Loved Sky Zone until today. A new girl told me my Dad couldn't use my pass to jump with my son, (who's 2 so not even counted as a paying guest) despite us doing this probably 10 times before. When I protested she said "Well they shouldn't have let you do it, it's like Disney world. Person specific." Sky Zone isn't Disney world, and I don't think I should have to pay for an additional person when I wasn't even jumping. Ended up just canceling the membership. I'd go to urban air if you don't want to be hassled and talked down to. read more

Regrettably, I too was a victim of the shady membership practices this business runs. I was told by the salesperson that we could purchase the membership during our visit for additional jump time and discounts, but it wasn't tied to my credit card and would only renew if we setup the account online. We enjoyed our time at SkyZone, but didn't have plans to return. I didn't complete the online membership process, so I assumed we were given accurate information by the salesperson. After noticing additional charges for subsequent months for my sons and their friends memberships, I reached out to the business only to be referred to the corporate office. When I got a response to my request to cancel the membership and issue a refund for the subsequent months, I was told they would not reverse the charge due to the membership agreement I signed. They would, however, add an additional month membership for me -- no thanks! I will admit I didn't read the agreement closely and solely trusted the advice of the salesperson. That's on me, but be warned -- the membership renews automatically and you cannot cancel it easily. The local office can sell you the membership but cannot rectify issues with the membership. It's a money-grab. They got mine. Don't let them get yours! read more

Don't like rules? This place only has a couple employees.. and they work up front! So you don't have to wear their special slip resistant socks.. just wear your shoes with dog shit on them... parenting is very social... if your kid gets hurt they'll find you.. just keep talking to your friend. I went with my son a few months ago and wanted to just for just a day. I was told by the worker I needed to get a membership and I could just cancel it after we finished jumping, which I did. The worker did not cancel the membership and I've been charged for additional months despite trying to call multiple times (always having to leave a message), and I've emailed multiple times. Sky Zone has added a video game screen to the complex. They also have TVs on, showing cartoons like Bluey. If you're a family like mine who allows only minimal screen time, the kids will just gravitate to these devices. Instead of continuing to be a place where kids can get exercise while having fun, Sky Zone has decided to use lowest hanging fruit to entertain kids. This is quite a drive from Soddy-Daisy. My son went to a birthday party here. And holy crap, this place is massive. There are plenty of crazy jump options for the kids to dive into. Literally speaking, there is a high dive with a bounce you can go onto. And there is a lot of Ninja Warrior type stuff here. For 2 hours of jumping cost him $30. Or should I say it cost me $30. And what I was not aware of his you had to buy their special grip socks for $3. Not much, especially after the thirty bucks for 2 hours. read more

The pictures here don't really look anything like the actual venue. It's a big mess at DEFY - blocks all over the place, messy, and some closed off/broken equipment. The main issue is the lack of supervision and crowds. There were tiny children running across the trampolines as other were bouncing, kids jumping on kids in all of the pits and overall super dangerous. Some sections said to ask a crew member for access but they were no where to be found. The ones that you could see were just hanging out. They should definitely limit the number of people allowed each hour cause it's completely chaos right now. read more

This place gets a solid 4 star!!!! They have great staff and great jump park here. however I have to take off a star for the price wishes a little bit on the high side and for the fact that they close the park to everyone when there's a party. They have different areas of flavor from regular trampolines to obstacle courses to basketball to a bunch of different activities to do.... but what made me give it an extra star is that they have and after school program that is $45 per child and kids can play for 2hrs any day m-f from btw the hours of 3-8. Superfly really is as good as it gets. It's not just an awesome place to bring kids to jump around and have fun. It's a great place for the entire family. I've seen grandparents jumping with kids. I've seen aunts and uncles jumping. But there's more to do than just jumping. This isn't like jumping on the trampoline in the back yard. There's an open jump area with room for flying feet in the air from people doing flips. There's trampolines with foam pits at the end so you can go flying into it as well without worries of hurting yourself. They have a trapeze, dodgeball, basketball, and a soon to be coming early next year A NINJA COURSE. Also they have a sick Flight Club where 15+ jumpers can come after 9PM on Fridays and Saturdays and jump in the dark with laser lights and music with heavy beats. It's probably the most fun you can have in Chattanooga if you're in that 18-20 year old range. Prices are more than reasonable and they have College Nights, Middle School nights, Homeschool nights, and Family nights. I go with my nephew and my friends and other family members all the time and we never walk away unhappy. I can't wait to see the awesome things that are coming up for this place. read more

