So cute! Great addition to the Benson area. They have a ground floor outdoor patio in the back and an outdoor rooftop patio upstairs. The inside seating is adorable and has view of the wood fire oven and the bar. They have a good selection of wood fire pizzas, pastas, salads, handhelds, and appetizers. They also have tons of cocktails, wines, and fishbowls. Their happy hour also has amazing deals Thursday-Sunday, open to 6 PM. The Moscow mule was tasty and the margarita was yummy and strong. The gin martinis were deliciously briney. We tried the hot tots to share and they were a great additional to the table but very rich. The pizza was cheesy and so worth it. There weren't many people staffed but our server was on top of it! She made sure to keep our drinks filled and was great at checking our tables and all the other tables there. We weren't able to see the rooftop patio due to weather, but I can't wait to come back and check it out. read more

I thought about ordering lunch off of DoorDash and stumbled upon Little Riot. I had some time to kill, so I decided to just Uber over to this spot and try it out in person. To my delight, it was happy hour, so I ordered some appetizers to sample. I started off with the tater tots and the crab rangoon cheese sticks. I liked the tater tots and the associated dip quite a bit, but I felt like the crab rangoon cheese sticks left something to be desired. I ordered the white pizza for my meal and added on chicken at the suggestion of my server. The chicken did a lot for the pizza--she was right! However, I felt like the base of the pizza fell kind of flat, which was disappointing. That said, the restaurant itself was super cute and I think I just ordered the wrong things. I would cautiously return. read more

Decided to meet a friend for a few drinks on a Saturday afternoon. We started downstairs and ordered the red sangria along with the short rib tacos. The sangria was tasty and refreshing, but the tacos were just okay. The side salad was fresh and enjoyable, but I felt the tacos had a bit too much coleslaw, which overpowered the other flavors. Our waitress let us know it was her first day and that we were her very first table. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and did a great job. After eating, we headed up to the rooftop for a few more drinks. The space is large, has a great atmosphere, and the music was enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely return for drinks and the rooftop experience. While the food wasn't a standout for me, the service and ambiance made for a pleasant afternoon. read more

Met quite a few foodie friends tonight for some libations and savory eats! I was rude, and didn't share our Fire Roasted Meatballs which were surprisingly GOOD! Great flavor, didn't upset my stomach (that shit matters!), and paired well with their little pieces of bread. Totally had to smash their Crab Rangoon Cheese Sticks which were rich with flavor! The thai sauce wasn't spicy at all (I'm such a ween). Snagged their Expresso Thai-Tini and it was delish, as well as their Purple Painkiller. Not pictured is one of their fish bowls... Parkings always a bitch in Benson, but if ya go early enough, maybe it won't be so bad! Will definitely be back to eat in the inside versus their patio (which is excellent!) next time. read more

Hot take, this might be one of my favorite pizzas in all of Omaha. Great spot to eat, drink and even party in the roof if you want. During a busy time the bar service can be slow but the food and drinks are delicious read more

I came here with a group of 12 for a bachelorette party, and unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience. Half of our party showed up at 6 o'clock and didn't get the drinks. They ordered until about 6:45. The other half of our group joined. About 630, and we're not able to order for about half an hour. We finally got our food order in (before receiving about half the drinks) about an hour or more into our visit. The food itself didn't take too long, but our server did not do a good job, taking care of us. It was busy in the restaurant, but the service was still worse than expected. Luckily, one of our members happen to know a server on staff, and texted him to ask for help with our order. He came over and apologized, took our drink order, and flagged our server down for us. Finally, she showed up to take our order and the visit was fine from there. The food itself was good, we loved the meat lovers pizza, but no one liked the flavor of the white garlic pizza. The crab Rangoon appetizer was definitely a favorite, and we also loved the whipped ricotta appetizer. The drinks were a hit, in including the nonalcoholic, Yuzu lemonade, which I enjoyed. We went up to the rooftop for a picture, this was before 9 PM so they were not busy with the late night party going on. The bouncer graciously took a few pictures for us, but unfortunately, it was a chilly night, and there are no heaters up there, so we went in and out as quickly as possible. We heard that they were passing out free shots on the rooftop, but we're not offered any by the bartender who offered to take our order. Overall, I was not impressed up with the quality of the food or drink drinks to come back after having such a negative experience with the service. I hope that our visit was an anomaly, but I would not drive out of my way for this place again. read more

