I usually shop at Amazon Fresh because there's no line, it's less crowded and I can ring myself up or have the robot shopping cart do it and be on my way. This Sprouts is equally a pleasant shopping experience. Normally if I get coffee, I'd order from Klatch using their app then pick it up in store and be on my way, but the last two times I needed groceries and decided to get them here since I picked up my coffee here and to save me a trip to Amazon Fresh. After picking up my coffee, I was looking at my phone at a TikTok for ingredients and an employee walked up concerned and asked me if everything was ok since I was kind of hovering by the end of the aisle. I let her know I was ok and that I was just looking down at my phone, I wasn't sad and we had a chuckle. Once I figured out what I needed I turned down the pasta aisle and another one of the employees was going down that aisle at the same time and greeted me and asked if I found everything ok and I said, yes, thank you! I was honestly there for about 15 minutes and it felt like everyone was making sure I was ok and that's the other reason why I would shop here over Amazon Fresh. I was told by this couple that I know that shops here religiously that they have very good deals on Tuesday? Something about checking the ends of the aisles or you can find deeply discounted items here. Parking here can get a little crazy and nowt hey have Tesla chargers at the end of the lot so it's a little busier with that traffic, but I've always been able to find a good parking spot. It's nowhere near as bad as Costco and Amazon Fresh across the street.

It seems that they have older boxes and plastic scoopers. The chips are kinda stale compared to the chips I buy at the Garden Grove location. Also, the chicken wings weren't seasoned enough. I usually don't have that problem. It's cool that this store has hot food you can purchase. They have a large selection of products for your body and home.

Amazon returns made easy!…read more Gone are the days where I have to go to the post office for returns. OR to Kohls. Now, it's at Amazon fresh! Super easy process too. You don't have to have the box or labels. Just roll up with the item and your return code. Done! It's super quick and pain free lol I will say, there is always a line at this location. It typically goes pretty fast though- so that is nice. Plan to wait a few minutes in line. Then do your drop off and you good. Sometimes, I will grab a couple things afterwards. If we are out of milk or butter, I will grab that on my way out. The store is very clean. Service is good. They have a full-blown grocery store and the prices are decent. When you do returns, you sometimes get coupons for groceries too. That's awesome!

I love coming to Alberstons for their sales including the digital coupons you just clip on their ap or the $ 5 dollar Friday deals that's only valid on Friday. The store is usually fully stocked on all items unless it's a really good deal/score then they might be out but usually always restocking. The aisle and store is well kept and clean, easy to find stuff. Associates are really nice. I knew i loved this bakery department especially when I've seen their cakes on display I've admire for years with the cake decorating skills. I finally met one of the awesome cake decorator, Nicole Marquez. Really sweet mama indeed and she's very accommodating. I've referred a handful of customers to her that needed last minute cakes. And from all the customers feedbacks, she was able to accomplish all requests. I ordered a bday cake from Albertsons and showed Nicole the style of cake i wanted and she definitely delivered it. Now, the produce section... look, it's fine, but let's just say I've had longer emotional connections with spinach that didn't wilt overnight. BUT their bakery totally redeems them. The fresh French bread--especially right before dinner--comes out so warm and steamy it practically whispers, "Take me home." And I do. Every time. The staff is generally super nice and polite, though occasionally you'll meet someone who clearly fought an epic battle with their alarm clock that morning. No shade--I usually hit the self-checkout anyway, so we all win. Overall, it's a solid, reliable grocery store with everything I need for my everyday chaos--I mean, household needs. Bummer lol Not to worry, you can find gift items here! They sell chocolates and candies from England. That's fun! They have bags, cooking mitts, and pot holders that are cute.
