Long story short, I ended up not buying the house and its attic full of raccoon excrement, but I was really pleased with the thorough and professional manner with which the matter was treated by this company. The remediation plan they came up with to remove the raccoons and repair/replace damaged areas was excellent. They were able to come that same night, even though we live pretty far away. They have all the equipment to humanely trap wildlife and tall ladders to reach everything. After they caught the squirrels in the traps they set, they put a temporary patch on the side of our house to prevent more squirrels from getting in until we could get a roofer to permanently close the hole. That was a huge help! This is the 3rd wildlife control person I have had to hire in the last 5 years and I will only call them in the future because they really know what they are doing and are easy to work with.
