Had new speakers installed a year ago from a company on holt in Ontario east of Mountain blvd. They did a poor job it seems. Jose who's very honest and professional, explained what could be wrong. He asked if he could inspect the speaker installation. All of this was done in front of me. He inspected the speakers in front of me and showed me where the problem was and how the other installer cut corners by not using a bracket, not securing the wires, and not putting the speakers in properly. Jose repaired their mistakes and sent me on my way. Small facility with big respect.

Jimmy the owner and everyone who works here are always super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Jimmy was responsive throughout, had quick appointment availability, fair pricing, and got me in right on time. Ricardo handled the install on my Viofo 3-channel setup that I brought in myself, and the work came out very clean and OEM-looking. Wiring is tucked away nicely and everything functions properly including parking mode. You can tell these guys have experience and take pride in their work. The install was smooth, straightforward, and professionally done. Now that I've seen the quality of their work firsthand, I'm even considering coming back for a custom VW OEM-style audio upgrade that Jimmy said he'd be willing to install as well. Appreciate the work, guys.

I did call before hand to make sure they were able to squeeze me in time wise. I was in and out in about an hour give or take a few minutes. Very professional and the staff were nice. I was missing a cord needed for install and they do carry most anything you need for dash cams or car upgrades. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a dash installed. They do offer a warranty on the work itself. The sitting area is pretty small and there isn't like a tv or anything. If you can leave your car and come back for it I would recommend that if you can. Again call in advance just to get an idea of how long it will be but if you can drop off it's probably easier. It's really a walk in basis by the looks of it. The value is there since it's not something I felt I could do on my own unless I wanted exposed wires. They do sell some too as well but I'm not sure the price on them. So you can bring your own dash cams for install and it's just the labor that's being charged of course. The place is conveniently located and easy to find. Plenty of parking right in front. Would definitely recommend. I didn't really shop around price wise since I really was looking to just get it done as soon as possible and I like that I didn't have to wait for any appointments or anything like that.

It's nothing against them, I was always satisfied with the results and products but just the experience I had at Azteca was just that good that they now get mine and my family's business from now on. The owner Tony is very personable and friendly and accommodating. We had a nice conversation the entire time he was working on my car as if we were friends for years. Most importantly he was diligent, knowledgeable and the price was more than fair. I'll be going right back in a few days to have them do another job. This place is a hidden gem and 5 star spot, I highly recommend I may have prematurely misjudged this place after one experience. I went back to have them do a system installation and the guy never showed up and would not even answer my calls, after scheduling an appointment with me for the very next morning. I was there at the agreed on time and waited for an hour and a half before it became obvious he wasn't going to show or take my calls. Business must be pretty good for him to treat customers so poorly but he won't be getting anymore from my friends or family and this can be considered a formal rescinding of my 5 star review.
