Front of the building is kinda hard to spot! There is not a lot to notice but the "LF" letters on the front of the building. It's a dark joint with excellent comedy and a funky vibe. They serve drinks at the bar and offer to order tacos for you, if you wish. This is a freak fresh date night spot or a place to take a group of friends. Seating is limited so come early. The subway is not close to adds extra time to walk here. If you Uber keep an eye out for the spot as the driver will have little to no luck spotting it on his own.

    Me DJing here.

First, the only thing wrong with this venue is if your in the back row, it's hard to see the stage. They didn't take Into account to elevate the floor plans. Aside from this, the sound system and atmosphere is great. A lot of indie talented artist perform here. It's a venue that can fit about 200 people I think. Maybe 250. They have a small lounge for the artist in the back stage. The bar gives complementary water, which is rare in any nightlife venue. This place closes around 1am maybe 2 if it's popping. See some pics.

One of my favorite little event spaces in Brooklyn to see live comedy by far. Show up early for the best views at GA shows (which most are). Littlefield is about 2 minutes from the R train by foot, has great drink specials, clean and plentiful restrooms, and some of the best names in comedy - both local and otherwise.

I am currently at a comedy show with David Cross. I think it says a lot that I am writing this review rather than enjoying the show. David is actually pretty funny, and the other comedians are pretty good too. However, the place is way overcrowded and more than half of us are standing and can't see the stage. My lovely view of the stage is from a small tv screen in the back. They do have relatively cheap ($5) beers but the venue is not good unless you are one of the first 8 people in the door to get a good seat.

I would recommend to any charity looking for decent budget space. It was a smaller cozy place, good for less than 60 people standing including 20 people or so sitting. The venue was safe and clean space for us to use. It was easy to setup and put things back when it was time. On to the owner of the space -- I felt that Nyssa, went above and beyond to make sure the event was a success! She was helpful with all details, prompt and great to work with. She is a very kind and down to earth person who cared about our efforts in this event. In the future I hope to host another SAAM event. Of course, if need to a venue like this again, being it's not booked up. Nyssa's The Living Art Gallery will be my go and the main place I'd ever recommend to anyone in need of a venue. Thank you Nyssa!!!

All supplies were included, paper, coal, pencils, pastels etc and it was a really fun, welcoming environment. The best part was that later that night, unbeknownst to us, there was an open mic planned with incredibly talented spoken word poets, rappers, etc. We stayed the whole night and were so inspired! Very cool!

Could there really be a space focused on such a specific event, and how do you even get enough pieces to make it a complete museum? However, my curiosity made me want to check out THNK1994, and I was really glad I did. My sister and I went with my nephew, and I will admit that this place may seem lame if you didn't grow up knowing about this 1994 Olympic scandal. We tried to make our excitement contagious, but he could not be bothered. However, we enjoyed seeing the tabloid covers, memorabilia, and artwork inspired by the Harding/Kerrigan kerfuffle. There was one floor each dedicated to both skaters, and it was fun talking to the owners about the inspiration behind the museum. The museum also has rotating exhibits: when I was there, they had a Real Housewives-inspired show. It's a kitschy, campy place that is definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a unique experience!

So I can't speak on the coffee here.* But I do a lot of work out of coffee shops, and I have to say that Clover's might be my favorite. The space is beautiful, clean and inviting. The service is almost TOO nice, and my chai latte was completely delicious. I wish the seating was a bit more conducive to work; the tables hold my laptop and not much more, but they have plugs at nearly every seat, and a ledge on the right that can hold more than a few people. Also, the classical music being pumped in is so much more relaxing, not to mention more conducive to work, than the punk, metal, indie whatever that you usually encounter at coffee shops. I think I am going to spend a lot of time here. _________ *Except to say that my companion raved about his Clover coffee, so if that's what you are interested in, I think they've got you covered.
