the car!)…read moreand emissions issues. The shop recommended replacing multiple oxygen sensors and quoted over $1,400 in repairs. (Ended up paying only $300 at a different shop and did not change a single sensor!!!!!) However, I had recently already installed a new downstream O2 sensor, and I was disappointed that their recommendation focused on only replacing parts rather than clearly explaining what testing had been performed to confirm the sensors were actually faulty. The damaged wiring and connector were obvious issues that I asked to be repaired and tested, but I was never provided voltage readings, continuity test results, or any detailed diagnostic information showing why random ADDITIONAL sensors needed to be replaced. (Seems like all they do is read codes and change parts over there) Would not recommend to anyone who is not car savvy....or anyone in general for that matter. ;))

I was driving down Broadway the other night when I scraped the underbody of my Lexus on a steel…read moreplate on the pavement. That ripped open a protective flap, which dragged on the pavement as I drove home. My son and his fiance were coming to town, and I didn't want to pick them up with a grinding noise under the hood, or to have the flap fall off and get lost. The next morning I had to be downtown at 9:00 am, after which I would need the car all day. So I showed up 7:00 a.m. at a repair shop I'd used before. I didn't expect they could fix it on the spot, but hoped they could at least diagnose the problem and remove the flap so I could save it. But they couldn't even look at it until the afternoon. Rushing over, I made by 7:15 it to Town Center Auto Repair, where Tommy, the owner, helped me out. The mechanic already on duty was busy, but when Josh, a second mechanic, arrived at 7:30,Tommy put him right on it. After inspecting it, Josh set to work and quickly welded it back together. I made that 9:00 appointment on time, with the car all fixed and ready for my family. Thanks to Tommy and Josh, I didn't have to wait or spend extra money on a replacement part. Kudos to them both!

We call around and several shops were obviously trying to upsell us to the most expensive model (based on Amazon prices and other research). Get recommended to Vital Parts by a shop down the street from them. Over the phone, they explained everything we needed and might need, very honest and upfront. When we get to price, the cost of the part is lower than anyone and install is on par maybe a little less. We make an appointment. Upon arrival, everything is explained again and we are walked through all of our brake controller options. He explains why this one is more expensive than that one and what features are what. We decide on one and they get started. While we were there, we realized they had the towing mount we needed. Again, low prices, options explained and no hard sell to buy the most expensive one. Since we didn't want them screwing into the dash to mount the controller permanently, they actually knocked off a few bucks and didn't charge to get the hitch on the back since it was just the ball mount and ball, yay for the Tacoma towing package! Out the door, we ended paying less for EVERYTHING than what other shops were gonna charge for just the brake controller. I mean, do you want a customer for life? Because this is how you get a customer for life.

Sorry Vital parts, I will never do business there again. It's hard to get plow parts as you must go through a dealer. I just need the dealer to actually try to get the right part.
