Went for a party, from a party goer it was little disorganized but unsure if it was party of place. Went to snack bar, twice one time meet a staff member super nice and joking around , second time different person man it was like it was inconvenient for me to order a drink from her. Today, 10/14/25, I brought my daughter here with a friend since school is out. Why is there only one employee working to check everyone in?!?! She literally had a solid line for an hour with no other employee in sight. There was no one monitoring the toddler area or the entrance into the trampolines. I didn't see another employee until after 11 and by then, everyone was checked in. It is not fair to your employee or to your customers to only have one person on such a busy day. Honestly, it's not a good idea to have a young lady here alone at any time. I love this trampoline park for all ages. My kids love going and meeting other kids. They have a great play area for under 6 which is great because it does get chaotic when busy or school is out. For the most part it's not dirty. They try to keep up with the cleanliness it seems. We have used the facility for birthday parties and it's great. Friendly staff too! I do wish there were more supervision regulations. This is not a dumping ground for YOUR children that YOU do not want to watch. No one is babysitting your kids and your kids that you aren't watching are being jerks. On numerous occasions I've encountered children with no adults present in the facility! I've seen terrible children throwing dodgeballs at the younger kids faces and sometimes the parents are standing there laughing. It's insane how terrible people are raising bullies. read more

Masks are not required for anyone to enter into the building. I think this is totally not a good idea since Covid is running rampant. We left after we asked the cashier wore mask required. This is not safe in my opinion. We won't be going back. read more

We went today for a party and they were so rude about the socks! They required every parent for the party to buy their socks just to walk up and check on their kids. (It didn't matter if you had jump socks from another jump place you are required to buy the ones from altitude.) My oldest was there for a party and I paid for my youngest 2 who were wearing jump socks from another place and the wouldn't let them go on the floor without me purchasing more socks from them. Also my youngest goes weekly (during the day) and he wears all different jump socks and they've never said anything before today. We will not go back!! read more

Okay, I'm almost 30 but who doesn't love trampolines!? My husband and I went here several weeks ago expecting to pay about $30 to jump for an hour. (I'm cheap so a little much for me.) Hes been wanting to go since moving to Pelham. Well we hit the Jack pot, happy hour!! We paid $22 total for socks and one hour jump which, if you're as out of shape as me, is more than enough!! This place is geared more toward children under 6. A large amount of the area is dedicated to them. There are a few areas for older children and adults. It's a shame that so much area is for little kids. The slides with tubes and climbing walls are for 6 and under. How that makes sense I will never know. This used to be our favorite trampoline park, but it has gone downhill exponentially. This place has been dirty the past few times we've visited. We were there not even thirty minutes our last visit because I was so appalled. There were maybe 3 other people there. The young kids working the front had plenty of time to be cleaning. First time visitor to the place. I purchased tickets online. Prices are fairly competitive to similar places. The place is huge and appears to be cleaner than others I have taken the kiddo's to. I took ages 9, 8 and 5. Staff member let me walk into the area for 6 and under even though I didn't have the child with me. I explained I was just exploring. He said that was fine. I return about 5 minutes later with the 5 year old and am told I have to be wearing the Altitude socks (which they sell of course). I say "even if I am planning to sit and watch" said child. "Yes" was the response. I go up on an observation walkway to try to get the attention of one of the other kids. I'm told I have to go back to the main floor because I am not wearing correct socks. At least I had taken off my boots and was walking around in my socks. Girl continues to stand beside me until I leave. I did not leave until I spoke to said child. Kinda ridiculous that an observer is required to purchase socks in order to walk around with their child. I was actually thinking about confirming a birthday party at the place. I can't justify socks for adults who would accompany their child as an observer. If 10 adults come to the party that is an additional charge of $32. 40 just for socks. While the place looks impressive, beware of the sock expense along with the all the kiddie traps (additional items for sale at kid level) and let's don't forget the epic arcade games. read more

This is new. I had never been to a trampoline park. Came here for a birthday and we all had a lot of fun. It's quite large and has a kids area, dodge ball, basketball, and lots more. The food was good too. The pizza was delicious. Wings were great too. The park is also very clean and I saw them sanitize at the end during closing time. Will definitely be back. read more

The park is real nice and clean at the moment. Lots of stuff to do for the little ones and big kids have a fun place to play as well. The only 2 things I would have to say is the staff are young kids that act like young kids. For example we stood at counter for 5 mins to check while they were arguing about lunch breaks and the second was when one the kids that are "suppose to be" watching the little kids was bouncy this big ball real loud. When I asked if he stop bc it was very loud when us parents was trying to talk he came back with a smart comment "oh so you want me to bounce it hard & louder" and began to do so. Not professional at all!! The main thing that bothered me the most is there is NO Security at all in place to be sure no one takes your kids or if they walk out one of the many doors. My kid loves this place. Huge space for all different ages, babies, toddlers, kids, grownups... place is clean, ppl are friendly and lots of fun guys. My kid gets so tired so he sleeps without a fight after we get home, haha. read more

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. We used to bring our son here pretty often to let him play. We decided to bring him in on a Saturday evening to play. We walked in and paid for him to play and bought him some new socks. ($19 and some change) for a four year old. We knew we were not playing so we did not buy us socks, nor bring them. A young girl approached in a baggy shirt with no signs that she worked there, telling us we had to have our socks on to watch our son play. She was not wearing any Altitude apparel, name tag or anything to show us she worked there. We thought she was an older sister of a child playing. Mind you, we were not playing on the equipment nor even close to the play area. There were parents actually in the play area with shoes on. We were not them. We were just sitting against the wall minding our own business, with the other parents. We all had our shoes on since we were all enjoying watching our kids play. We all thought it was completely insane. No one tells you up front that you have to buy over priced socks to just sit against the wall. We've been here many times where that's never the case. This place is getting so overly expensive and money crazy about stupid socks. We asked for our money back and the party beside up did the same. We will not be returning. There's plenty of places that we will gladly pay. You cannot expect greatness from a place that hires their daughter and her teenage friends to run. read more

The manager of this facility denied entry to my child w disabilities and had zero interest in understanding.

I took my granddaughter who is 6 and she loves it. I also took my 12 year old granddaughter and we had a great time also on the big wall.

I'm honestly speechless about this place and I literally have no idea where to start with this review... I do want to say my child had fun playing BUT I have to look at a place as a parent and this was one of the worst places I've taken my child to play. First off, there's no security system to where a child and parent can be stamped or something to identify and prove that the child came in with that adult. This in turn means that ANYONE can walk out with your child. Next problem is the staff... while watching my child play, there were two staff members who looked like they were high schoolers which is fine EXCEPT the fact they were too into their own conversations and NOT watching the kids. THEN, two more staff come over and start talking to the other staff with their backs turned to the play area and so now you have FOUR staff members not paying attention to the play area. I guess the meeting coming up on Tuesday was more important than the safety of the kids... Lastly, the music was APPALLING! They had rap playing which is fine EXCEPT the fact that they were singing about suicide and loading bullets into a gun!! My opinion, management needs to be replaced along with the staff members OR they all need to wake up and get it together! Chuck E Cheese has their safety and music together more than this place...
