He went into my crawl space for quite some time. When he came out he told me everything looked great . . . . . no termites or signs of any previous termite damage. When we received the first bill for services we quickly realized we had been hoodwinked. We then allowed Fox to convince us that it is necessary to treat for termites, because our neighborhood shows "increased activity." We subsequently found that termite activity was not found at our home, therefore we canceled that plan. The issue with this company is that the salespeople will do anything to make the sale, justified or not. However, the techs seem to be on the level. The technicians performing the services were very professional and knowledgeable. We kept the plan throughout the summer months and canceled it in the Fall due to tħe high cost of maintaining the plan through the winter.
