Came in sunday the 26th around 7PM. I could tell that the staff was struggling quite a bit. I had placed an online order, and there were some complications with my order for whatever reason. The manager by the name of Chance was very helpful, he apologized multiple times and asked what he could do to fix my complaints. The pizza was okay, but will be back just for the service. read more

Crazy long wait times waited almost 2 hours for our DoorDash order that should have been prepared by the time we were there and some people waited 2 hours and had to cancel their orders because people were waiting 2 hours IN-STORE Didn't even get food because the time was too long and the ambiance was bad because there were flies all over and the already small place was very crowded and packed because no one got their orders Overall HORRIBLE experience don't recommend read more

By far the worst pizza place in all of Colorado. Especially of the little Caesar's. And I've given them multiple chances. Just tonight alone, I phoned in an order for just a cheese pizza and crazy bread, hot n ready right, told on phone it'll be 20 mins. Showed up 26 mins later. WAITED AN HOUR FOR MY CHEESE PIZZA AND CRAZY BREAD. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. And pizza sucked. Badly made. (See pic) I thought they were know for hot n ready, nope. Everyone be aware, this little Caesar's is the worst! Plan on a wait! read more

Little Caesars - four slices of pizza in a pizza box - Pizza Near Me - Thornton, Colorado

First, I've never been in this location where there was an actual competent person working. They converse about non work related stuff where all customers can hear. Second, they never have anything hot and ready. When I order ahead and wait 15 minutes to leave, I'm still waiting 20 minutes. Given the prices now too Marcos is the way to go for pick up prices and quality. Third, I know it's just pizza and bread sticks but take some pride in your work! Everything is just thrown together and what really did it for me was the crazy puffs. They are nothing compared to the advertising! Management and/or ownership really need to step up at this location! Absolutely terrible across the board. read more

I ordered an hour ago and the gentlemen at the counter were so pleasant and friendly! They offered to make me a new pizza and Italian cheese bread since mine was in the hot box for an hour (not fault of theirs at all!) I will definitely return to this location for this great service read more

We tried to get Pizza last night at the 5781 E 128th Thornton Colorado Location. They were busy there were no "Hot and Ready" pizza's available which was fine. We get to the counter and the lady working states any order placed will take minimum of 1 hour to do...........Are you kidding me. I not sure what up with this location but man that is unacceptable!! Went to Dominos instead.. read more

This place did not cut the pizza, terrible service, made us wait a whole ass hour, online it said the order was ready but when you would pick it up they said it will be ready in 20 mins (it was not 20 mins ) they did not cut the fucking pizza, that shit was rushed, when we got our order seemed like we had to cut it ourselves, fell apart when we tried to get a slice, their was 10+ fucking people waiting and it was cramped in the building even my ass couldn't breath, the workers were late, the floor was nasty, this is the last time that I come to this dumpster. read more

30 + minutes for a hot and READY. This place is empty. Gone way downhill......................................................

Let me just say I will NEVER waste my time with Little Caesars ever again. I had placed an order at 11:46 am for a 10:30pm delivery for my daughter and 15 of her friends for after prom. I received a phone call at 9:52 pm stating we just cancelled your order because we just now got it and it would not be done until midnight. I tried to explain to the employee on the phone that my order was placed this morning and that I should have priority over everyone else that ordered after me. But instead I get an email confirming my cancellation. Hey Little Caestards, maybe you should go down to the other side of the parking lot and check the Outlaws Wings staff and management and learn how to handle big crowds, big orders, and most importantly learn how to take care of your customers. You lost my business forever. read more

The worker at the counter was great!! His name is Yoshi. He helped us pick out what to eat, and recommended the new Crazy Puffs, which were so good! Yoshi deserves a raise!! read more

Pizza is good, fast, never any problem. Sometimes the service is a little sketchy but I get in and out.

