The crew of 2 arrived as scheduled, I would add their names but they never introduced themselves,…read morenot even a hello when they walked in. What was really shocking was that they didn't put paper booties on over their shoes. Or in the case of one technician, enormous combat boots. They repeatedly walked in and out of the cleaned rooms in their street shoes/boots. They didn't put anything under the legs on furniture that wasn't being moved. Nor did they put any type of covering on the hardwood floor between the front door and rooms being cleaned. The distance of about 20 feet. As far as carpet, the cleaning was satisfactory. We have animal stains that they diligently tried to remove but were unsuccessful. These were old stains so I can't fault them. There are too many carpet cleaning companies in Lexington, I can't recommend this company to anyone.

I'm surprised to see the stars aren't good when our guy did a fantastic job…read more I did the service online, for the same day for a 3 room carpet clean. Thinking they would call to reschedule, because of the short notice. We may have gotten lucky, or maybe they are naturally fast and are up to date with their online service but they came on time. Job/reason- We got them because my 6-year-old painted on the carpet and we couldn't get it out so decided to get the whole house cleaned. Cost- Originally the cleaning would be $130 but I paid an extra $40 for a large rug to be cleaned. It was a white rug I paid $400 for so $40 to clean it was a deal Worker- He came fast, was very polite, and wore his mask. My partner and I both have desk we were on, and he waited till we got up before cleaning underneath us, and I didn't even notice till I came back and he was finishing up Overall- I would hire them again. The prices were transparent, the service was great, and our carpet is clean. I'm very happy and would highly recommend it. Side note- I originally wanted to give our business to a local company to help with our community but these guys are franchised, and still need the business. Sometimes I feel bad going for a big business, but I felt super confident and comfortable with this hire
