So, for example they have about 8 or 10 lanes for throwing axes .... you'll need to sign a waver (watch some youtube videos and you'll understand why - but don't let that prevent you from going). Brief instruction and you're off and throwing. A few different techniques, two handed, one handed .... then it just get's more complex. The key - wrists have to stay straight, if they turn it'll put an angle on the axe blade and add a level of difficulty in getting it to stick. Once you're done chopping some wood, they have a few arcade games, pool tables, a basketball game - and a few other things. Kind of a fun way to spend a couple hours and a little bit different then all the other normal stuff around. If you're looking for something a little different, check these guys out. Good fun!

Each person also gets a wrist band to play. First time players register at the kiosk. We were then taken into the gaming area and given instructions then we were free to get playing! There are several rooms, each with about 5 different games. One is a basketball room with different games. You can get directions for each game outside the room. Once you pick the game, you each scan your wrist band, press start and enter the room. The games have different levels. You can choose to go to the next level or exit the room. The games have a moderate level of activity which gets harder as you pass the levels. Water fountains are located outside the rooms near the bathroom. You will need them. Play is for 75 minutes which was plenty of time for us. After you turn your wrist band in you are given a keychain you can scan the next time and it will have your gaming info from previous play. This was his first time playing mini golf and he loved it. The haunted house theme was super fun and surprisingly well done, with great lighting effects and decorations that kept us both entertained the whole way through. After golf, we spent a couple more hours in the arcade and tried the VR experience, which was a huge hit. He said it was his favorite part... right after beating me twice at the basketball game. Shout out to Tyler F. who was super patient helping us get everything set up, and to Jason, the owner, who personally showed Julian how to hold and swing the golf club on the first few holes--such a thoughtful touch. It was a Wednesday night, so we had the place almost to ourselves, and the pricing was really reasonable for everything we got to do. I'm already planning to tell his parents this would be a perfect spot for his 9th birthday party. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in Georgia--maybe even without a kid in tow!
