What I don't love is that the franchise owner of this location (and the other one closest to me) chooses to not carry the Classic Vanilla flavor. I don't know if it's a new owner because I used to get that one every time we went, and it's still listed as available at other stores that aren't near me, the employee there just told me the owner chooses not to carry it. Sure, vanilla can be boring but it IS a flavor and theirs is very good. We'd usually buy half a dozen bundtlets each time we went. Their other flavors are fine, just not my favorite. And everyone who tried the vanilla when I'd grab a few extra all loved it too. Obviously the owner can do whatever she wants but not carrying classic vanilla is definitely... a choice. It's good enough that I'll drive out of the way to get one for a special occasion but disappointing I can no longer just stop by when I feel like having one. I could just get another flavor because as I said they're all good, but I won't, the vanilla is too good. read more

She even shared that we have the same birthday, hers is just one day later, April 30, which made it extra fun. She was incredibly kind and welcoming. Not sure what they put in here to make it so moist but it's so delicious! Every single flavor I've had is always so good. I'm normally not a cake person either but I never pass on Bundt cakes. When I arrived to pick up my order, the store was closed early with no direct communication, leaving me without my order for Easter. Simply posting an early closure on Google is not adequate when customers have already placed and paid for time-sensitive holiday orders. When I returned on Monday, I was handed 18 empty plastic Easter eggs -- apparently that is what nearly $50 covered. The product presentation was misleading, the communication was poor, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I had to look up the definition of a Bundt cake--apparently it is the shape of the cake, not the ingredients themselves. There seems to be more firmness and outer counters to a bundt cake. Did I just enter heaven? Must be the old time buttery vanilla aroma filling the air that makes me think so! I love everything about this place including its creative name. The bundlets are my favorite things here because they're just the right portion for 1 person and have that moist,soft cake feel. The icing on here is a buttercream frosting equivalent-not exactly sure but it's sweet enough to curb cravings and is conveniently placed in the center that u don't have to scrape it off the entire cake and can eat as much as you please. My favorite is the chocolate chocolate chip, it's sweet but no over empowering and the right amount of chocolate. They have free samples in here too and are very generous with their portions. The employees are some of the sweetest women you will ever meet, this whole place makes me feel like I went to my grandmas for dessert, got a hug and a pat on the back and left feeling all sorts of happy. Now the cake: my family loved it! Even the "I don't like sweets" or "I don't like cake" people commented on how great it was. I had called the Eagan location looking for help and it didn't seem like the person answering the phone knew the territory, if they could deliver to my client and what the charges were. It ended up being more of a hassle and sadly I had to just say it wasn't worth the time and I'd call somewhere else. Certainly not the normal service I'm used to and am sure it was a one-off situation. I ran into this place while in Eagan. I noticed it from the main road so I had to drop in. I can't imagine a bad one of these chains. The cakes are always super moist. They had a chocolate sampler and a lemon raspberry, which is the bundt of the month for July and Aug. Tasty, even though I'm not a lemon cake fan. Last month was strawberry, which had me hunting them down. It was really cool to be greeted by the owner at this site.