We visited Little Riot for a bachelorette weekend and had such a fun time! The atmosphere was great for a group celebration, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was flavorful and beautifully presented, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The only downside was that the service was unfortunately pretty slow for our table of 10, especially when it came to getting drinks as it took over 45 minutes. That said, the staff was still friendly, and the quality of the food made up for a lot of it. Overall, we still had a great experience and would recommend it for a smaller group outing! read more

Oddly reduced menu when we were there, but maybe it was in transition? All the food was solid as was the service. It was over 100 degrees when we were there so we skipped the rooftop bar, but will check it out next time. read more

Tried Little Riot for the first time with some girlfriends and we had such a great experience. This location has changed businesses a few times, so I'm really hoping this one sticks around because it was so good. The menu caught my attention right away. Everything sounded interesting, and everything we tried was delicious. The star of the night was definitely the crab rangoon sticks. SO GOOD, must try! Their cocktail menu also has some really fun and unique options. Loved the drinks we tried. The decor is super cute and the whole vibe of the place just works. Our server was amazing and the service was quick. Can't wait to go back and try more from the menu! read more

RUN to Little Riot--This pork belly and watermelon salad is beyond! The pork belly is good cuts of pork with some fat and cooked with a savory taste, along with small pieces of rind in a slightly spicy ginger juice, and the sweetness of the watermelon...yum! The beef bulgogi sandwich was also a stand out. Fresh soft bread with an ample amount of flavorful beef and fresh veggies. We had the crab Rangoon cheese sticks and basil pasta too. Atmosphere is beautiful and comfy; can't wait for the patio to open! read more

I was so happy to see such a unique menu! The crab Rangoon cheese sticks are probably my favorite item, they have some cheese pull and the right amount of crab mixed in. I could truly order 3 apps of just this and be happy as a clam. Our waiter was so sweet and gave recommendations regarding the menu. I highly recommend if you're looking for a different kind of vibe! read more

Really friendly open bar with plenty of seating, indoors & outdoors plus rooftop seating! Service was quick and friendly. They had a nice cocktail menu and beers on tap. A few TVs also. The menu has salads and pizzas. We did not eat. But would come back to try it another day. I did smell a little skunky, but I did not see anyone smoking read more

This place is quickly becoming my go-to recommendation spot if you're looking for a cool space, great vibes, an exceptional drinks and eats. Per the social media channel the Big Riot Bloody Mary had me pretty much foaming at the mouth, and I had to check it out I called up my in-laws and my bestie and we spent the afternoon enjoying all Little Riot has to offer. The Big Bloodys are only available sundays at the moment and they're awesome. $21 gets you a mini fired pizza, one crab rangoon stick, 2 wings, and the regular celery and cheese/olives. The pizza was INCREDIBLE. the wings were moist, and the the crab rangoon...speaks for itself. The drink, well, it was also exceptional. Some big bloodys are more for show, this is all delicious! Additionally, Thurs-Sun, HH is open to 6pm so we got some $5 margs and meatballs. You have to check out this place. We are counting the days until the roof open next. read more

Delicious new spot in Benson! Menu is short & sweet with so many bangers! I could eat straight off the appetizer menu! The crab Rangoon sticks were like something I've never had before, and I've been dreaming about them since! They modified the hot chicken bites for us, and we are grateful, because they were delicious but we couldn't have eaten them with their red hot peppers on them! The whipped ricotta dip was fantastic, we did ask for extra bread , so make sure to fill up those bread slices cause they give you plenty of dip! The pizzas were flavorful and lots of fun options to choose from! I can't wait for their rooftop bar to open for the season!! read more