They used to be good but not anymore. The pizza had very little sauce and cheese, and this was supposed to be the extra most bestest pepperoni.....not even close plus it was completely overcooked. Italian cheese bread was so overcooked to the point it was almost burnt. They have gone so downhill it's sad. They need new management and better trained employees. We will never come here again. read more

I've been deeply disgusted today with the food that we ordered today there was literal hair on almost every slice of pizza so disgusting read more

Toppings look like they were thrown on half of them were on a single slice, my pizza was also cut in odd shapes and was cold when I got it, I do not recommend this pizza place unless you want something cheap. read more

This place has gone severely downhill. I ordered two pizzas a pepperoni and a sausage nothing difficult. I arrived at the time it slated me to and even had my code before i walked through the door. I went to the counter only to find out that they made one pizza and I'd have to wait 15-20 minutes for the other one. I watched four other people come up order the same pizzas and leave within minutes. When I tried to bring this up to the staff, especially for the fact that by the time I got my second pizza my other one was cold they dropped my pizzas down and ran to the back. read more

No hot and ready when I got there. Only one employee that had the duties of both making the food and being a cashier. Small place, not a lot of room to stand while waiting for your order. read more

Had not ordered pizza from here in a long time. Downloaded the app and ordered 3 large pepperoni pizzas To be delivered in 45 minutes. Didn't realize until I had placed the order that door dash does the delivery. Bad omen. After an hour I called customer service because the delivery time kept changing on the app. I had to call 2 more times before the pizza arrived not HOT an hour and a half later. won't order from little Caesar's again read more

I thought LC is supposed to have Hot N Ready Pizza's. Well you can forget about that! This place sucks! Go somewhere else. 1 pepperoni pizza 20-25 yeah in your dreams, try 30-40 mins. Ridiculous. They should know to prepare a lot of pizza's ahead of time. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. It is dirty, and it smells bad. The people inside are unsanitary they go to the restroom without washing their hands they put their hands in their hair without washing them. My husband waited one hour for pizza that he had pre-ordered on the app and it wasn't cooked. When we got home we had to re-cook it it was literally Raw dough. Don't waste your money and don't waste your time. Little Caesars is great. It is what it is but this location is trash. read more

I ordered online and scheduled a pickup time. When I got there not only was my food not ready. I was told it would take an additional 40 minutes to get my food. I was told that walk-ins get preference over online orders. Why have online orders then!? read more

Where to begin...Ugh. Friendly staff, yes...friendly staff...at least when I went in. And that is where the positives end. Is crazy bread supposed to be soft or hard? It was hard. Is crazy bread supposed to have butter on it? It didn't. Is crazy bread supposed to be warm? It was cold. Are the pizzas supposed to be cold and stale? I guess so, because that is what they were. I'll give it 2-6hours max, before my body rejects this sad excuse for food. Let me add....This pizza is worse than cardboard with tomato paste slapped on it. Not kidding. Cardboard with tomato paste would be as good, if not better. Hey manager/owner....smarten up. You make other Little Ceasars look bad. Call your pizza food? How can you. Never will I eat LC again. Ever. I will be happier and healthier if I dont. read more

This was the worst experience we have had here. When in to get a straight Hawaiian. After waiting 20 mins, the gave us the wrong pizza, they said they would remake it. 20 minutes later, checked back...they forgot to out in the correct order. My wife was waiting over 40 minutes..they offered an order of free bread. She said forget it and asked for a refund. They couldnt figure at first how to do a charge back. Finally got someone who said they put in the refund, ws will see andwe left pissed! What a waste of an evening, no remorse from the staff...blamed it on thier computer glitching. read more

Check your receipts I pre-ordered seven pizzas for my daughters birthday party I sent my husband to pick up the pizzas and they double charged him 14 pizzas and we did not notice until looking at the receipt upon getting in the car 14 pizza is a huge difference between seven and obviously double the cost they were trying to pull wool over our eyes And it very easily could have worked read more

Very poorly ran! We ordered online. Our pizza was supposed to be ready by 7:10. My wife calls to the store at 7:45 to see why we haven't gotten the confirmation (Yet the payment was taken out) and what is happening. We were told that the system has glitches and our order isn't ready. We are now almost an hour past the time it should have been ready. This is a very poorly ran establishment and needs better management. We won't be ordering from here anymore. This is not the first time we have had issues with this facility and we are done giving them chances. We were offered a free crazy bread??? What a joke! read more

