Believe the hype. Nils came on time (early actually) walked the floors and gave me a quote on the spot. He includes a 25% discount for new customers as well! And if I understand him correctly that's the same price he gives you if you ever have him come back a year or two later for a re-do. I don't think anyone offers that anymore to anyone. I booked this company because they had some good yelp reviews and the guy who owns it had written something funny in the his "from the business owner" section. I trust business owners who have a sense of humor. I called and the receptionist was nice and personable and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. She said they wouldn't do a job for under 100$, totally cool because it's still better than the headache and backache of renting a rug doctor at Von's and doing it yourself, (and probably not even doing a very good job.) I needed my carpets done asap and they were able to get to my place in under 24 hours from when I called! I was at work and I left a key under my mat and 100$ cash. The stains on my floor were just horrific, I didn't think it was possible to get them out, but somehow he did! My carpets look and feel brand new, it's unbelievable. Coming home to that is better than having gotten a manicure, pedicure and massage combined and less than half the price! Our couches were in pretty bad shape. Our 2yr has had way too much fun on them. We called Clean Nest and he came out and said its not a problem to clean them. We asked when he can begin, he said Right away!! So he got his stuff ready, did his thing. The funny part was while he was cleaning my two year old came by with a highlighter and marked the couch while he was cleaning them! lol He took it well, made a joke of it and cleaned it on the spot. I've always been a consumer with the rule "You get what you pay for" I contacted Clean Nest and was able to get a quote over the phone from this lovely lady named Tiffany. Tiffany explained their process and gave me my "Over the phone " quote. She explained that the crew would be at my appointment 15 minutes early to measure and give me the total before they started. I booked my appointment. The "Over the phone " quote was a little more then I'd paid before but I thought I would pull out the old rule "you get what you pay for" and try them out. Exactly as Tiffany said. Nils the owner and his brother Dave arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. I was so happy. I hate waiting. Nils and his brother measured the carpeted areas in my house. They advised me of what furniture they would move and what furniture they would not move. They also put little blue squares and plastic pads under the legs of the furniture they moved. During the estimate Nils pointed out that they also clean upholstery and tile. Wow! Their a one stop shot. That was it. He didn't try and sell me. Just told me it was available. So I got a quote for all of my tile, carpet and even my couch. I remembered that Tiffany told me that I would get 25% off since I was a first time customer. Before I could even tell Nils about the 25% off he'd already worked it into in estimate. Wow! On time and honest. I ended up getting everything done on the quote. Those two guys worked for hours in my home and never seemed like they hated what they were doing. I think they like their jobs. My house.. I mean my Nest felt and smelled so clean.
