Pricing is now based on height. The park is located in the plaza with Big Lots and Good will. There is ample parking to accommodate everyone!! Walking in you must complete the waivers for each child on a computer to your right. When we arrived several of the computers were not functioning correctly. After the form is completed we went to the cashier to pay for entry and socks. If you plan on returning I would advise keeping the socks to save on that cost in the future. There are several things for kids to do at this park. Slides, bounce houses, trampolines, and even a zip line. The reason for the average rating? They had several areas of the park closed! I personally do not want to pay full price for a park that is not offering to provide a full service experience. For example, the zip line was closed. When I asked whiny it was closed I was told that staff did not want to work the area! REALLY???? Now to be fair when I asked about it they did open it up long enough for my crew to enjoy it! Staff are overall very friendly and professional both. A handful clearly wanted to be somewhere else, but most were great. They were stationed at specific areas and kept them safe (for example, only one jumper per "square" of trampoline) and fun. If you join in, be ready to sweat. It's a lot of fun, and it'll wear you out, especially the foam pits. Those things are hard to move through! If you are in the foam pits much, expect some of the orange and black fuzz from the cubes to rub off on you. Not a ton, but some. Depending on when you go, other jumpers can make the experience less fun, but that's not the staff's fault, and they're doing the best they can to make it fun. Didn't try the food, but it was available with plenty of seating. Facilities were all clean. They had benches for those who didn't want to jump. Fun place, all things considered.
