This place is huge. Trampolines, foam pits, dodge ball, a ninja warrior course, a blob to jump into, raised basketball goals and more. The party gives you an hr of play with 30 mins or so in the party room. You don't get to return to play... which is lame. It's expensive for an hr of play. $20 bucks per person. Additionally, I had to pay for my 3 yr old and had to pay for myself to accompany her. Pricey but fun. Kids had a blast. They wanted to play more though. Wife made the reservation. I didn't know the details and was a bit disappointed with the limited amount of play time. The party room was adequate. The hostess was absentee which appears to be a systemic issue based on the other party review. They brought the coolers in for my wife and threw a few plates and napkins in the room and we didn't see her again until it was over. They shorted us on drinks. We bought extra pizza. They allow outside food which is nice. Overall great time for the kids. Super tiring. It was tough to get out of ball pits FYI! It's not private. It's gen pop / players and party goers. Next time I would likely see about letting the kids play for longer and skip the party room/ hostess scenario. It was of no material benefit. The little girl that was our assigned hostess appeared way overbooked and simply couldn't keep up which is a managerial issue. Overall a good time. Made my son and his friends happy so at the end of the day that was all that mattered.

The playground equipment wasn't new but it seemed to be in good condition. I give major kudos to anyone who can work in a place where kids run, jump, and SCREAM all day. I was here most recently for a birthday party that my youngest son was invited to for his classmate. Since we had been here before, I didn't have to complete the waiver again. (You will need to complete waivers for children who are visiting for the first time.) When you're there for a birthday party, the have a special bin you can put your shoes in that's just for the invitees of the party. If you're there for general play, there's a designated area for your shoes. All people must wear socks--parents, this means you too. The staff stamp the hands of the children and the parent/guardian as you enter the play area. The reminds me of the Chuck E Cheese system and I like it because it helps them make sure a child is leaving out with who they came in with. One thing I really like about Let's Play is that there are no video games. All the activities require physical activity, which I think is important for kids in this digital age. Even though this isn't my ideal place to be, my kids like it so I'll be back.

Love this place! They offer a membership so the kids get to go anytime they want and jump for two…read morehours. It's a really cool place and they get lots of exercise. You can also purchase drink cups and bring them each visit for refills for a fraction of the cost of a regular drink. They also have water fountains and you can request free ice for your cup. Bring socks otherwise you will have to purchase a pair. Great place for kids to get some exercise while having a blast (and tire them out:)

While I waited in the party check-in line, an adult guest and her two girls stood way too close to me. We all discovered that all she wanted was socks. She wasn't with a party, which means the front desk could have handled her request instead of her literally breathing down my neck. So rude! Anyways, the boys enjoyed themselves! Our party host was great! She was available as we needed. I didn't realize that the party area would not be an enclosed room. Besides that, I liked the set up. A small family run amusement park how can you go wrong?…read more This park was awesome as it really does have something for everyone to have a fun filled day either in the sun or in the pool! So they have a a handful of flat rides as well as 3 roller coasters with one for the little ones one for those in the middle and then one for the extreme with their star attraction Rampage! They also have a very good sized Waterpark with tons of slides a lazy river and a wave pool with all this your sure to stay cool on your adventure all day! Their employee Alex was beyond awesome and accommodating to me as he was kind enough to take me on a backstage tour as well as a lift hill climb up Rampage which was beyond cool as well as beautiful not only from the coaster standpoint it from just where in this beautiful country the park is located with stunning views of hills and trees you can't go wrong! They do sell their tickets online for a discount so definitely check on that as it will save you some money but more importantly if you live local just buy a season pass as your gonna wanna come here more than once! They offer FREE drinks and parking which is super cool as it gets hot here so it's a great way to stay hydrated on those forever summer days! Overall this really is an amazing park that I can't wait to come back to at some point because it's totally a vibe and a fun one at that!

There is a vast difference in the way it looks now vs when "The General" was in attendance. It is still a family oriented business with modesty and behaviors of the customers being excellent and we still love it, but the park is very run down. 1. Restrooms need a good pressure wash, paint job and toilet paper. 2. In all fairness, it has rained almost every day this summer but the entire park needs a good cleaning. The chairs were moldy, there were slick spots on the concrete where it needs a good bleach or pressure wash as well as the lunch tables were filthy. Thankfully there was a spray bottle and towel by them which means I could clean before my kiddos could sit down. 3. I'm sure they were tired and ready to not be working (especially since we are in a heat wave), but the employees were not friendly, or took far too much time to load 5-6 people, and some were not at their post for a lot of the carnival rides. The guy at the Cheddar Cheese ride was friendly and quick. We did note that we didn't see anyone over the age of 20ish working. Adults could have been behind the scenes, but It definitely needs adult supervision among the younger employees. 4. A lot of the Alabama Adventure side wasn't working. We had to leave the tilt a whirl because it would not turn on after we loaded. Rampage was not open until much later in the day. Drop Zone only had two seats open. YoYo had a lot of seats closed. Only one car running at Cheddar Cheese. 5. The lines at Splash Adventure were fairly short, but the wait was long. Standing in the sun for half an hour was unbearable due to employees not being engaged. 6. The tubes for The Lazy River were about 5:1 on a not so busy day. You definitely need a float device because the current is fairly quick. 7. The wave pool was not waving, just a pool. 8. Almost all of the shops on Main Street are empty.

It's a whole different scene than it was in the 80's!! Since my kids have been skateboarding we have to go to the skate park everywhere we go.
