This place was amazing. So many different things to do, lights, blow ups, slides, spinning things, I can't begin to explain everything. Upon visiting for a birthday my child hit her head and vomited. Wanted to do something with my nephew. I thought about the Aquarium but it was short notice. I searched online and found a website that listed places for toddlers and Let's Play looked liked a great spot. So, my brother and I headed out with my nephew and oh my it was packed with little busy bodies running all over the place. I liked the setup and how there was something for him to do that was age appropriate. From the looks of it, he really enjoyed because he was nonstop. I tried to keep up with him but I think this was out of TT's league. I left the ripping and running around to my brother. I see that they have party rooms and food. I think that's an awesome idea. I love one stops where you can get it all and the price for entry was reasonable. Maybe I can convince my brother to have the little one's birthday here one year. read more

This was my first and last time coming here. We waited over a hour for food join which my sugar dropped and I got weak needing to eat. The manager on duty offered Burnham for the inconvenience but made sure that he cousins food was prepared. The young lady in the pizzeria had my pizza on the counter waiting for Jaylon to add banana peppers. I had been to the counter the previous times about my order. My wing order only consisted of 3 wings and the young man had to remake the pizza at least three times. Most of the staff was laughing and joking while I observed him trying to make it right! He was sweeping the floor cleaning and trying to get orders out. I spoke to the front counter several times about my food not being ready and at one point jaylon made an announcement for anybody who had placed an order to report to the counter as everything was out of order. I reported to the counter and an additional 30 min wait occurred. Management never went to the pizzeria to find out about my order but I heard asking staff about her cousin order. I asked for a refund as we needed to leave to eat and coming ban they would be closed. My husband overhead the manager tell staff she almost went to jail as I was upset and agitated not feeling well and diabetic which I told her and she offered not even a candy bar. This place also smells like urine to me and isn't the cleanest. This same manager is the lady I spoke to about 3 weeks ago about a birthday party and told me depending on who is here they let ppl sneak cake into the pizzeria and have a party as it is to expensive. The young man jaylon apologized and was the only one to apologize for the inconvenience and was very pleasant. I also observed Management in the pizzeria while customers were waiting to be serviced having unnecessary conversation and joking instead of handling business.... this place is worse then chucky cheese and service is below one star feel free to contact me via email venidig@aol.com I definetly will be contacting corporate as if she was about to go to jail she definetly can go to the unemployment office we spent about $100.00 and I took that as indirect threat. read more

Great place to bring the kids, let them run around and tire themselves out. I prefer this location better than the 280 location. This one seems to be a bit biggeR and have more options for the kids to play with. They have "happy hour" the last hour before they close. The cost is $6 per child ( it's normally $8 during the weekday for unlimited play and $9 on weekends and holidays for unlimited play.) They do offer party packages. To me they are a bit pricey, but that's to be expected for a children's party. read more

I try to avoid these places, but I do I have two energetic kids so it's inevitable that I end up here occasionally. I give major kudos to anyone who can work in a place where kids run, jump, and SCREAM all day. I was here most recently for a birthday party that my youngest son was invited to for his classmate. Since we had been here before, I didn't have to complete the waiver again. (You will need to complete waivers for children who are visiting for the first time.) When you're there for a birthday party, the have a special bin you can put your shoes in that's just for the invitees of the party. If you're there for general play, there's a designated area for your shoes. All people must wear socks--parents, this means you too. The staff stamp the hands of the children and the parent/guardian as you enter the play area. The reminds me of the Chuck E Cheese system and I like it because it helps them make sure a child is leaving out with who they came in with. One thing I really like about Let's Play is that there are no video games. All the activities require physical activity, which I think is important for kids in this digital age. Even though this isn't my ideal place to be, my kids like it so I'll be back. read more

Perfect indoor play place for kids!! We have been here multiple times but this visit was the first coming for a bday party. The workers were very patient and kept the party running smoothly in a timely manner. I also love this location because its right next to roll it up ice cream place. Perfect treat after playing and you get $1 off showing your receipt from lets play. My daughter loves this place! Definitely one of our favorite weekend outings!! read more

It's a great place for kids to have fun but the fact that there isn't a good place to put personal stuff. You have to put your shoes in a pile of other shoes which is not sanitized. For a kid who loves to play it's great but not worthy for a 5 star. read more

My daughter and I met a friend and his daughter here today. We've been to the 280 location several times this was our first time here. This location appears to concentrate more on younger children with fewer big kid activities. It works well for my 4 yr old. The lay out is large and open with varied climbing, jumping, bouncing apparatuses. They're missing the large inflatable slides, the rope obstacle course and various other really cool features available at the 280 location. Everything is smaller and geared toward smaller kids. It suited my daughter fine, but my son would have been disappointed. They have the same format for parties and open play. This location is closer to my house and I'm sure we will be back. If I were bringing kids 8 and older... I'd likely drive to 280 instead. 8 and under this would be the place to go! The younger kid centered activities and centers make it less probable for them to get crushed by a bigger kid. Great place for younger children. We didn't actually see many older / bigger kids the entire time we were there. Go early. By 1 it's crowded! read more

Great place to take the kids and let them go and play! I take my little girl i babysit here and she plays for hours! The let's play in Hoover has a pizza place next to it which is super convenient when hungry. Let's play is SO CHEAP and SO worth it. It's like $12 for the child. $0 for adult. So many things to do. So entertaining. Absolutely the best. read more
