The jump park in it self was great, but this staff member kept following me everywhere I went and that kinda creeped me out

Go if you like spinal compression fractures:…read more Went here on Jan. 28, 2022 with a group of friends. I had a blast until one of them literally broke her back. Near the end of the night one of the members of my party accidentally bounced into an area of the park that was undergoing maintenance. It was a 7 foot concrete pit! Mind you she was jumping on a trampoline, so she didn't fall from ground level, she fell from several feet ABOVE ground level. To be fair, there was a small plastic chain over the entrance, but my friend easily cleared this when she was double bounced in that direction. We're estimating that she fell a distance of at least 12 vertical feet in total. As a result, she suffered spinal compression fracture that left her in a back brace for 8 weeks. When the injury occurred none of the teenage staff knew what to do, so thank goodness she had friends there who could take her to the emergency room. Not before a well-meaning employee offered my friend her hand and attempted to help her up, however. Word to the wise, if you've suffered a spinal compression fracture DO NOT MOVE, it'll make things worse. In hindsight we should have called 911 and waited for the professionals to put her on a stretcher, but neither we nor the staff knew that at the time. I wish I was making this up, but my friend is now half an inch shorter and very familiar with her local physical therapy center. In the interest of fairness, nobody wanted my friend to fall into a 7 foot concrete pit. It even had a little chain and sign. I would argue however, that at a trampoline park, it shouldn't be possible to do so. Laws of entropy kind of dictate that masses of bouncing people will eventually land in untended places. I shouldn't have to spell out the need for safety nets or protective barriers to the owners of a trampoline park... Aren't there building codes for this kind of thing? Thankfully the victim this time was a 21 year old with fully developed bones. I shudder to think of the consequences if a child had fallen that distance.

Good place. Great…read morefacility. Well lit, safe, lots of padding, and lots of fun stations: -free jump area -dodgeball court -volleyball court -VR game area -the "orbit" (a rotating arm that you have to jump over) -battle beam -6-yrs-old-and-under-only area -giant foam pit -American ninja-like gauntlet and a few more stations I'm pretty sure I missed. Staff are overall very friendly and professional both. A handful clearly wanted to be somewhere else, but most were great. They were stationed at specific areas and kept them safe (for example, only one jumper per "square" of trampoline) and fun. If you join in, be ready to sweat. It's a lot of fun, and it'll wear you out, especially the foam pits. Those things are hard to move through! If you are in the foam pits much, expect some of the orange and black fuzz from the cubes to rub off on you. Not a ton, but some. Depending on when you go, other jumpers can make the experience less fun, but that's not the staff's fault, and they're doing the best they can to make it fun. Didn't try the food, but it was available with plenty of seating. Facilities were all clean. They had benches for those who didn't want to jump. Fun place, all things considered. It's a worthwhile way to have some fun with your kids. Update as of January 2026: took a group here and rented a room. Good experience. Very friendly staff; made our time a great experience. Food was good (not fantastic, but good); they worked with us well in setting up party, etc. Recommended.

I carried them to the front desk and asked for a first aid kit, as I was trying to identify where the blood was coming from. The manager strolled over with no sense of urgency, tossed me some paper towels, and then walked off. He never said a word or asked if I needed help, ice, anything. I informed the girl at the front desk that there was blood all over the foam pit and they allowed children to continue to play in the area. Horrific experience. Will never return.

Jumping World was the site of a birthday my little one was invited to attend. There were two other…read morefamilies having birthdays here and they sat at neighboring tables, which was fine. I compare Jumping World to Altitude, which is where I normally go in my neighborhood. Altitude in East Cobb has similar concepts but focuses on primarily jumping on one level. Jumping World, tries to do a number of additional activities including, video games, go carting, bull riding, water weasel wheeling, ninja course, and kids must navigate them on their extensive carpets. Water fountain and bathrooms are centrally located. There is a snack bar with sweets, drinks, and some fast food choices. For birthday parties the pizza was the choice. If you need your kids to release some energy this is a good local option.

Nice facilities, bad service. Massage chairs were broken, card refill equipment (where you put…read moremoney on the cards) was broken, and some other things were broken. Worst part was being badgered constantly by the manager. We had two families and 4 kids in the group. The manager followed us around nagging the kids and parents. Such issues as - you can't push another kid on the swings, a 3 year old was admonished for pressing non functional buttons on broken equipment. We were the only people there but the manager wouldn't allow an older kid to accompany his 3 year old cousin... While some rules were posted, additional nagging activities were made up as we went along so we couldn't enjoy our time. We had to leave early. Don't recommend. If any of the nagging had merit with our well behaved kids - we recommend writing the rules down and presenting them initially instead of the constant raised voice badgering we experienced.
