I hadn't ever been here, but it's definitely a cool place for kids to get out of the rain or cold weather on a day we're outside place isn't possible. I don't know what it cost because we were part of a party so everything was paid for, so I can't comment on that. From what I understand, it's a little under $500 to rent a room for a birthday party for an hour and a half or so. They probably have some sort of membership thing where you can get unlimited visits every month I would expect. Good place to check out if you have kids under 10 years old.

Pioneer Frontier Park has something for kids of all ages. Slides and things to climb on for toddlers. Bigger slides and things to climb on for your older kids. Swings for all sizes, and even a kid powered merry go round. Let's not forget the fence enclosed splash pad, which is great for keeping wet kids in and dry kids out. The equipment is in excellent condition, and the grounds are clean. The only slight drawback is that the play area is covered with mulch instead of recycled tire, so a fall is a little more painful.

I have gone to this park for 65 year. Started as a three year old. It's an old park, full of…read morenostalgia. There are many kiddie rides for the littles. And of course a variety of rides for adults. The staff are polite and helpful. It's reasonable priced if you get tickets online. Also, there are senior discounts. The best funnel cakes and savory foods around. The gift shop could use some more items and some of the rides could use a paint job but they have a jewel in the carousel that was built in the early 1900's. It is well worth the trip. Parking is plentiful with many handicapped spots and free to park. Also you can bring coolers if picnic food in the picnic area. We did see people bringing smaller coolers in with drinks. They will search your bags but it's totally for safety. Come give it a try. It's the sweetest place and I love it ! Even after all these years.

We were in a group of probably 40-50 people and half the rides didnt have anyone manning them and thats just the start. Then the over an hour wait for food which when we got was honestly substandard...I've had a better hot dog in a county jail and the drinks we all were given had NO ICE and WERE LUKEWARM. YEAH JUST WANT EVERYONE WANTS A LUKEWARM SODA WITHOUT ICE AFTER WAITING AN HOUR. Easily 60% of the people in the park looked miserable and the other 40% angry.
