This spring I am on a journey to find the best pan au chocolat in the south suburbs and I am already starting off STRONG with Little Cafe de Paris!! I went on a Saturday morning and was met with a longer line than I expected, to my pleasant surprise! They had so many options in their display case, but I went with a chocolate croissant and a strawberry fruit tower just to try it and I'm so glad I did. Both were SO delicious after being warmed up. This is a great hidden gem in Eagan, I would highly recommend if you're looking for a pastry in the morning. We will be back to try their boba tea menu!

I attended the Grand Opening of Little Cafe de Paris and fell in love with their Strawberry Croissant! The croissant was crunchy and flaky on the outside and soft and delicate on the inside. The strawberries were sweet and the cream was perfectly creamy. I can't wait to come back to try more items from their display case! I talked to the owner for a bit and it seems it's a younger sister store of the Cafe de Paris in Apple Valley. Service was a bit slow as I think they were still working out the kinks, but I was probably one of their first 5 customers so they get a pass for that one. Ambiance is modern and clean. I would definitely go with a friend and hang out here for a dessert break.

This charming spot has all the right notes. Fast friendly service, amazing pastries and delicious crepes. Some days they even have day-old specials. If you are looking for a quick lunch of a crepe or a quiche. This is the spot. They have a beautiful assortment of French pastries when you want a little dessert, but you don't want the whole pie or the whole cake. The Vietnamese coffee is a special treat.

We've been travelling around the Cities to try new coffeeshops and the latest trip was to Quixotic!…read more Cute and buzzing coffeeshop was filled with energy on our Saturday morning trip! There was a small line but it moved quickly. There are some tables and booths for small to medium groups, but they fill up fast! We were lucky to snag one! Staff was quick and efficient at taking our orders and getting everything out to us! Enjoyed a latte and a breakfast sandwich on this trip, and both were delicious! Super solid coffee shop for those in the area needing that caffeine boost!

If you are looking for a great iced coffee, look no further!…read more This place is located in a bustling area of St. Paul! It's street parking but it is free. Walking in, there are lots of wood accents, stools, booths and PLENTY of plug ins if you want to come here and study/get work done! The service was disappointing to be honest. This place had the vibes to have such a fun crew working and instead we barely even got 2 words for the person who rang us up. The person who made our drinks also had zero interaction. Such a missed opportunity! This is why I removed a star. The coffee: This is one of my new favorite coffees I have ever had! I got an iced whipped honey latte and it was DELICIOUS! The coffee wasn't overly bitter, had good flavor and the whipped honey was definitely a unique treat! Overall, I really did enjoy my time at this coffee shop! It definitely can get busy but don't let that deter you from getting a delicious coffee from these guys! Oh and yes, they do have some snack/lunch/bakery items here to if you get hungry!!

The experience at this restaurant is weird. Show up at 11am…read more- you'll have a line out the door. That is understandable, as it's peak brunch time. You talk to the front desk, and they'll tell you there's an hour wait if you don't have a reservation. You look around and see open tables. You think: "that's odd". You check on the website and it says you can get a reservation for 15, 30, and 45 minutes from now. You select a reservation for 15 minutes from now, and magically there isn't an hour wait for you anymore. You note the still open tables and the line not moving. The restaurant is very loud. They're doing late 2010's industrial chic with not a soft surface in site and garage doors, so everybody's conversation bounces around indefinitely. You wait a while for a server to come. I find the way the food looks when it arrives is always different than the way it sounds when you read the menu - sometimes for better, and sometimes for worse. The coffee and bar menu is pretty decent for a brunch place. Prices are on the high end, though some are more reasonable than others. Then you get hit with a 3% credit card fee which isn't adequately disclosed on the menu or when you enter the restaurant.

There is some street parking as well as some paid ramps. I came in on a Saturday morning around 10AM. By then, it was busy, but I was able to still find a seat. The staff were kind and I think as pleased with the number of drink options as well as pastries - gluten free, too! I enjoyed a seasonal lemon bar latte (yum!) and a gluten free banana chocolate chip muffin. I will likely be back. The coffee is great, the parking situation is just a bit weird.

I used to live in the area and when the small coffee shop opened I was so exited to have that in our community and was happy to support them - even if some coffee beverages were top dollar. I was in the area today, and decided to stop in since I no longer live in the area and wanted to enjoy a good brew. Unfortunately, the experience I had left me leaving with a bitter taste in my mouth - and it wasn't from the coffee. I thought it goes without saying, but when a customer greets you, you should greet them back, not just stare. It would be even better if your staff would greet each customer first - make them feel welcome. Maybe I'm a millennial channeling boomer energy, but for years I'm noticing the customer service disappearing from a lot of businesses. I love that connection, but I'm understanding that some people see only a paycheck and skid by with minimal customer service and that is the new way. I don't plan to visit this establishment again. I wish the barista with star tattoos would have put in enough customer service energy that she did with her impeccable makeup.