I come here every week & it's been good. Not so much today. I wanted a $5 lunch deep dish with ground beef. I walk in at 2:30 pm & ordered it. NOPE. The young lady at the counter asked someone in the back. Came back with sorry, we don't do any deep dish cooking after 2 pm?? WTH? Nowhere on their website which is a hot mess does it say no special order on lunch special not available after 2 pm. And there might be a sign inside, but really? Not 1 customer inside and 2 $5 Lunch Deep Dish in the trays. How hard is it to cook a pizza??? Went to Burger King and will find another Little Caesars to go to. read more

This is a great little Caesars, loaded pizzas, always something ready, and very polite staff.

Slowest little Caesar's on planet earth. It's called hot and ready, not hot it will be ready in 10 minutes, which ended up being 45!! Why I waited? Because I worked all day and didn't want to stop anywhere else. They weren't that busy and had sufficient staff. Perhaps lack of communication and leadership roles defintely played a roll in why customer service sucked. Oh and it was a bunch of high teenagers running the show. Very unprofessional. I will give LC my money, but never again this location! read more

Little Caesars where do I begin maybe their pizza would taste better if they didn't have a bunch of amateurs running the business. But,the pizza is the best I've ever had.one thing I'm confused about though is why their mascot is a man from Greece when the pizza is Italian.last time I checked pizza was made in a European country. The motto is hot and ready but I experienced more of a warm and prepared feeling.this should be the motto because it is more accurate . Your welcome little Caesars. read more

This is a part of the complaint I filed with the Tri-county Health Dept.: I observed two ladies prepping pizzas and talking with each other. One wasn't wearing her mask on her face, but put it on when someone called her away from the station. The other one had the mask over her mouth but her nose wasn't covered. I asked to speak to the manager and a tall young man said he was one of the assistant managers. He was wearing a mask to cover his beard, leaving his mouth and nose uncovered. His job was to put the pizzas in their boxes, and he was talking the whole time I watched him. I stepped back from the counter and said it was a mandate ordered by the governor that every who works in a food establishment should be wearing a mask. He told me that I didn't need to be so harsh, that sometimes it is hard for people to hear when people are talking to them (which I think was meant to explain why he still wasn't wearing his mask!!). I asked if I could speak to another manager, which he went and got another man. He asked what was wrong and I told him. He said that they are trying their best, and I said for him not to tell me that, because it wasn't true. This Little Caesars could care less about infecting any one with COVID 19, and this is inexcusable. I'm certain that if I went back, I could get you pictures as nonchalant as these assistant managers were. This is exactly why we cannot get this spread under control. read more

Worst Little Caesar's. Always out of product and never clean. Walked in tonight about 45 minutes before close. Girl behind the counter watches me grab a couple of sodas from the cooler, and as I get to the counter says "hey how's it going". While picking at her nose ring., she tells me there is no pizza and will not be any for 35 to 40 minutes. This is the 3rd time I've been told this while visiting this location. Won't be back. Poor management does not care either as I've called to speak with them. Little Caesar's corporate needs to get involved in this franchise quickly! read more

I drove into Thornton from Evergreen to pick up an item. After picking up my item I was a little hungry so I saw Little Caesars and stopped in. I ordered an Italian Pizza and the Cheese Bread Sticks. It was horrible. I got back on the road and a couple of blocks down the street I attempted to take a piece of pizza out to each and it wasn't even cut all the way through. On top of that it was luke warm not piping hot as they always say on the commercials. The bread wasn't hot either. I was already headed home to Evergreen. I will never stop at Little Caesar's for anything ever again. read more

Walked in about an hour before close, reasonable. (I would never walk in right before they closed) As soon as I walk in one younger guy in the kitchen sighs loud enough for me to hear. When I walk to the counter a blonde haired girl walks up with the phone in her hand texting away then looks up and asks what I want and I tell her and she yells the order to her co-workers without even looking away. I sit down on the side chairs and more people walk in and the workers make sure to show their annoyed state with obvious negative gestures. Rude. Good food, but rude workers. Too loud too rude... read more
