I didn't know the details and was a bit disappointed with the limited amount of play time. The party room was adequate. The hostess was absentee which appears to be a systemic issue based on the other party review. They brought the coolers in for my wife and threw a few plates and napkins in the room and we didn't see her again until it was over. They shorted us on drinks. We bought extra pizza. They allow outside food which is nice. Overall great time for the kids. Super tiring. It was tough to get out of ball pits FYI! It's not private. It's gen pop / players and party goers. Next time I would likely see about letting the kids play for longer and skip the party room/ hostess scenario. It was of no material benefit. The little girl that was our assigned hostess appeared way overbooked and simply couldn't keep up which is a managerial issue. Overall a good time.
