Only employees there were two young girls (possibly teenage) and they refused to issue a refund and also were zero help in getting me in contact with a manager. Said there was no manager there and didn't know when (if ever) I would be able to speak with her because she managed from another state or something. Gave me no number. No email. Basically said too bad there was nothing they could do. Finally said they would have that manager call me so I left and went an hour and a half away to another trampoline park but have yet to receive a call from anyone about my refund. It's been 5 days and I have tried calling the business and no manager is returning my call. $80 paid and I received nothing and had to drive to another place and pay another $80 but that place was amazing. Go to Altitude in Huntsville. i've had to dispute charges and file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Seems like it would have been easier for them to issue me a refund than have all the negative reviews and claims filed against their business
