Servpro was great when I first called them. They responded right away to my flooded house in Berea,…read moreKY. They came over with heaters, dehumidifiers, and air blowers. After awhile, they just left all equipment running and just visited the house once a day or once every two days. The worst problem as I progressed down the road with Servpro is that they DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. So frustrating. It took me a LONG time to get them to come up with a cost estimate to repair my home and a long time to get the bill to the insurance company for processing. I ended up dealing with about five servpro employees and still had a lot of trouble getting answers to my questions and getting them to respond. Communication is key in any service industry.

Then they promised our furniture would be cleaned and brought back put together. The furniture was not cleaned and they weren't going to put it back together. They had paint all over the brand new hardwood floors and I could go on and on about how terrible they were through this whole experience I have been out of my house for almost 6 months. And we get terrible outcome. Our water heaters busted and our whole downstairs flooded. They tried to put the busted water heaters back in instead of getting us the new ones we paid for! I would not recommend this company. Our insurance company called them out. I am wondering why they use a company who has such low takings. I am guessing it is be because they bid low. We already need to have another company redo what they have messed up. Many tears and sleepless nights over this.
