I had a system installed in my Polaris Slingshot about a year and a half ago, and since then I've had to return to the shop at least 6 times for ongoing issues with the equipment. I don't live nearby, so every visit meant arranging and paying for an Uber after dropping off my vehicle, which has been extremely inconvenient. I also want to be clear--I spent a lot of money here. Not just a small amount, but a few thousand dollars. For that kind of investment, I expected quality and reliability. Instead, I'm now being told my equipment is basically no good anymore. So what does that mean--I'm supposed to spend thousands of dollars every year and a half just to keep a working system? That's unacceptable. The biggest issue is the quality of the equipment. I was told I was getting aqua/marine-grade products, but that clearly hasn't been the case. The system has not held up the way it should, especially for what was promised. Customer service was also disappointing. When I asked to speak with the owner/manager, I was given multiple excuses before I was finally able to speak with him in person--and even then, it was excuse after excuse. Instead of solutions, I got no real accountability. On top of that, the initial inspection and diagnosis were not thorough. I was told over the phone that they would "call me back again after doing a more thorough inspection," which raised concerns about how carefully things were being handled in the first place. Lastly, the warranty they promote doesn't seem to actually exist in practice. When issues came up, there was no real support or accountability. Overall, I'm very frustrated. What started as a good experience turned into repeated problems, wasted time, and added expenses. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

If I had an 8 a.m. appointment, it doesn't make sense that people who arrived after me were helped first. $700 later, I left questioning whether I'd come back. Despite that experience, I gave them another chance and brought my Escape in for another oil change. This time I was checked in quickly, but I ended up waiting **3.5 hours** for a simple oil change. When I finally asked the cashier what was going on, I was told my car had actually been finished **2.5 hours earlier** and they had simply "forgotten about me." That means I wasted hours sitting there when my car was already done and no one bothered to tell me. The only bright spot was the cashier, who tried to help with a few things regarding a future visit. Unfortunately, the overall experience showed a clear lack of respect for a customer's time. I won't be coming back and will be finding another location that values their customers.

I did call before hand to make sure they were able to squeeze me in time wise. I was in and out in about an hour give or take a few minutes. Very professional and the staff were nice. I was missing a cord needed for install and they do carry most anything you need for dash cams or car upgrades. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a dash installed. They do offer a warranty on the work itself. The sitting area is pretty small and there isn't like a tv or anything. If you can leave your car and come back for it I would recommend that if you can. Again call in advance just to get an idea of how long it will be but if you can drop off it's probably easier. It's really a walk in basis by the looks of it. The value is there since it's not something I felt I could do on my own unless I wanted exposed wires. They do sell some too as well but I'm not sure the price on them. So you can bring your own dash cams for install and it's just the labor that's being charged of course. The place is conveniently located and easy to find. Plenty of parking right in front. Would definitely recommend. I didn't really shop around price wise since I really was looking to just get it done as soon as possible and I like that I didn't have to wait for any appointments or anything like that.
