I don't know why it's so hard to find reliable communicators when trying to hire for house work. He texted me updates whenever possible and was super courteous. His price was also very reasonable. My bathroom was such an eyesore-moving into an older condo, the wall tile and bathtub had been refinished before, but not well. It was peeling, patchy, discolored-a couple tiles were even falling away. Brannon filled in some holes, redid the grout in a couple terrible areas, and made the tiles much sturdier for me before painting. The work took about two days for him to complete and I was amazed with the results-feels like a brand new bathroom!

A stop by the office to meet with the lady at the desk and schedule the first appointment. The owner came out and did measurements. I went out and saw him and discuss what I was looking to get for a custom gate that would also prevent my three little dogs from going through it. After he was done with his measurements he left without ever saying anything to me. About a month later I called to find out what the status was and was told that he was getting the design together and will be sending it to me soon. Shortly after that I received an email with the design and my wife and I returned back to the office to discuss changes to that design to make sure that our little dogs cannot go through the gate. A month later they scheduled a "final measurement appointment" but did not show up on that appointment day. We were notified that he was busy and would be rescheduled for the following week. Unfortunately no one showed up on that day either. He must have stopped by because a few more months later I was told they were ready for a down payment and to finalize the plan. We again stoped by the office and discussed things with the ladies and put our down payment in. A few more months later and I called to find out how things were progressing. Finishing soon then will call me to schedule the install. I called another month later and made the appointment for the Instal. I called the morning of the install to make sure we were still a go and was told "sorry they were behind and would have to reschedule the next week. Today called again to confirm and YES. They will be out after noon. Checked in at 3 and still going. At 5 I received a call to ask if I still wanted to get it installed today or first thing in the morning. This was my only day off so they did install it @5pm. They were very good and did a great job. The gait looks great and will be looking good for decades to come.

Used well over 600 gallons of my water. Took the skimmer cover off and got sand in the skimmer which they both saw I had skimmer sock in it. Greg knew the skimmer was on only because of the sand falling in the pool didn't want in pump. Greg also knew I was going away because he wanted to get paid before I left which is fine. Came home 3 days later to find my pump struggling because of the sock in the skimmer filled with sand. Not only that the skimmer sock was shredded because of the pressure from the pump. Shut the pump off to find shredded skimmer sock in the pump along with sand. If I changed the sock at my normal weekly maintenance schedule my pump would have seized. Now it don't sound right but luckily still running. Second big issue was my rain leader extension that pushed the rain water away from my shed area was never put back and my shed flooded

These strips were too narrow to fill the gap left between the two floors. Jim said that he would reorder in more transition strips. He told us would get back to us and come out to ensure these strips would work - that was in September. Jim did not get back to us, I had to contact him. Here we sit, the floor still is not completed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business! It is by far the worst follow-up and communications I have ever encountered from a business owner!