Seemed like a fun idea for the kid after their first day back at school. We showed up at around 4:00 and we're told that there was a large party on the way from 4:30-7:30 so we went and had lunch and ran some errands only to come back at 7:30 and be told that if you're not a member you can't jump. Purchased membership for monthly price. I live between Knoxville and Chattanooga so both parks are about an hour drive. My kids mom lives near Nashville where there is also a park. When I purchased the membership at the Chattanooga location I was told it worked at those locations as well. Few weeks later went to Knoxville and they couldn't find our membership. This location told me that I was told wrong so being with my kids I paid $130 more for them to Jump. No discount, no apology, nothing. I was there and first I was playing dodgeball and everyone was cheating and so was the ref. Which is kind of unbelievable because the ref is supposed to make the game fair and not have a biased opinion about one team like this I one did. Then later me and my friend went to our locker and all of our stuff was dumped onto the floor and somebody had gone through our stuff and stolen my friends jacket and wallet that had $200 dollars in it. Fun for kids and adults that don't jump get an 'observe' bracelet but saw them bring socks out of purses and pull sleeves down over bracelet and starting jumping. Some kids are way too big (large and teenagers) and should only be allowed in certain areas, not same as smaller kids. read more

Big place, lots to do! I bought the monthly pass for two kids, much cheaper than paying to come just once a month. They only let kids enter at 15 minute intervals, which is my only complaint. The dodge ball area has big kids and little kids, which might look scary for the younger ones but the balls are so soft they don't hurt. Super fun! Great place for adults and kids. The dodge ball trampoline area was the best and the general trampolines were fun. Be careful if you have weak ankles like me. Wish the foam squares that the pits were filled with were made out of a slightly different material, because if you're not a super light kid then you're going to sink and struggle to get out. The worker Eric with the glasses was really amazing. So helpful. He brought my friend an ice pack when he hurt himself. And he checked on us in general the whole time. When I bought my membership I was never told the park could be closed to members when a private party was booked. They told me they posted it on Facebook today that they would be closed from 6:00-8:00 pm. I never would have thought to check because I was never told this could happen. It's hard to explain to a 4 year old they can't jump. I'm usually understanding and overlook things but when it comes to my daughter it's different.When I looked on Facebook the party says it's over at 8:00. I do have a screen shot of the post.We came at 8:05 so why couldn't my daughter jump? We were told they booked two party's at the same time so that's was their mistake. Why 4 Stars? 1- Because it's pretty darn cool in there! Wall-to wall entertainment hands down. 2- Clean facility. I don't immediately smell feet when I walk in there and I appreciate that. 3- Friendly and understanding staff! My 3 year Old wanted to go off the trapeze which is easily 8 foot high or more and they didn't even consider discouraging him from it and he is tiny only 30lbs but a daredevil to the bone. 4- Nice sitting area where parents can look over the entire facility. If my children were older I would request you put in a bar up there but they are still young enough I have to follow them around. NOT 5- The only competition in the area recently closed and now Superfly has gotten a little big in the britches! For my 2 children under 6 years old to jump for 2 hours I have to play almost $40 but bump that to OVER $40 if you include the fact that they are now requiring you to have their fancy grippy socks. That's a lot of money for only 2 hours of entertainment when I could spend an entire day at six flags for not much more than that. And they don't mention that you HAVE to have their socks while your paying initially they only ask "do you have socks" nope it's not until the employees walking around in there tell you that you must have them after you've begun your "flight time" meaning you have to stop and take time out of the 60 minutes you paid for to go and pay more money for the required socks! Needless to say I wasn't please by this. It's a good time, but be advised it is NOT cheap entertainment. read more

Great place for the family to have fun. Lots of different areas to play in, like a trapeze, some foam pits, dodge ball, ninja warrior type obstacles, and more. If you have small children, there's a separate area they can jump in, but it's small. The best deal is during the week between 9-10 am. Children 6 and under with their parents only. Older kids not allowed until after 10 o'clock. $11 dollars for the child for an hour, but the parent gets in free, and it's not too busy because of the age limit. There are other special times on the website. You do have to buy their grippy socks, but only one time per person until they get outgrown. Be sure to get on the mailing list for specials (like buy 2 get 1 free for Thanksgiving week). Also, be wary of private shutdowns!!! They do list them on the Facebook page so you and your little ones don't get a nasty surprise when you show up to buy tickets. Place was not worth all the money we spent. Very inefficient and have to wait in line for 15+ minutes even in the member express lane. Regular line we had to wait 1 hour. Wasn't a great jump park either. Only 15 trampolines to actually jump on the rest was obstacle courses and other activities. Not fun or worth the money. If you're in chattanooga, I recommend going bowling or to the aquarium or rock climbing at high point. Too many great things to do in chattanooga to waste time and money here. read more
