Strawberry Croissant
Lauren H.

I attended the Grand Opening of Little Cafe de Paris and fell in love with their Strawberry Croissant! The croissant was crunchy and flaky on the outside and soft and delicate on the inside. The strawberries were sweet and the cream was perfectly creamy. I can't wait to come back to try more items from their display case! I talked to the owner for a bit and it seems it's a younger sister store of the Cafe de Paris in Apple Valley. Service was a bit slow as I think they were still working out the kinks, but I was probably one of their first 5 customers so they get a pass for that one. Ambiance is modern and clean. I would definitely go with a friend and hang out here for a dessert break.

If you are looking for a great iced coffee, look no further!…read more This place is located in a bustling area of St. Paul! It's street parking but it is free. Walking in, there are lots of wood accents, stools, booths and PLENTY of plug ins if you want to come here and study/get work done! The service was disappointing to be honest. This place had the vibes to have such a fun crew working and instead we barely even got 2 words for the person who rang us up. The person who made our drinks also had zero interaction. Such a missed opportunity! This is why I removed a star. The coffee: This is one of my new favorite coffees I have ever had! I got an iced whipped honey latte and it was DELICIOUS! The coffee wasn't overly bitter, had good flavor and the whipped honey was definitely a unique treat! Overall, I really did enjoy my time at this coffee shop! It definitely can get busy but don't let that deter you from getting a delicious coffee from these guys! Oh and yes, they do have some snack/lunch/bakery items here to if you get hungry!!

That big dollop of whipped honey on top is unreal. The space itself is great for getting work done. Lots of natural light, big open windows, and different seating options that makes it feel really inviting. It can get pretty busy during peak times, so finding a seat can be a little tricky but they have a shared table system where you can grab a card if you're open to sitting with others. It's such a fun, community-focused touch and a great way to meet people or just make space when it's crowded. The staff is super kind and welcoming, which makes it even better. They also do a great job with their seasonal drinks and pastries.

There is some street parking as well as some paid ramps. I came in on a Saturday morning around 10AM. By then, it was busy, but I was able to still find a seat. The staff were kind and I think as pleased with the number of drink options as well as pastries - gluten free, too! I enjoyed a seasonal lemon bar latte (yum!) and a gluten free banana chocolate chip muffin. I will likely be back. The coffee is great, the parking situation is just a bit weird.

I used to live in the area and when the small coffee shop opened I was so exited to have that in our community and was happy to support them - even if some coffee beverages were top dollar. I was in the area today, and decided to stop in since I no longer live in the area and wanted to enjoy a good brew. Unfortunately, the experience I had left me leaving with a bitter taste in my mouth - and it wasn't from the coffee. I thought it goes without saying, but when a customer greets you, you should greet them back, not just stare. It would be even better if your staff would greet each customer first - make them feel welcome. Maybe I'm a millennial channeling boomer energy, but for years I'm noticing the customer service disappearing from a lot of businesses. I love that connection, but I'm understanding that some people see only a paycheck and skid by with minimal customer service and that is the new way. I don't plan to visit this establishment again. I wish the barista with star tattoos would have put in enough customer service energy that she did with her impeccable makeup.

Looked so good!! Fresh orange juice is a huge bonus. What I am used to in Mexico and love!! Ordered simple egg, 2 meats and hash browns. Eggs looked fresh and tasted good. Bacon was thick but next time will ask for a bit crunchy. Hashbrowns were browned crispy. I had pancakes added for a small price as pancakes and french toast is a specialty they are known for. Light and tasty and they have "MN maple" which was delicious. I will come back again and try a Mexican breakfast burrito. I feel like that is going to be my go to. Counter service was excellent. The Chips team truly listens to feedback, takes great care of their guests, and is always working to improve the overall experience. This is an excellent place for pickleball! It is a sprawling indoor facility with twelve pickleball…read morecourts. They also have other amenities, but so far I've only been here to pickle some balls. Reserving a court without a membership is possible, but it can be tricky because members get first dibs; they can reserve courts further in advance. And that membership is STEEP. As of November 2025 it is $139/month or $1295/year. And if you're playing with non-members, they still have to pay a share for a reservation! That's too rich for my blood, but apparently I'm in the minority because currently there is a waitlist of over 100 to even sign up for a membership. But the normal hourly court rates are reasonably priced; I've seen and used more expensive places. But that expensive membership also grants access to the "Wellness" areas, which include sauna and cold plunge facilities as well as regular gym equipment. There is a much more reasonable membership that allows access to that stuff, but none of the pickleball. I haven't tried that, nor have I tried anything from the very cute cafe (It's only open Wed-Sun, and I keep missing it). I may need to update this to report on their food & drink offerings. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the cafe, and actually throughout the building there are tons of really attractive and cozy places to sit and pass the time. There is also a party room that you can book. My friends and I have really had a great time playing pickleball here and we will return with some regularity.
