This place is huge. Trampolines, foam pits, dodge ball, a ninja warrior course, a blob to jump into, raised basketball goals and more. The party gives you an hr of play with 30 mins or so in the party room. You don't get to return to play... which is lame. It's expensive for an hr of play. $20 bucks per person. Additionally, I had to pay for my 3 yr old and had to pay for myself to accompany her. Pricey but fun. Kids had a blast. They wanted to play more though. Wife made the reservation. I didn't know the details and was a bit disappointed with the limited amount of play time. The party room was adequate. The hostess was absentee which appears to be a systemic issue based on the other party review. They brought the coolers in for my wife and threw a few plates and napkins in the room and we didn't see her again until it was over. They shorted us on drinks. We bought extra pizza. They allow outside food which is nice. Overall great time for the kids. Super tiring. It was tough to get out of ball pits FYI! It's not private. It's gen pop / players and party goers. Next time I would likely see about letting the kids play for longer and skip the party room/ hostess scenario. It was of no material benefit. The little girl that was our assigned hostess appeared way overbooked and simply couldn't keep up which is a managerial issue. Overall a good time. Made my son and his friends happy so at the end of the day that was all that mattered.

I'll be back plenty more times.

You can also purchase drink cups and bring them each visit for refills for a fraction of the cost of a regular drink. They also have water fountains and you can request free ice for your cup. While I waited in the party check-in line, an adult guest and her two girls stood way too close to me. We all discovered that all she wanted was socks. She wasn't with a party, which means the front desk could have handled her request instead of her literally breathing down my neck. So rude! Anyways, the boys enjoyed themselves! Our party host was great! She was available as we needed. I didn't realize that the party area would not be an enclosed room. Besides that, I liked the set up. Overall, it was a good time minus a few hiccups. I'm sure I'll be back at some point.

Everyone went above and beyond expectations and really made my trip great. I was in Birmingham for just 2 days and had packed my climbing gear hoping to get a trip to a gym in. I called pretty late on a Saturday night to see if I could come in and check it out, and if I bought a day-pass, would I be able to come back Sunday morning. Without hesitation, the staff member told me to come on over. I got oriented and climbed a little bit around 9:30pm before they closed - just long enough to realize I TRULY HATE auto-belays. So, before I left for the night, the staff was nice enough to let me do a belay test and get my tag. I came back Sunday morning just as they opened and it was not trouble at all for my guest pass (from 12 hours ago) to be honored. I did a few more really stressful climbs on auto-belay before someone took pity on me and belayed me. After that, I did some bouldering, and I was pretty done but still had time to spare. So, I asked a guy who looked alone if he needed a belay partner and it turns out he'd only ever used the autos and was really excited to have someone to belay him. I had a great time, made a new friend, and definitely will be making a visit to High Point a standard part of my visits to Birmingham in the future. Also, what I didn't expect was how big the gym would be and how many different areas it had. From a small weight room to bouldering to a kids/beginners area, to top rope, to lead climbing, this gym really has something for everyone. Plus, TRULY - the friendliest and most accommodating staff I've encountered across a variety of gyms.

I give major kudos to anyone who can work in a place where kids run, jump, and SCREAM all day. I was here most recently for a birthday party that my youngest son was invited to for his classmate. Since we had been here before, I didn't have to complete the waiver again. (You will need to complete waivers for children who are visiting for the first time.) When you're there for a birthday party, the have a special bin you can put your shoes in that's just for the invitees of the party. If you're there for general play, there's a designated area for your shoes. All people must wear socks--parents, this means you too. The staff stamp the hands of the children and the parent/guardian as you enter the play area. The reminds me of the Chuck E Cheese system and I like it because it helps them make sure a child is leaving out with who they came in with. One thing I really like about Let's Play is that there are no video games. All the activities require physical activity, which I think is important for kids in this digital age. Even though this isn't my ideal place to be, my kids like it so I'll be back.

The women's locker room is split into one for adult women and the other iis for women and girls under 16 and boys younger than 6 (I think the boys age is correct).