I tried the meat lovers pizza for delivery and was intrigued by the unique meat offerings like short rib and brisket that it offered. I found the pizza overall just okay. Nothing was incredibly seasoned, the sauce had a weird taste, there was not nearly any cheese at all, and it was just a subpar experience. I also paid $2 for the ranch hoping the in house ranch would be good but I didn't like it at all, I've never tasted a ranch like that and I hope to never again. It wasn't good. Might be a cool spot for drinks as other reviews mentioned but at least for me this pizza was a big miss. read more

located in the heart of benson, little riot serves up fire drinks and a unique menu of pizzas & other dishes. so cute on the inside with booths & high tops plus TVs to watch games, etc. can't wait to come back when the whether is warm to spend time on their rooftop!!! highlights: pineapple uprising (zach says it's the best drink he's EVER had & yes, it's the THAT good), whipped ricotta--we've gotta come back for pizza. read more

The service is absolutely terrible. The servers don't check on you, make eye contact, or even say hello when you come in. We ordered the pepperoni pizza and the crab rangoon cheese sticks. The appetizer came out after our entree. The cheese sticks were cold in the middle, and honestly the sauce it comes with is underwhelming. We ordered the pepperoni pizza but kindly asked if they could add cream cheese as a topping, instead they substituted the mozzarella that comes on it with sparse dollops of cream cheese. We probably would have asked to have our pizza fixed if a server ever came to check on us. The espresso Thai-tini was half empty and had hairs all over the dirty glass ($14 drink). This place is overpriced and overhyped. Kind of crazy to spend this kind of money to get such poor service and food/drink quality. Side-note: Invest in heaters for your rooftop bar. read more

I was very pleasantly surprised. We randomly stopped in after the restaurant we originally planned to go to was temporarily closed. The staff were so nice and the interior looks great. We enjoyed everything we tried. The garlic butter pasta was our favorite. We also enjoyed the hot honey chicken bites. I loved that the bites were actually spicy. The prices were also reasonable, especially for the quality of the food and environment. My only criticism is that the music was blaring. It's hard to have a conversation and relax. They should wait until it gets later to crank the music. It was a bit much to have dance music blaring during a 5:30 dinner. read more

We were the first few customers and the bar top was dirty and sticky. This was on a Thursday and the last time they were open was on a Sunday. If you can't keep the bar tops clean ( when you have 3 days) makes me wonder what else they don't clean. At five o'clock, techno music was playing both downstairs and on the rooftop. For who? The drinks were not made well. The Moscow Mule was served in an aluminum cup instead of copper. Tasted awful. I tried to order a house sangria only to be told that they weren't available on the rooftop and that I would have to get it from the downstairs bar. When I tried to order it from the downstairs bar, the bartender looked lost and said that he didn't know how to make them (they are actually batched out for the shift). I want to like the crab Rangoon cheese sticks, but they lacked flavor and cohesion (they fell apart when you tried to pick it up. The meatballs were ok. The hot tots were just ok as well. I feel this place is a lame attempt of reviving the already failed 1912. It may work short term, but no longer than that. The owners either need to better understand food concepts or try something completely different. read more

The crab Rangoon cheese sticks were fabulous!!!!! The crab Rangoon pizza was too spicy.

Please eat here!!! The food, the drinks, the apps! We loved it all. Had really great cocktails. The crab Rangoon cheese sticks and the fire roasted meatballs for apps were excellent. The place was okay. Only can eat at first floor bar when ordering. We ordered a Spicy Boi pizza and a Margarita pizza and it took 45 minutes to receive the pizzas on a pretty normal night. The servers were nice. The pizzas did not taste that good especially the margarita it just tasted like sauce and bread while the Spicy Boi had a lot of flavor. Overall probably a 4/10. read more
